my daughter hasn't worn her uggs because she thinks they are fakes. She says they don't have the security tag in the left boot and the bottom is hard unlike the precvious 4 pairs of uggs we have purchased. I'm disappointed spending this money for something she isn't going to wear.

Relatively recent purchase. Seam at the rear of the boot split rendering boot useless. Sent back and was told they were not covered by any warranty. Company obviously does not stand up for its product which says a lot about how they view their customers. Would never recommend the Ugg line of products. Way overpriced for the quality they offer.

The product is good for wearing on your feet, but the reputation they uphold is UGGly. First of all, these boots are made of dead animals, which include cow, sheep, and worst of all, baby foxes. Animals for these boots are hung on shackles and are skinned alive to make UGGs, no matter what the company may tell you, their truth will never be said by them. Don't live with the guilt of having these boots and having to walk in animals. Remember, walk in shoes, not in another living being. Because the skin you're in when wearing these boots doesn't belong to you, because it isn't your skin. Please, do your best to boycott this horrid company from slaughtering animals to make tacky atrocities of boots.

I wish that the classic shorts were made like they used to be! I purchased my first pair in 2011 and that pair lasted me until 2013. I blew a hole in the top of my left boot and figured I had worn it for 3 full seasons and that it as worth the money to spend and buy myself a new pair. In 2013 I purchased a classic short (in the same black colour as my first pair) and within 6 months I got a hole in the left one. I figured maybe I got a faulty pair so I tried purchasing ANOTHER pair of classic shorts in 2014. Once again, I have a hole that showed up after about 6 months-9 months of wear (strangely enough, in the left foot again). I wish I could give this product a better review because I love UGGs. They are super comfortable and I love the way they look but unfortunately I cannot justify spending that kind of money on something that will not last.

I love these and have worn them solely inside as cold weather slippers (so very part time for the 2 years I've owned them). The left toe has worn out quickly. I always wear socks, my toenails are trimmed, and the shoes otherwise fit just fine. Best I can tell, the suede at the front of the left shoe seems to be thinner than the rest of the construction.

I've been wearing Classic Uggs for over a decade. Since these boots are now being made in China, the cut of the classic isn't the same. I measured my old worn out short classics compared to the 2 new pairs I ordered at Christmas, and the new boots are cut more narrow by an inch. I've had a dozen pair of boots and several pairs of slippers. Very disappointed. These will be going back.

the boot was a full size larger then previous UGG purchase (8 years ago) and could not even get it on his foot. VERY poor quality control. This is a 50 year old man who's feet haven't grown since. FYI I got the full 1 size larger because his feet are wide and I thought the boots would last longer for him then his last pair. I have a pair that is over 20 years old. The quality is not as good as it used to be.

I was really excited when I received this gift from my brother. However, I am extremely disappointed. Try wearing a pair of boots with the sole like a flat cardboard with a thin layer of fur. It's that bad. I would like to give it zero star but the system won't let me :(

Order cancelled & no reason nor conciliation given. Order was made online, and confirmations were sent. Next day, boilerplate order cancellation confirmation came in with no reason. After calling the guy just said "It's been cancelled, we can't reverse that". Not much help. If there was some problem, simply communicating instead of just cancelling would have been appropriate.

Hello to all! Thanks a lot for your answer and delivery. The boot delivery has arrived to Argentine, but unfortunatelly the product was not alllowed to enter in the country for Local Customs regulations. I am very sorry for that, I had no notice for these new regulation. I have talked to UPS to send the boots back to you again Shipment traking number 1Z99WA800440160397 . They will contact you shortly. I appreciate if you can return my money or perhaps make some new arragements to delivery to friends of mine that will be in USA by September. Thanks again, and I will look foward to your replay. Regards, Adriana Martinez.

They do keep your feet warm in the winter. That is the only good thing about this boot. Do not feel true to size. Had to return to try a size larger, lets hope the size larger fits as the others were much to small. These boots are narrow, so if you wear thick socks, the boot will be tight. Like I said, only good for a long winter season.

I am a faithful UGG Australia boot owner/shopper and own 5 pairs. I was excited to branch out and try a grey pair of classic shorts. Imagine my disappointment when I receive them and the right boot feels like a completely different style. Not only does the wind cut right through it, the lining is much thinner (like it's been worn), feels like a different material AND wrinkles when I walk. I've never had this happen before so my hopes are that it is simply a defect and UGG will honor their exchange policy. More to follow...

This UGG-LY fad should have died out years ago. They are glorified bedroom slippers, at best. They are NOT waterproof, stainproof, or warm. They totally defeat every purpose for wearing boots.

I am very upset that for the 3rd time now that my UGGs have a hole in them, near the bottom, basically separating it from the sole. I got this pair through a warranty exchange, which I thought was great at the time, but now not so much as these have a hole in them (again) and when I emailed UGG about it they were unhelpful, sent me someone else's receipt, first said I could exchange, then backtracked, and now are telling me that my UGGs based off the tag are 5 years old when I have had them for 2 years max. I love UGGs and always have had UGGs, I wear them every day during the winter in New England, and now I am thinking twice about purchasing a pair given the price and the fact that they will likely get a hole based off my prior experience. I am still trying to get a warranty exchange as I believe this is a defect, but no one is helping me as of yet.

I have worn UGGS for about 5 winters straight and have always loved them. The past two years I have ordered them and have been completely disappointed. The quality of the boots has declined tremendously! The pairs that I bought last year and this year are awful compared to previous years. The top part of the boot used to be thick and fluffy- now it is flimsy and the fur seems to come apart easily. They are cheaply made and are not worth the money. They are clearly not made for the snow- I live in Western NY the amount of snow and salt on the streets and sidewalks make keeping a pair of uggs clean virtually impossible. I just returned a pair because I think it is ridiculous to charge that much money for a pair of boots that is clearly not worth the price. Although I used to love my uggs I will sadly never buy another pair again due to the poor quality. I also did an online search to see if any other people have noticed the decline in quality, and sure enough, there are many people out there complaining about the same thing.

My daughter had these boots for less than 4 weeks and they have ripped already! I don't mind paying the price if they were going to last the entire season.

It just felt cheap, I'm sorry. I love Uggs, had been saving for a new pair, I have the ones from 2007, 2009, these were not the quality I remembered nor expected. I follow fashion and I'm pretty sure they've paired up with a new manufacturer which is why the quality, example loose thread, very stiff lamb skin, it could have been an old navy boot :( big time disappointed.

I have UGG Classic Short boots. They were great for about two years, but recently my right boot started to squeak as I walk, so I can no longer wear them in public. I called UGG customer service for help, but I was told to take it to the local shoe repair. It doesn't worth the money to buy UGG boots!
