My husband loves his short boots that we ordered;however we were mistakenly sent two identical pair--- we only ordered one pair and I've been waiting 3 months to return the second pair because I am waiting for them to send me a prepaid label which they told me they would do, again almost 3 months ago. so the money is still out of my checkbook!!!

I bought these for my father for Christmas. Unfortunately the ankle size on the shoe was abnormally small and I wanted to do an exchange. I submitted the paperwork to get another size, mailed the first pair back, then I got an email from Ugg a month later saying that they were not able to fulfill the order and they could credit my card. Very frustrating experience, I would not have gone through all the extra work to mail back the original pair and have my father pick out new ones if they were just going to end up crediting my card.

The souls don't come out and they don't fit orthotics on top. Outside of that they're very warm, more comfortable without socks than with else my feet sweat. If you don't need arch support these are great for lounging around.

Never owned a pair of Uggs till this year and my very first pair within one month tore in the seam , I returned them which took 6 months to get my exchange , received 2nd pair and in 3 weeks while pulling boot on it ripped 2" from the top in the back where I grabbed to pull them on. What are the chances 2 pairs of Uggs ripped in one year? I feel they are poorly made and not worth the money they cost. C ant get refund only exchange! Never again .

I bought these off of here (the official ugg website) when they were on sale for 130$ and was very excited to receive them but when I did, I quickly found out they are fake. It's very obviously when you see fake uggs, their was no security tag inside the boot where the shoe size tag is and the soles are awful so is the stitching and there's even fur coming out of the stitching and clumps of fur is coming out of the inside the boot and the uggs papers were also not inside the box which came very damaged. How is this possible? I thought by ordering from their actual website I'd be getting the real thing but this is far from it. Never buying again! At least not online. BE AWARE

After waiting for this purchase I was so excited to see that my first pair of uggs finally arrived only to get disappointed because the back of the boot was torn.

You didnt have my size or color. The classic short seems like something you should have in stock. I was surprised that after asking an Ugg customer service agent if they could locate some in another retail store, who might have inventory, that she said -we dont do that. Patagonia does this. Its something you should consider, and would be a great value to your customer base-being able to track inventory. This was sadly a birthday gift from my wife that didnt work out.

This was really disappointing so I returned the Uggs. I've had uggs size 5 forever but I couldn't get in and out of these and they were too tight near the ankle. Can't go up a size because the length of them will be too long.

Just noticed that one of my boots is a size 5 and one is a 6.. would like a replacement size 5

Boot was hard to put on and had a whole in the back when I received them. Didn't like the grey color, will be returning.

I returned the purchase.. clicking sounds in right boot when I walked..

I bought a pair of classic black uggs about 4 years ago and they have been great. I didnt take care of them the way I should have so they were looking a little faded. So, I purchased a new pair to replace them. Awful idea. My new "classic" look nothing like my older pair. They are much looser on the top and around the ankles. They already are starting to look saggy - I have only worn them TWICE! But my older pair I've worn hundreds, maybe thousands, of times and they are still holding up. The fur isn't as soft either. The stitching is also much more noticeable on my new pair than it is on my old pair. They look cheap and poorly made. Which is such a shame. I own 6 other pairs of Uggs but probably won't be purchasing another. I'm very disappointed in the new "quality".

One sandal was different (right one), the strap was warped and not comfortable

I haven't worn my new pair as of yet, so was difficult to answer all questions...I bought a pair 2 years ago & the top of the (L) boot it tore...I feel for the price that I shelled out, plus I sprayed them w/UGG weather protectant. I feel UGG should have taken care of this....trying them again.

I love UGGs and I want the best quality I can find so I ordered from UGG.com figuring this was the most authentic dealer. I WAS WRONG!!. The first time I placed an order my Classic II boots arrived dirty. The next time I gave UGG another chance my Classics arrived WRINKLED. Yes the whole shaft is literally wrinkled! If UGG can't get it right then who can?

CAN'T REALLY SAY SINCE UGG TOTALLY FAILED IN THIS CHRISTMAS GIFT.

They're comfortable of course but durable ? NO WAY. Wore the classic short brown uggs maybe ten times before packing them away in their box for the summer. Came back this winter slipped them on a pop, a huge hold on the left side emerged. I didn't even get to were them out more than ten times.

I was to use this product as a slipper for around the house wear, but because it was too small, I was forced t return it

I can't get my uggs on. I can't into the shoe part. Is there a way to stretch this area? My old uggs are fine but the new ones I can't even get on. I bought them for a trip and had to leave them at home.

The service was so bad, I had to call twice just to get the right shoe. The show itself is hard to put your foot in.

My wife took the boots out of the box and proceeded to put them on, and as soon as she did the seam on the boot ripped. the back seam split from the top almost down to the bottom. Not the best birthday gift I ever bought.

The boots broke when I was trying them on. Completely ripped in the back 3 days after receiving them. Unacceptable!
