I love wearing Uggs. They are comfortable and warm. I had previously expressed to my friends that I wanted to get a new pair (I had black ones and wanted another option) so for my birthday last December, my friends gave me a gift card to buy my new pair. Unfortunately, I ordered the Chestnut color, which I regret now. On the first day of wearing them, within hours, I dropped a tiny piece of food on the tip (it was a very small dot). Despite having sprayed the protector days before, the small dot turned into the need to clean the entire boot (as instructed by Ugg). Although I followed the instructions on the Ugg cleaner: allowing it to dry away from lighting and moisture, etc., the entire boot is now darker than the other boot, which has the original chestnut color. I am extremely disappointed that I only enjoyed my new boots for three hours and now have two different colored boots. I feel like I have to wash the clean boot just to be able to enjoy the same colored boots that will look old and very different from the original color. For the price, I feel that they should not stain/discolor so easily.
I should also add that we called a local store that sells Uggs, and they suggested I buy the color to dye them back. Although the dye does not cost much, it is now another expense and I don't really trust that it'll look the same. I am truly saddened by this situation.
Despite the experience, I would still recommend this product to anyone but only in the Dark Colors.

Bought some classic short uggs for my daughter's Christmas present; I was disappointed when they arrived and I noticed the stitching along the side of the right boot was showing.

My wife has enjoyed her Uggs so much that she continues to wear them even though one has a hole in it! I bought her a new pair of the same size and style, but it turns out that it is smaller than her old pair. The next size up is too large. Very frustrating. I assume you have changed where/how you manufacture them which accounts for the discrepancy but leaves us without a pair of beloved Uggs that fit!

The product is great for cold days and keep your feet warm. I would not expect the sides to start fuzzy up and unraveling after only a few uses. Very dissapointed as I bought from this "real" site and expected real quality.

Was disappointed with this boot heard so much hype about them so I thought I'd try them - my mistake was ordering them on line without trying on first - too late to return got rid of packaging - also don't like the way they look on me & they are too flat no arch support

I have been a long time UGG Australia supporter and shopper, and own about 8 pairs of boots, shoes, and slippers from you. In the past I have been very pleased with how these shoes have stood up to the tough Minnesota winters, which tend to last the majority of the year, however, with this specific shoe I was thouroghly unimpressed and extremely let down. The boot lasted me from when I bought it in August, at a concept store IN Australia, to about mid-February. Granted I did not start wearing the boot until about November. The first thing that I started noticing was water, snow and ice getting into my shoe from one side, however, I casually dismissed this as I thought maybe I was just walking in too deep of snow, slush or whatever.. WRONG! The entire side of shoe had started to SPLIT open! NOt only did it split on the side but the bottom of the shoe started to crack right in half, letting snow and ice into my shoe from not only the side, but now also the bottom, resulting in me with soaking wet feet whenever I wore them, even if there was barely any snow on the ground! I ended up gluing the side and bottoms of my shoe together with some E6000 at the end of the season, so we will see how it holds up in a couple months when I start wearing them regularly again. Granted the Minnesota winters are tough on any shoe, and I wore them frequently, but I have many other pairs of UGG products that have lasted many many years of the brutal Minnesota winters, as well as continuous wearing. Overall, I do like UGG products so I will still continue buying from you, and I would recommend your products to other people, but step up the quality of construction of the shoe and the overall quality of the products, or I will stop shopping here.

The Shoe had a problem and it ripped open. Needless to say that it was replaced by UGG, but it was a hassle. Now that I have got it replaced it is sitting in my closet. I have kind of lost interest in putting on a UGG

I'm a longtime Ugg purchaser and this was a terrible experience. The boots were 5 days late because of nonexistent "inclement weather". Also, the black dye from the boots continue to stain my skin, even though I've worn them several times. Now I have to wear high socks to stop my skin from getting stained black. Very unlike Ugg.

I bought a tall black classic from the store and purchase the chestnut short classic online in store. The black tall classic was to my liking. The chestnut short arrived as expected. But the quality of the interior fur was not to my liking. If you would feel the difference in the quality of the tall black and compare it to the short chestnut you would think the chestnut was a fake, a fugg. I spoke to customer service to was very professional and helpful. He stated that my boots should be received within a week. Then, I should be receiving my replacement in another week. So far, my boots are sitting in a warehouse since Dec. 12 in N.J. These are a X-mas present that I'm going to give to someone whom I am going to see on Friday Dec. 19. Today is Dec. 16. Not very good service here. Please help. thank you. The boots are very warm but the return service is horrible. I don't understand why they just don't sell the black or brown classic short in store so we can all avoid this problem.

Last year my pair of Uggs SN/5800 had more sheepskin inside. In the past 4 years the quality has gone down hill. Last year the shell was thinner and wore out in four months. This year the sheepskin inside was thinner making it a lose fit after a short walk around the block. I don't mind paying more for quality. When you have a great product don't change it to save dollar !

Only wanted them for house slippers as my feet are always cold.
Warm and toasty while doing normal house chores
But when I sit down that warmth falls to room temp and I have to use the Eden Pure heater,

The top part of the boot is WAY TOO small if you have large calves. I can barely fit my leg into the boot without any jeans or leggings on. I don't even have that big of a calf, I can't imagine someone larger even fitting their leg into the boot.

I bought two pairs of UGGS for my daughters and on each pair, the piping around between the boot and the sole near the toe showed signs of wear (it became threadbare)prematurely because, I discovered, much to my regret, that it is made of cotton! I was shocked when I discovered this! The front of the boot is an area which takes a lot of abuse and for a pair of boots from a quality company such as UGGS and the prices they charge, you would think they would put leather piping there and not cut corners. Very shocking and very disappointing.

Your service and guarentee are excellent. This is the third pair of Grey Uggs for my daughter. She ripped the first two in normaly wear. The one pair, she just turned in them and a hole ripped across the top. I have had a pair of natural uggs for 8 years and have not have a problem. I don't know if it is something in the dye that weakens the material, but I am grateful that you stand by your product. I have not been given a hassle when I have returned them.

I sprayed my boots with the protectant spray and the first time I wore them the outside of the dye sort of scraped off a little on my chair well after I had waited 24 hours(which is the recommended time to wait). I also pulled my foot of out my boot to adjust my sock and found both of my white socks tinted (I dont think they are stained but honestly havent washed them yet); I will now wear black socks. The fitting on the Uggs are ill-fitting this is my 6th pair and these fit really weird around the ankle, sort of big and also has a weird bulge type thing going on. Not only does the ankle part look large but also the calf part looks sort of big. All being said with Uggs I expect my feet to look somewhat big already so it was no biggie (though I am skinny), my sock discoloration doesnt bother me because 90% of my socks are black, because I have slight OCD the bulge did bother me but since I get complimented on the color so often I suck it up :-)

Compared to Uggs that I purchased in 2008-2011 the quality of them have gone down. Less and cheaper material were used and definitely there is not as much fur inside of the ugg.

These products gained popularity and lost the great product I was used to. There was glue on my new shoes and the bottoms looked cheap. I sent them back. I'm disgusted.

I got these from a 'damaged products' store because they had a slight cut near the toe. It's fine.
My complaints, though, are:
When I wear them with socks, my socks fall off my heels
When I wear them without socks, the heels are really itchy and it's impossible to take them off
I got them in black and they are already fading, and my mom says I have to wear them next year too
The fur isn't soft anymore
They make my shins look really wide
You can't roll them over for another look
The ankle and shin part is REALLY wide and you can see my socks (I wear the socks that only come up below the ankle)
the price
the binding at the toe started to shred
my friend got the talls and she says her only problem is the sock and itchiness stuff and the fur on her's stayed soft

They are deffently in style, but they are a lot of money considering they do not last to long. Not good in snow and stain very easily. I only wear mine when the weather is fair, and I am going somewhere indoors. They are only for style not for weather or wear.
