There is a seam giving out on mine, after very little wear. Being in Canada means that dealing with warranty is a significant hassle, and the UggAustralia customer service rep gave me incorrect information over the phone. If you live outside of the US, better to go to a local vendor. At least your problems can be dealt with.

they are way too overpriced for what your getting. They aren't worth the [$]. I had some and they just seemed like average old boots to me. Don't waste your money and get some knockoffs their just as good. All your paying for is the brand label.

Love these boots however, I bought a pair in the grey about 5 months ago and the second day I wore them the boot split from the seam when I was casually trying to put them on, and a week later I stubbed my foot on the corner of a table and the front of my boot tore open. No bueno. Then I purchased a pair in Country Blue...and the boots that I had recieved in the mail were everything but. They were LILAC. Very disappointed, but will continue to wear.

I dont know what the BIG DEAL is with these UGG boots. UGG,UGLY,UGH are all basically generic words that basically discrible a type and style of boots made from sheepskin in the country of AUSTRALIA. I have a pair of UGG boots, well actually two pairs, one made in CHINA and the other made in AUSTRALIA. To be honest the made in CHINA UGGs just arent the same as the real UGG boots made in AUSTRALIA. Also I found out that UGG boots from Australia are less expensive especially with the exchange rates [...]. Its your money and your call but if you learn about Uggs you'll be better informed when it comes to spending your hard earned money.

found the boots so comfy. Only used boots a few times a week and after 6 months hole appeared by big toe. Not happy dut to cost of boot. Sent them away under warranty but got returned saying not their fault. Not going to wear them with a hole in toe. Wouldnt buy again.

I love my classic short uggs. I live in Chicago, so in the winter they are very handy. My only issue is that my one boot is falling apart and ive only had them for a year. I would say buy a size up from what you normally wear or at least buy your size. When i first bought mine, i read the reviews and they said to go down a size. This, in my opinion, is not the best route. Because i went a size down, the back of my one boot started to break at the seem where my heal passes when putting on the boot. Also, my boot is sort of falling apart in other spots. I dont do any rough activities that these boots would start to fall apart and youre spending a lot of money, so just be warned. They do come undon easily and go at least one size up to be safe.

boots are not good in snow. My size was not available in your other snow boots. Highly overrated, in my opinion

I wear my Uggs almost everyday in the winter time. My last pair lasted me 14 years! Much to my dismay I've worn my new ones about a month now and there is a stitching issue where part of the upper is unstitched to the sole. Too late to return

In quotations because technically they are uggs. However they're not the Uggs I've worn since I was a kid after surfing. My last pair finally failed after 15 years. So I thought I'd treat myself to a new pair. They're decent quality but are absolutely not the same. I sent them back and ordered the real ones from Australia.

I ordered the ran version in late January. I loved em so much thag I ordered the black pair, threw the box away expecting the same fit and feeling. I may have gotten a defective pair. The left is comfortable. The right is not. It feels like there's fur missing by the heel. My heel keeps rubbing against the back as if it's directly on cardboard. I tried everything, but can't get it to feel right. I don't know what to do because they're not even a month old, only worn once and I don't have a box to return them

Boot feels very cheap. It's very lightweight and the "fur" is almost scratchy feeling. Doesn't keep my feel warm. I will be ordering from the Australian site from now on. They are better quality for the same price

We returned it immediately because he just couldn't get it on. His foot IS unusual after multiple surgeries but the opening in the boot is smaller than his worn out one. The return process is easy and efficient.

Fit is fine. I normally wear an 8 1/2 but I wear an orthotic. I don't feel like there is any arch support in these. More importantly, the last time I purchased these the quality was better. The sole was thicker. Seemed overall better when I purchased before THIS purchase end of Dec 2022. Won't be purchasing again. Disappointed

I returned the boots because they did not fitI am still waiting for the credit so that I can order one size bigger. It has been more than two weeks that I returned them, and I have not heard from UGG. I have a receipt of return on original box.

These were amazingly comfortable. I love the fit of the original classic style. The new classic ll's are so much narrower and don't run true to size, so I felt I was so lucky to find these. I wish I could find the classic original in the tall style too!

Only wore my ugg boots for 2 days and they already look terrible. I know how to take care of my shoes and I'm very disappointed I spent a lot of money on these boots nd they already turning dark at the bottom.

Men this is the review you've been looking for sizing. I wear size 11. I followed Zappo's advice and the advice of several other reviewers and ordered one size down. Size 10. Way to small. Ordered size 11, my size. New, the boot still feels too tight. It's a tad too snug for my foot and has a very narrow heal. And that's without sox. It may loosen up a little once wool compresses. Hmm...I'm on back order for a size 12 and maybe you should order one size up AND your regular size, especially if even think you'll wear it with even thin sox. I was looking to replace my current Staheekum wool lined boot (similar to Uggs) which are not made anymore. The Staheekum was wider in the foot, heel and toe and had a replaceable wool footpad. The Uggs do not have a replaceable footpad and if it my experience with the Staheekum's is right, the wool in the Uggs will compress over time. There goes the comfortable bottom. No arch support even when new. I like 'em though. Quality boot but, I wonder if Ugg's uses a a last made for a women's foot? That would explain a few things.
I'd also recommend:
Staheekum

My Daughter loves uggs. I'm not happy with them because of the way you get you wool. The sheep are abused, kicked, cut and just totally abused!!! I will never wear them again until your process of getting wool does not harm the sheep in any way!!!!!!

very comfortable warm boots...BUT in winter climates the soles/bottoms are so slippery that they really should not even be sold in areas with winter climate ie: ice, snow. only for indoor use in Minnesota or for California. If they had any kind of boot winter sole I would give them % stars easy. But unusable in winter weather...really to bad, sorry. do your homework regarding reviews in cold climate before you by these
