I would like to start off by saying I love the purchased product. I got mens boots size 12 uggs classic light tan. I purchased the full order of boots, and the conditioning set for care. The boots are very durable, soft, yet gentle on the eye and body. The care kit is great. Love the rubber brush to remove stains. Great add on. The only issue I have is with the inner sole. It gets mended up easily with pills of sheep. It wears too easily. I have only had these boots for 1 winter season, wearing them occasionally. And now, this season, the sole is uncomfortable, worn down to no sheep at all on the inner lining and mending from the sides of the sole on the inside from wear. This is ridiculous. I cant even wear these boots, with proper cleaning, care and normal use? For a superior name, I would say this is sub par for this product. Also, made in china? yet shipped from Australia? This was another issue. A genuine product with superior goods, not even assembled at the main land. Very upsetting and I dont know if this can contribute to the quality issue. but spending 200+ with shipping, is not at all what I expected from this product. Its more of an eye candy issue and in-style fashion sense now. Very disappointing and not worth the money at all. You would think more time and care would be put into the production of the main element of a product. A sole cant even withstand a season and a half of winter? Its not like im out there running marathons in these things either. Normal walking and on and off use. With proper cleaning and care. I dont know if I would recommend or purchase again. Take a company like Birkenstock, in Germany. Where their goods are made, shipped and produced. My shoes and sandles with free sole replacement and over 3 years old with hard use can withstand much more than these eye candy fashion money products. I had no real expectations of this product, just wanted to see overall how well it was since everyone has them. I got bought into the hype.

I love the comfort of UGGS but am about to give up on them because of the poor quality. I have had four pairs of the short classic. The first pair wore a big hole in the toe after about 1.5 years. I don't think something should wear out so quickly in that amount of time. I shrugged it off because they're very comfortable and have gotten 3 more pairs as gifts. Today, however, I noticed a hole in the toe of a pair I just got in November 2011 - that's ridiculous! These are black and they also turn the tops of my toes black when I wear them without socks. [*] I'm not sure if they're getting poor quality construction but I'm going to stop paying top dollar for something so poorly made!!!!

I bought the Classic Cardy Uggs in grey during fall last year. They fit me perfectly until they started to feel like they were getting loose. Usually I wear a 8.5 or 9 in shoes so I bought these in size 8 just like any other Ugg boot I have bought before but I feel like they are a loose fit and I like to wear boots snug that's why I originally love Uggs. I haven't really worn these because I don't like how they fit me and my feet aren't growing any time soon so I will just have to live with the fit. I recommend if you are like me and like something more snug get 1 or 2 sizes down when purchasing this type of Ugg. Besides that I think the boots are absolutely adorable.

I ordered a six because I am a six and a half and some people said they felt big, but that is not the case. I wore mine three times and they felt a little snug and then the front seam completely ripped open. UGG was nice about exchanging them, but I did have to pay to ship them back to the store. It also took two weeks for them to receive and process the exchange and then another week to get them.

I have a couple of pairs of Uggs that are about 3-4 years old that I love. I purchased two new Uggs and I was unable to even get one pair on because it was just too tight. I am returning them and have to go up a size which wasn't the case with my last two pairs. I'm hoping that the next two pairs live up to my expectations.

I started buying uggs about 6 years ago. When I bought them 6 years ago classic short uggs were [$]. They were very soft on the outside and I loved the inside fur. Now when I buy classic short uggs they are [$], the inside has a different fur(same fur as fake ones) and the outside is not as soft as my old ones. I pay for real uggs and I could get fake ones with the ugg label with the same quality. If I am buying real uggs I want them to be much nicer then the fake uggs with the ugg label.

when i got these boots i was so excited they were my first pair of uggs but on the second day i wore them i glanced down at my shoe at one point of the day and i saw there was a hole were one of my toes were i was shocked i only wore them twice and they ripped. the uggs people said it was a "manufacturing error.' i have to mail them to exchange them they said it can take any where from 10 to 12 business days to get my new pair i just never believed they would ripe like that as if i got my boots at [@] i thought uggs were the best boots you could get i guess they proved me wrong i hope this doesnt happen to you

All product should be made in one country to keep consistency. I have found that pairs made in Vietnam run smaller in size than same pair made in China. A womans size 6 between both countries when measured sole to sole there is approximately 1 inch difference. Shoe size fit more true to vietnam size in classic short, but there is more entry exit space on pairs made in China.

I ordered the sand colored classic short uggs. I have many pairs of uggs but these I was disappointed with...They wore out quickly not just the color but the fur inside rubbed off and they began to leak water after only a little bit. My other boots lasted longer but those certainly did not last near as long.

I bought my UGGs early this year and they fit so comfortably. I thought my chesnut UGGs were they cutest things EVER! Six months later, I started to notice tiny holes in the toes. I bought a size 11 when I'm size 10. As I continued to wear them the holes got bigger, but there was no hole inside the shoe. This summer one of my friends were wearing their UGGs and they had DUCT tape on them. When they lifted off the duct tape there was a huge gaping hole in the shoe. After that incident I decided I had enough. I called UGGs and exchanged them for the Bailey Button Triplets. I think the customer service is very nice but... I hope I NEVER have to call them again.

I bought these in the Nopal color. I had tried them on in-store to get the size right and had determined that an 8 was way too snug, so I got a 9. After wearing them only 2 or 3 times, they are too big. Also, they are tighter than I would have expected on my ankles and calves. This is my second pair of Uggs, and I must say I'm a little disappointed after how much I love my first pair.

I bought my third pair of Uggs last year at the end of the season to replace another pair for walking around campus in the cold for this winter season (2011). I love my new black Uggs because they are so comfortable and warm but after at least 25 wears, they are still dying my feet black and it is extremely annoying! They are staining my feet black and it is very hard to get the dye off of my feet. With the first 2 pairs I owned I did not have a problem like this at all but I am very disappointed with this pair and don't understand why this is happening now.

I purchased the chesnut classic short last year around this time of year. i sprayed them with the waterproof spray and thought it would last, it didnt. now they are ruined due to water. so make sure you respray them before every season, then you'll be good :)

I love my uggs, but when it gets warmer, my toes are going to sweat. But they're very warm and soft. But on the top its kinda wide. So it looks like I'm pulling my uggs.

I have other uggs and they are much softer than these new uggs. It feels like they are not made the way they used to be. The bottoms are hard. I don't think I'll wear these like I did my old ones.

It was ok, didn't fit the way I thought they would

I bought this UGG for my father oversea. I follow the instruction in this site to go one size smaller than the normal size. I do not know it is right or wrong. Waiting for help since I could not send it back and forth

Returned theybecause they were extremely tight around the calfs...verysad cause I the colori wanteddosent come in the short mini style.:(

this was a gift for my daughter (her last from Ugg, mind you) since she feels some need to fit in at high school or something. She has another pair her father bought her which almost immediately had the zipper broken. Never fixed correctly. So, yeah, I'm not going to be spending my hard earned $$ on boots that last a couple weeks - that is why God made Payless.

Service to get item here was poor had to complain and then got service- also i know uggs size i am a true 81/2 womans in shoes and i had to get 8's - if i did not know this i would not have the right size

I wish I had gotten the tall ones. The short ones are ok but not on me. I had the tall ones before but they stained easily. I'm sure these will be the same. We'll see. I'd recommend them to a friend with some notes to be careful with cleaning.

Purchased for my daughter but don't understand why these kids like these big boots. They are soft and comfortable inside but there isn't any support for arch. I also feel they are too expensive. Only purchase for daughter on a special occassion.
