In quotations because technically they are uggs. However they're not the Uggs I've worn since I was a kid after surfing. My last pair finally failed after 15 years. So I thought I'd treat myself to a new pair. They're decent quality but are absolutely not the same. I sent them back and ordered the real ones from Australia.

had a pair of these wore for ten yers the quality went down a lot $ money but other companies make better today ill never get them or their other selections I couldn't even send them back I never used them after trying on I knew quite away they weren't same quality

I ordered the ran version in late January. I loved em so much thag I ordered the black pair, threw the box away expecting the same fit and feeling. I may have gotten a defective pair. The left is comfortable. The right is not. It feels like there's fur missing by the heel. My heel keeps rubbing against the back as if it's directly on cardboard. I tried everything, but can't get it to feel right. I don't know what to do because they're not even a month old, only worn once and I don't have a box to return them

Boot feels very cheap. It's very lightweight and the "fur" is almost scratchy feeling. Doesn't keep my feel warm. I will be ordering from the Australian site from now on. They are better quality for the same price

We returned it immediately because he just couldn't get it on. His foot IS unusual after multiple surgeries but the opening in the boot is smaller than his worn out one. The return process is easy and efficient.

I returned the boots because they did not fitI am still waiting for the credit so that I can order one size bigger. It has been more than two weeks that I returned them, and I have not heard from UGG. I have a receipt of return on original box.

I had these same UGGs and i used the UGG protection kit to keep them from being stained/ ruined and they were immediately covered in salt stains once i wore them out. would not recommend. very disappointed in product.

Only wore my ugg boots for 2 days and they already look terrible. I know how to take care of my shoes and I'm very disappointed I spent a lot of money on these boots nd they already turning dark at the bottom.

My Daughter loves uggs. I'm not happy with them because of the way you get you wool. The sheep are abused, kicked, cut and just totally abused!!! I will never wear them again until your process of getting wool does not harm the sheep in any way!!!!!!

Wore these for probably a year in total and there is a hole in them. Too expensive for how long they last. Wish I had all that money back.

very comfortable warm boots...BUT in winter climates the soles/bottoms are so slippery that they really should not even be sold in areas with winter climate ie: ice,snow. only for indoor use in Minnesota or for California. If they had any kind of boot winter sole I would give them % stars easy. But unusable in winter weather...really to bad, sorry. do your homework regarding reviews in cold climate before you by these

I've been wearing UGGs for over 20 years, and have found them to be comfortable and generously sized, the perfect footwear for cool weather. I wear a womens 10 1/2, normal width, and have a high arch. I have always worn a womens size 10 in UGG boots. That is, until now (Fall 2016). I couldn't get my foot into a size 10. I managed to squeeze my foot into an 11, but it was painfully tight over the top of my foot. In desperation I tried some mens classic short boots, and found something that fit: a mens size 12!?! I expect this from cheap shoes made in Asia. I expect UGG to size its shoes correctly. Unless UGG shoes are now cheap and made in Asia, which would just be sad. I'm hoping whatever went wrong this year will be fixed in next year's batch. Or maybe some other company will step in and fill the gap in high quality sheepskin footwear.

The stitching on my Classic Short Uggs started to come apart. I sent them back to the company because they should have been covered under the warranty. The company sent my boots back saying they were no longer covered by the warranty. When I received them the entire package including my boots smelled very strange. I'm not sure where the warehouse is that they would have this problem, but I don't recommend sending anything back to this company, or buying from them if you expect them to fix any issues.

I ordered MENS Uggs and did as you suggested and ordered one size smaller. You sent me WOMENS Uggs, charged me for Mens Uggs and they did not fit my son.

I had to exchange the boot for a bigger size because it felt to small and tight all around and I just got the order back today and the length was fine but it boot was still very narrow and uncomfortable! I already have 2 pairs of Uggs and I love them but this style just doesn't fit well. My other two boots are also different sizes and styles so their sizing is not consistent!! I am now getting a refund because the sizes just aren't right!!

I was so happy to receive these in the mail but after only getting a few uses out of them I realized that the lining of the boots started ripping apart and fur would come out of the boot where the rip was formed. This is happening on both of the boots. Today I was going to wear the boots out for a casual day and as I slipped the boot on they completely ripped on the back side and exposed the white fur on the inside. These are my true size so sizing was not the issue. I payed a good amount of money for these boots and received something made out of cheap quality i don't know if it was a bad pair that was made but I have worn Uggs that have lasted me over 3 years in the past. I don't understand why this happened I take very good care of my boots. I had just bought these too around December of 2015. I am very upset with my purchase and I still do have the boots with me and took some pictures for proof. I would really love a refund or a better pair sent to me this is the worst shopping experience I've had with Uggs because I really expect good quality especially for the money that I am paying. The boots I received were a total disaster.

I've owned many Uggs over the years. Specifically the classic in varying heights. For whatever reason. This pair is extremely hard to put on, and even harder to take off. To the point where the main reason I ordered these (to wear to the airport) was problematic because I had to take them on and off for TSA screening. Overall I'm disappointed in the product which is shocking considering how long I've been wearing and purchasing Uggs. I don't have a wide foot or a high instep either. What gives?

So sorry these did not work! I love the look, but I have such a high in-step, that I struggled to get my foot into them. Also, they were so hard to get off. I am so disappointed, as this was my first pair of UGGS and I really loved them.

To big not a proper fit

As an avid ugg wearer and a stan for these boots in the NYC cold weather months, I'm extremely disappointed with my classic chestnut uggs. I feel as though I should have purchased in store but everyone knows the struggle of in store purchases. The uggs are a totally lighter color not chestnut at all when compared to my chestnut tall and older chestnut short ones. I didn't return them because I needed them for travel as my others were salt stained, however I would not purchase or recommend.

I have owned many Ugg Boots for 20 years!! I have always worn size 7 boots as well as slippers. These boots were absolutely too small. Too hard to get on my feet (and they are the low boots) and when they are on ~ they feel too tight. So it's possible my feet have grown but nothing else has changed so I doubt it. Just wanted you to know. I have ordered new ones in size 8. But I am concerned they may be too big. So we will see. But if they are too big....I will return them and not order any others. thank you, Wendy Carton

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with UGG boots. These boots I bought just a few weeks ago, and I am so disappointed that my boots got a stain on them from a small drop of soap that accidentally dripped on. I tried to very gently dab it off with water but instead of coming off, it stained the shoe and stripped the dye from that section of the fabric which now looks terrible. The sheepskin material is very delicate and very hard to clean without apparently ruining the boot. My brand new boots are now ruined because of a drop of soap that cost less than 1 penny. I also had a pair of brand new tall brown button UGGS in the past that ripped in Arizona and wasted a lot of money on them. I love the look of the boots but can't stand spending so much money on something so delicate that ruins very easily. I won't be shopping at UGG again because of the price tag and no exchange policy for easily damaged items. And I am a very clean careful person that takes well care of my wardrobe so it is a sad day.
