Overall, good job. Love 'em.
Although, NO support.
Very hard to clean.
Limp after about 5 to 7 wears.
They rip easy.
Ain't buyin' these cruddy things ever again.
Raher get Airwalk.
Please, I'm begging you. Don't get Uggs. I love them. Just not really worth it, sorry.
Bet you are waiting for the huge " Just Kidding".
JUST KIDDING!
Although they are limp, no support, and hard to clean, I LOVE THEM TO DEATH!

I bought my shoes in November 2009 and by the end of 2010 I already had a hole in the toe of my shoe. Keep in mind I didn't wear the shoes from April to September. I emailed customer service and was given the generic warranty email. [...] I am amazed that a pair of boots that cost [$] would fall apart so fast and I don't think I will be purchasing the Ugg product again. My younger sister wears her Emu's around campus and through the snow and they are still in good shape. The uggs are very warm and can keep you warm even without sock (and in Michigan weather) but are not comfortable for long periods of time because there is no arch support.

Not a long distance or all day boot. Feet stay warm but feet begin to ache after a while. Need support.

I sent the ugg boots back because they did not fit and I am still waiting for the new pair. It is certainly taking a very long time!

I loved my uggs and wear them to school everyday. They go with everything and are very comfortable and are cute! my only problem is they ripped at the seam the other day and i tried to return them to ugg.com and they told me because they were worn they wouldnt accept them and they only fix unstained unworn boots. This upset me because i have bought many pairs of uggs over the years in different styles and will likely discontinue to if they do not accept my boots the way they are. Its basically a scam if you cant return boots that have been worn that rip because they were poorly made! obviously the boots dont rip as soon as you open the box!! cute comfy boots, terrible customer service and customer satisfaction!!!

I purchased a few pairs for my daughter. The insoles wear out in a certain spot. I sent them back but the second pair did the same it wears a circle in the back on the insole then water gets in. I thought it was just maybe the way she walked but i used the other pair and in a few months after just a few wears it did the same. I have talked to others, same thing. Plan on buying a new insert for them if you want to continue to use them.

i ordered my first pair of UGGS online from the UGG official website..i was ecstatic at first when i got them, but i realized that the fur on the inside was much thinner than i had expected! many of my friends said they had the same problem..do they make them thinner now? They are still comfortable, i was just dissapointed that they were not as furry as i had expected, but i plan to get the Bailey Button next time, they are much furrier!

I got the Classic Short in Chocolate for my birthday last year. I wear them about 3 times a week to school, but only for about 3-4 months at a time (winter). After about 5 months of wearing them, the toe section of the right boot completely wore out. There is absolutely no fur/wool where my big toe is. All that is left is the leather. The section around my toes on the right boot has some fur, but not as much as the left boot. The left one is completely fine! This doesn't make sense, especially because my left foot is slightly bigger than my right. Also, the sizing is very strange. It's hard to order online, because it seems that the actual size of the Ugg varies depending on the product. However, all of my friends seem to have avoided this problem, which is why I would recommend them. Maybe I just got a faulty pair? I don't know, but I, personally, won't be looking into getting another pair of Classics for a while....

I got these for my boyfriend who wears size 8.5-9. I followed the numerous suggestions to go a half size/a size smaller and they ended up being too small. I got him size 8, but they're too small. Will have to exchange for 9, but overall a beautiful product, very cozy and warm.

My friends and I all have the same ones and we all noticed that after about 3 times you wear them..They turn a tint of green on the sides. I have 2 pairs of uggs and i wear my older ones all the time and i think of my new short chesnut as my "going out" pair. I only wear them when the ground is dry. I LOVE uggs so much. They are so comfortable and stylish, this color is cute but VERY easy to get dirty.

I bought these and second guessed my purchase at the time of paying for them. Took the boots home and gave them a try. The fit just didn't do it for me. I had to get a size 9 instead of my normal 10 because the 10 was nearly a size too big. The 9's just ran slightly short and the in-step was too low so the top band rubbed on the top of my feet. the lady stated that they would stretch out. Once I got them home, I put them back on and immediately knew that I would regret the $140 investment. I returned them the next day and drove to a store an hour away to purchase a pair of the Bailey Buttons that fit awesomely and were truly a full size too large. I ended up getting a size 9 for my true size 10 feet. I would have kept these boots if it wasn't for the instep issue that rubbed. They were cute and the chocolate brown is a very nice color. I wear the uggs to pick the kids up from school on snowy days and run errands. I am going to state that I would recommend these to a friend if they didn't have a high in-step because they were warm and comfortable.

I have two pair of Uggs in classic short, the chocolate brown and sand. I have worn Uggs since 2005 and I love them. In the winter, I wear them everyday to and from work and on the weekends. Here is my dilemma, similar to other reviewers, my chocolate brown pair has developed a hole in the toe area. The sheepskin inside wore away, exposing the leather, which has worn to a hole. I am so sad about this as I really love these boots. My sand color pair is doing the same thing so I am very hesitant to wear them too much because they were a special gift. I really feel like this is a problem that Uggs needs to address. These products are much too expensive to throw away. I want to buy the grey Uggs now but I know the same thing will happen. Very sad...:(

There is a seam giving out on mine, after very little wear. Being in Canada means that dealing with warranty is a significant hassle, and the UggAustralia customer service rep gave me incorrect information over the phone. If you live outside of the US, better to go to a local vendor. At least your problems can be dealt with.

they are way too overpriced for what your getting. They aren't worth the [$]. I had some and they just seemed like average old boots to me. Don't waste your money and get some knockoffs their just as good. All your paying for is the brand label.

Love these boots however, I bought a pair in the grey about 5 months ago and the second day I wore them the boot split from the seam when I was casually trying to put them on, and a week later I stubbed my foot on the corner of a table and the front of my boot tore open. No bueno.
Then I purchased a pair in Country Blue...and the boots that I had recieved in the mail were everything but. They were LILAC.
Very disappointed, but will continue to wear.

I dont know what the BIG DEAL is with these UGG boots. UGG,UGLY,UGH are all basically generic words that basically discrible a type and style of boots made from sheepskin in the country of AUSTRALIA. I have a pair of UGG boots, well actually two pairs, one made in CHINA and the other made in AUSTRALIA. To be honest the made in CHINA UGGs just arent the same as the real UGG boots made in AUSTRALIA. Also I found out that UGG boots from Australia are less expensive especially with the exchange rates [...]. Its your money and your call but if you learn about Uggs you'll be better informed when it comes to spending your hard earned money.

I love my classic short uggs. I live in Chicago, so in the winter they are very handy. My only issue is that my one boot is falling apart and ive only had them for a year. I would say buy a size up from what you normally wear or at least buy your size. When i first bought mine, i read the reviews and they said to go down a size. This, in my opinion, is not the best route. Because i went a size down, the back of my one boot started to break at the seem where my heal passes when putting on the boot. Also, my boot is sort of falling apart in other spots. I dont do any rough activities that these boots would start to fall apart and youre spending a lot of money, so just be warned. They do come undon easily and go at least one size up to be safe.

I wear my Uggs almost everyday in the winter time. My last pair lasted me 14 years! Much to my dismay I've worn my new ones about a month now and there is a stitching issue where part of the upper is unstitched to the sole. Too late to return
