I have several different styles of Ugg boots and love them. With this particular pair I was unable to get my foot into the boot- even though it was the same size as all my other pairs. Not sure why. Sent them back and did not re- order.

they are beautiful and stylish. you cannot use them whit rainy weather tough

I was not satisfied with my first pair. they wore out very quickly. but im hoping for the best with this new pair.

This product is very good quality with a nice and comfortable fit. The boots breath well so you foot does not sweat like other poorer quality boots which make your feet and boots stink. Overall, I'm very happy with the boots and there good for those very cold nights.

This is my third pair of Uggs for myself. I had the bailey button and that boot was so comfortable and furry. I could wear those all day. They got damaged and so I ordered these instead. They look more stable and feel good on the feet. I was so happy with these that I bought all my 3 kids a pair too. They wore them for the winter in New York. Through the snow and rain. The boots survived, just had some wear and tear. One of my daughters managed to poke a hole where her big toe was. So I returned them and the service is amazing. They sent me a new pair in 2 weeks. Uggs is a one of a kind company!!!

Very nice product.

These are great to throw on to run to the grocery store or casual shopping or even around the house. They don't make my feet hot or sweaty yet they keep my feet warm. I hadn't gotten them for years because I think they are quite unattractive but my neighbor swore I'd be glad I got a pair so I did. I do love the way they fit and feel. However, I only wear them for very casual things. I think if they had some height to the heel area it might be more stylish without taking away from the fit and feel. Thanks for asking!

I love uggs and i love the great service, but unfortunately, this time i had to send mine back for exchange because part of the outer layer came out of the stitching within 2 days of wear.

The only downfalls to this product are the fact that they stretch out over time and my first pair ripped at the seam. However, I called ugg and they told me to send them back in and I got a new pair at no cost to me! I did go down a size from my first pair though because they do stretch. I'm happy with my boots!

I love them, they are very warm. Buy your regular size. The down side is you can't wear them in snow, I ruined a pair that way, and mine tend to rip after 2 years.

Love them...wear them again and again..buy a pair or two every year..only cpmplaint is that this year I purchased a pair and they ripped...uggs was fabulous in exchanging them for me but it cost me $15.00 in shipping to return them!

I had to replace my boots within 2 mos of receiving them as a christmas gift because the toe poked through and the boots were big on me. started to fall apart but exchange service was great and quick. love my new boots

I own about 15 to 20 pairs of ugg boots. These however, I was disappointed in. I wore them for 2 days and they were filthy. Anything that touches them gets them dirty. i then realized that they were ripped. Not very happy about that. Uggs I've noticed will wear down in general over time but if you take care of them they hold up pretty well. these did not. No matter how many times I used the kit to clean them, they were still dirty. On top of it, what makes me the most upset, is that fact that they are ripped. I didn't notice it until I had had them for a couple days and they were worn, so I couldnt really send them back because I don't know if I had ripped them or they came like that. Judging from the rip (which is more like a hole), I'm pretty sure that that's how they came because I wasn't anywhere or doing anything that would have caused that kind of hole.

Boots are comfortable and warm.

I am a huge fan of UGGs but these are the first pair I've purchased which gave me blisters. They feel tight over the top of my food and something is rubbing. I never wore socks under my UGGs before but now I am to avoid the blisters. I'm hoping they stretch out with several wearings so I can go back to bare toes in my boots.

I used the stain cleaner and now have a big white stain on top of my boots thathat won't come out:(. Other then that I love em!

Great product. I will be buying more UGG styles. Great winter wear!
