These shoes will destroy your socks. After breaking them in, the lining in the toe of the right shoe broke apart. I wear these shoes daily as I work in an airport, and I wind up having to throw away one sock every day.

These shoes are terrible. They took a very long time to break in. They don't breath well. After just 3 month the seams began to separate, the soles fell apart, and common crease areas developed crack. Avoid these shoes!

Worst shoes I've ever purchased/worn. Worn one day and have blisters on both feet. This is a cheap shoe and you get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs.

So, they're comfortable, look nice out of the box, etc. But, after six months of wearing them 3-4 times per week, normal office wear and tear, the leather is splitting. That looks and feels like a quality issue to me.

I bought these shoes because of the price. I was under the mistaken impression that dress shoes all feel about the same. Obviously wingtips are not intended for running, but these shoes are apparently not intended for walking either. These are the least comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. The leather is extremely stiff, causing blisters/calluses on the backs of my ankles. I was so disappointed by these shoes that I would not even consider buying Deer Stags again.
