I don't mind shopping, I just really don't like shoe shopping. Deer Stags is a great, low-price but high quality shoe for me. And nothing could be more convenient than Zappos and their shipping. Always fast.

I got hooked on Deer Stags over 10 years ago. As others have mentioned, they are not as well constructed as other shoes. But, they are much more comfortable and less expensive.

I love these shoes. They are well constructed and comfortable, and I expect them to last several years. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and these offer excellent support and cushioning.

I never been happier with the shoes I got from Zappos. They are great and shipping was on time. Am really happy with them. Am going to place 3 more orders soon. Love them. Thank you.

Excellent shoes at any price, and certainly a great value at the Zappos price. I've had a pair of these in the past and wore them until the soles wore through. Got a second pair recently and they're just as good as the first.

Excellenct shoes! Very comfortable. I think I'm on my 7th or 8th pair. I usually keep a spare on hand. They look good and feel good. I wear them nearly every day for work, so I'd recommend them to anyone.

I work as an engineer, so I spend a lot of time out and about on the shop floor, as well as at my desk. I have worn these at least three times a week for the last year and a half, and they have held up extremely well. They have been comfortable to wear from day one, and the only reason that I ordered a new pair is that I cannot get them looking new with a shine anymore. Not a fault of the shoe, they have just been abused a lot over the past 1½ years. Yes, the sole is glued on, but if you do not rip them off by the sole with them tied, this should not be an issue. I am pleased with the quality and comfort. Excellent shoe for the office and being out and about.

I've purchased this style shoe for quite some time finding ths last pair I bought in July 2012 had an issue with the leathery skin on the outside of the shoe. Where the shoe would crease or where it might be touched by the other shoe when crossing my feet, would fracture and peel. I'm a professional quality engineer and sensitive to off-shore suppliers finding they sometimes take shorcuts that impact product quality. I believe these are made in China. Years ago when I believe the product was made in USA, I experienced no quality issues. Zappos is very customer-oriented company so I am sure they will address my issues and perhaps work more closely with their suppliers.

Received the shoes later than expected by about two weeks. Excellent shoes, a little stiff but very comfortable. Heel on left developed a blister after wearing them all day the first time. Impressive. Got the shoes to get good shoe with good ground grip in winter. Good soles.

Outstanding service. I was looking for shoes which are airport friendly. I chatted with a Zappos representative and she was great. Love the shoes.

Fabulous shoe! 3E is very wide (4E at least by most standards) and very comfortable. Also good appearance in uniform (e.g., military). At half the price of other 'not quite as good' shoes like Rockport.

Bought these for my son on Thursday afternoon for a school dance he had to go to on Friday night. Thanks Zappos for the quick delivery! The size was perfect...same as sneaker size. He came home after wearing them for 6 hours and said they still felt fine!

These shoes have a decent shine to them, but more importantly, they have a ton of padding on the inside. You have the comfort of a sneaker hidden inside the class of a dress shoe. Order it a half size smaller than your shoe size.

Wonderful. Comfortable. Durable. Slick. I wore my first pair for a year of teaching high school & because of their comfort, look, and durability, I just bought 2 more pairs. I love this shoe. I can wear it from formal concerts to field show rehearsals (where I need to jog around a bit). Great shoe!

If you have never owned a pair of Deer Stags, it's time you did. As a diabetic I find these shoes to be very comforting on my feet. I own them in black and brown. And Zappos price is the cheapest I have found.

I really like my Deer Stags. This is my third pair. They are long lasting and comfortable.

The shoes are quite comfortable, but I have not wore them enough. So I will update this review once I have more information. So far 5 stars.

So great for work, and I am on my feet all day! After much use and abuse, I am purchasing another pair. This price every 8 to 9 months for a shoe that can withstand me...not too shabby!

My second pair of these shoes. I work in a prison and these shoes pass through the metal detectors. A big plus for me.

Good shoe for the price. Had to go with half a size smaller, as my regular size of 11 was too big.

These may be the best dress shoe for the money that you can buy. My office is 80 percent business casual and 20 percent suit and tie, these shoes are perfect for both. I put a spit shine on them and them are super comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
