Comfortable but there is no arch support. Could not be used for long distances or frequent wearings.

Rockport's World Tour Classic - Exactly what I wanted which is why I ordered it - not too dressy yet not too casual. There's absolutely no arch support (which I figured there wouldn't be) so I'm using an insert. For not being a WIDE shoe it's very roomy but that could also be from wearing thin dress socks and not normal thicker cotton socks. Overall a good buy; I just need a black pair now (I have the "chocolate").

The shoe is comfortable and nice. The look is non-descript, which I knew before I bought it. However, I had just hoped for more cushioning. Ok.

Rockport World Tour Classic Narrow runs a little wide- Very nice looking shoe. I wear a 2A or B (10.5) in New Balance and I found the B in the World Tour Classic to be a little wider than a NB "B", but tolerable. The two laced-sides almost touched each other when using a thin dress sock. The length was fine.

Just as good the second time - This is my second pair of WTC's. The first pair lasted 18 months of almost daily use.They fit great right out the box, no break in time needed.

Vibram??? Nice shoes, i have worn them for 25yrs, but I miss the Vibram soles.

I've been wearing New Balance black walkers to the office for a few years & thought I'd give the Rockport's a try as they looked slightly less casual. The shoe seems more solid than the NB and does have a more business appropriate look. Length is fine, I have a B width and these feel more like a C but not uncomfortably so. We'll see if it holds up as well as the NB's. Felt fine out of the box. Zappos was great.

A good looking shoe. It is a nice looking shoe. It did not have the arch support I needed; however it does have the removable insert so I can put in the support I need.

Rockport's ROCK!! Comfort and fit are the two most obvious strengths. Price is the only negative. On the other hand, a case can be made that you get what you paid for!

A comfortable, all around shoe - This is my second pair of The Rockports World tour classic, first pair lasted almost 10 years. That is amazing considering how often I wore them. My new pair seems to have a slight difference in feel, but I would say even better, as the support seems stronger. For walking, or standing all day, these are the best. The tumbled leather are the more comfortable ones. And just a quick word about Zappos, they are the best!

Darn good shoes - This is my first pair of shoes that aren't sneakers or cowboy boots, and they have started out comfortable with little to no break in required. I would recommend them to friends as an every day all around good shoe.

Comfortable right out of the box! Not the most attractive shoe available, but not bad either and extremely comfortable right out of the box. A little wider than I'd prefer, but not narrow width available in my size (15).

I'm on my feet all day while I work, these shoes keep my feet comfortable. I can always count on the fact that at the end of the day my feet won't be aching. I guess it's mostly due to the surfaces I spend the most time on (rough cement), the soles of my shoes have been completely worn down on the big toe area after about 6 months of everyday use. There's actually a hole in my shoe it's worn down so much. So I guess it's time to buy a new pair already. Not too happy about that, but it's worth it for the comfort. Also worth noting, every other shoe I've ever worn has been normal width, these were only comfortable for me in the wide width.

Rockport's World Tour Classic - My shoe fits fine in the heal, but feels too tight in the instep. I need the narrow heel, but I wish my shoes were just a touch wider in the instep. Maybe a shoe stretcher would help. But I like the style, color and weight, and will continue to order similar shoes in the future.

Excellent, but - I have been looking for another pair of Rockport #9004 walking shoes and it seems they do not make them any longer. The World Tour Classic shoes are very close in comfort to the 9004, but the 9004's are THE ones to beat. I am disappointed I cannot get those anymore!

Width - If you are a real B width, you will find "narrow" in this shoe about a B +1/2. I solved the problem with gell inserts.

Great shoe, with one glitch - I found this shoe to be very comfortable and started wearing it every day. Within a couple of weeks the sole at the front of the shoe separated from itself, occasionally interrupting my stride. I am currently having it repaired at a shoe repair shop. Peculiar that this should happen so quickly. Apparently, it is a minor repair, and I am looking forward to wearing them again. These are the first Rockports that I have gotten. We shall see how well they wear with everyday use.

Good casual shoe - Overall I have been pleased with Rockports in general.

Rockport support - I buy casual Rockports a couple of times a year and wear them hard (including in the garden). When new they provide great support, but the way I wear them they break down in a few months and my feet begin to hurt. So I buy another pair!

Roger - Bought this style and very satisfied. Shoes arrived in two days. At first, I was skeptical about the fit but after a couple of hours I didn't ven know that I had them on. I usually buy Clark's but these are less expensive and just as comfortable. This is my third pair of shoes from Zappos and very satified with service and quality. Just wish some of the shoes were made in the U.S.

Pretty good shoe - Comfort is great, but shoe could be lighter. Styling is only average. Pretty good choice for casual to semi-dressy wear.

Rockport Casual Shoe - My latest acquisition from Zappo's is precisely what I wanted. I found a need for a wider shoe (EW/WW) - the selection at Zappo's was very good - the shoe fits well and is very comfortable. My only comment is that it could have slightly more cushioning in the shoe liner.

These shoes fit very comfortably and they are quite versatile. I can walk around in these all day and not even worry about tired, aching feet.

My Dad Has Narrow Feet - Bought these shoes for my Dad and he loved them. He saw them in a sale flyer, but Zappos had them at a better price and since I know how easy this company is to deal with, it was a done deal. My Dad really likes these shoes and loved the price.
