Shoes fit well, are not as comfortable as expected but did fit my feet. I added insert which helped the comfort of shoes. These shoes run a little larger than size listed.

They looked like what I ordered and they fit. Not much else to say about a pair of shoes. Arrived on time.

If you're looking for a sneaker disguised as a casual dress shoe....This does not quite cut it. I read the other reviews and they seemed contradictory in terms of cushioning. So people felt like they were walking on concrete, others felt like they were walking on air. For me, the shoe proved fairly comfortably and well cushioned, but not as soft as a good sneaker type walking shoe. Having said that, I took them on a 2 week vacation right out of the box that involved a lot of walking (4-8 miles around cities almost everyday). These shoes were very comfortable, held up well (they don't scuff easilY) and the soles showed little wear. Further, the uppers are pretty soft yet supportive, and didn't cut into my feet with the exception of the top of one toe. Overall, a great shoe if you need something slightly more formal than a sneaker and are going to do some walking, but don't expect to feel like you're walking on air. Good luck!

Zappos people are tops. I ordered and the sales representative said he could arrange overnight shipping at no extra charge. Shoes were delivered next day around noon. Awesome.

The shoes are fine and well made. I bought them for use with orthotics and got a 4E width instead of E or EE which is normal for me. These are tight with orthotics, and I did remove the cushion liner. Probably not a problem with the shoes but I thought a 4E width would help with orthotics.

The Rockport World Tour walking shoe is a classic. I have owned several and am very satisfied with the quality of materials, the fit and comfort and the available styles. This Nubuck model is no exception. I received my order from Zappos within 48 hours of my request (without special handling). Great service! And I'm happy to say I did not need Zappos' easy return service.

Needing narrow shoes and a medium arch support, I decided to try these. I am very pleased. The fit is good, they are comfortable and well built. My only complaint is that the color is much lighter than the picture. It is okay, but I would have been happier if the color had been a little darker.

First time buyer of these - very comfortable to start with but feel could be a half size smaller and possibly a width narrower too. Seem very roomy in the front half. Will wear for a few weeks and post and update.

First time buying shoes online, as I have narrow feet, and many "narrows" are not what they are billed to be. What encouraged me to buy from Zappos was that over 1000 people reviewed this shoe. 27 were not satisfied and, of course, these are the reviews I read. Nothing there turned me off. Retail shoe salespeople have never had these shoes on their feet, they just want to sell you a shoe. Zappos reviewers actually have worn them. Now I have too and I am happy to report that I like them very much. One great surprise - they are much lighter than I thought.

Love these shoes, except for one thing...they are NOT good for wet going. Be careful wearing these shoes on wet pavement!

Not bad - a comfortable shoe. Goes good with jeans, but can be dressed up. A little more cushioning would be nice. Runs just a tad snug - if you're a borderline size, order up.

The only issue I had with the shoes was that they were dirty on the bottom, someone tried them on and walked around in them. I also replaced the insole. It was thin and kind of cheap. i bought a pair of $10 insoles and that made the shoe great!

Comfortable but I had to unlace the top hole as the top of the shoe cut into my ankle. I also had to go a half size up.

It appears that Rockport is following the other shoe companies, in making their shoes smaller widths than in the past. I have purchased these particular shoe several times and this is the first time the width is smaller. Please go back to the original size that your were making these shoes three to four years ago.

Well made. More tan than chocolate brown. Have been wearing same shoe for more than 12 years. They last.
