Shoes fit perfectly...very comfortable.

For we men who have a narrow shoe size, it's great to know there's a place we can always go to find what we need. I got exactly what I was looking for, because I already had a brown pair of the same shoe.

These are great shoes! Fit well and last! I have had three pairs. I hate to be in a rut but when the shoe works as well as this why not? I love Zappos. Great service and fast! Thanks Zappos!

I purchased these shoes for my husband. He loves them and they are so comfortable. He wears these for work and is on his feet all day. They are great!

I have very narrow feet and these are a great fit. These were actually a second choice after another narrow was too big. These are very lightweight. I am hoping the bottoms will stand up to moisture a little better than some earlier Rockports.

My husband has a very high arch and has an extremely difficult job in finding shoes that fit properly. He needs an extra-wide width and most stores don't carry his width. We were able to obtain a correct fit on the second try. We love Zappos. They make it so easy to order, then to return the items if an adjustment needs to be made, and then to re-order.

These are good shoes. Fairly comfortable. The leather of the uppers is fairly resistant to abrasion.

Like any Rockport shoe these are extremely well made, comfortable and treat your feet well. My past experience with Rockports is they run a little large. I originally purchased a size 10 like my other Rockports, it turns a 10.5 is right. I called Zappos about exchanging them, unbelievably, the 10.5 shoes were sitting on my doorstep the very next day. So, typical Rockport quality, little atypical Rockport sizing (in my experience), off the charts great customer service from Zappos.

I ordered these shoes with standard shipping and was upgraded to next day. The shoes arrived in perfect condition. Put them on and they fit perfectly. I would recommend this product. I will definitly purchase again.

Great walking shoe. This is the 3rd pair of Rockport I've owned. All 3 are what I expected, great quality, comfortable and well made. I walk 3 miles a day on hard surfaces. I've had no problems with callouses, blisters, or aches and pain in the knees or foot. You can't go wrong with these. I recommended other brands you also might consider. All of them I found excellent.

My husband loves these shoes. He has a high arch and used to spend literally hours trying on shoes in department stores. He found these, and now it is so great to just go to Zappos.com to order more. This time we ordered 2 pair, different colors. They are great for casual or dress. Well made, just an overall excellent shoe.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I have purchased. These are a different color, but the same otherwise--comfortable and long-wearing.

Great comfortable shoe. Not very attractive, though. My wife still complains about how they look, although the comfort makes up for it. I have had them for over a year now and they have held up very well. They are perfect for office wear, standing all day inside. I used them mostly outdoors and the sole isn\'t exactly made for that. But great buy, don\'t regret it at all.

The shoes are wonderful. My husband loves the comfort. Let's just say that the customer service - what a great bunch of people. I had so much help in finding the right shoe because I was out of town when I ordered and first bought the wrong shoe. Well, I tried a few different styles, as I was looking for a walker with some style. I'm a Home Health nurse, so I walk a bit. I needed to return 3 different shoes to Zappos (rocks), then, I went to old faithful, Rockport. I see a lot of seniors wearing this shoe, and thought I needed updated styling. I normally wear Keen (overpriced), but if it's good enough for my patients....well, they fit like a glove, and the overall support is better than I remember. My 14 year old daughter says "I love them!" And thanks to Zappos, I didn't have to go to the dreaded mall! I am a VIP Zappos!

I ordered these for my husband's birthday. They arrived within the same week of ordering, making it possible for me to give them to him on Father's Day. They were a perfect fit and color. Shipping was free, which I look for in a product...since that rate has jumped in price. It was a good order.

Excellent shoe for work or going out. Goes with almost any color slacks, especialy navy, black, brown, and all shades of khaki. Also comfortable for walking, although I hate to wear them out, so I usually switch to sneakers or walking shoes. They look dressy and casual at the same time.

I couldn't find my size or style locally. Went to Zappos. Found what I wanted (and more). Will be shopping at Zappos in the future. It's easy, efficient and user-friendly.

I have been a satisfied Zappos customer for many years - I travel 90% of the year and as a result buy most of my apparel online. Recently I tried a different shoe brand from Zappos, but after a week decided that it wasn't a good fit. Zappos promptly addressed my concern, swapped the brand for my usual favorite. I'm sold on Zappos for life!
