I have been wearing the shoes now for about a month and I love them. They are very lightweight and offer great support through the arch. Even after a 12 hour day at work my feet feel great.

My husband thinks these are the most comfortable shoe ever! This was the second pair of the same shoe. We will probably order another pair for a backup. It is very difficult for him to find comfortable shoes in size 14.

Shopping at Zappos is always a very positive experience because you can look at the product online from all angles and be assured it is the right product. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly when you have to speak to someone and I have never received a product that wasn't exactly what it was proported to be. All in all, I will buy all my shoes from Zappo's. Easy, ships immediately and no hassels, even if you have to return something.

Comfortable from the first time I wore these. Took them on a recent trip abroad and wore them walking miles and miles all over cobbled, hilly streets in European cities and countryside - sometimes in rainy weather. I have a wider foot and these fit perfectly. Still looking like new, these shoes are comfortable and a great investment. Be sure to use waterproof spray before first wearing! Good looking enough to wear with black chinos, jeans or casual slacks. As always, Zappos cannot be beaten for instant, impeccable service! Thanks!

These shoes are wonderful. Great all around work shoe. They're comfortable, true to size, wear like iron. By actually coming in widths, I can wear the 10 1/2, instead of a cheaper shoe 11 or even 11.5. I have them in both brown and black, and that's my work week!

This is my second purchase of this item. It might be available only at Zappos now. This a a very comfortable shoe. Helps keep posture good. The materials used are very good, and the various parts are attached well to each other, so the shoe keeps its shape and lasts a long time. Can't think of any problems I've had with the shoe. I'm thinking of trying to get an extra pair from Zappos in case Rockport has stopped making them.

Great shoe, looks okay, but the comfort is the reason I have bought this shoe now for 20 years. This is my 3rd pair. I do wish they were still made in the USA. That is probably my only complaint.

The dress code at my office is business casual. I travel to a lot of job sites where I do quite a bit of walking. These shoes are the perfect choice for comfort and style.

These are excellent shoes. They fit my feet, which is not easy to find when you are a man with a B width. They look good with jeans or slacks, so if you are like me, one pair will get you through the day and evening.

My husband has had two other pairs of this shoe in different colors, so he knew they were really comfortable and long lasting. This pair was purchased especially for a trip to Europe, 'cause we walk so much when we are there. Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Light, plenty of shock absorbing cushioning in the sole without being bulky. Easy to care for and looks great.

The Rockport shoes I purchased were very good and fit well. More importantly was the service aspect of this venture. This was the first time I dealt with Zappos...the experience was exceptional. I wish that all U.S. companies would run their customer service department like Zappos. It seems like most U.S. companies have taken a leave from common sense and forget the relationship with their customers. A good relationship leads to improved sales and almost always, a brighter future for both parties.

Bought these for my son after calling his wife to check size on previous Rockport purchase. He put them right on and the fit perfectly!

I purchased these shoes for my son as a Christmas gift. He is hard to fit because he is 7 feet 4 inches tall and wears a size 17 shoe. After searching other web sites with total frustration, I called Zappos. Needless to say, my son is delighted with his shoes and refuses to wear any anything else. He works as a manager of a supermarket and is on feet 10 hours a day. He says his feet feel better than they have in a long time. Thanks for a great shoe and a great shopping experience.

This shoe was everything I expected and my husband loves them. He has always had a problem finding an "EE" width. Customer service was fantastic!

This is a great shoe. My husband has a B width and it's hard to get this size. These fit perfectly and the texture of the leather gives a nice look. This is the second pair of Rockports we have purchased from Zappos and we will do it again.

This is my 4th pair of Rockports. I like to keep one pair in my closet and one of the old ones for working in the yard. That's how comfortable they are. After years of wearing them I only fear they will be replaced by some other model. And I appreciate Zappos because I get what I want. No sales person trying to talk me into some other shoe.
