I have been buying these for the last 15 plus years. Great shoe, however the last 3 years the shoes have been a problem. Not assembled with the same quality. Had to return many. Had to go to a different shoe. Very disappointed. I use to recommend them all the time.

I have purchased many 12.5 shoes in the past. Now, not a choice. I have wasted money on 12 and 13 and had to give them away. 12.5. That's what we wear. Bring back 12.5.

I owned an earlier pair and looked forward to continuing to use this style shoe but the quality I saw in my earlier pair was missing with the pair I received. I returned them.

I am a long time wearer of this shoe, it's been around the world a few times, long plane rides, rushing through airports, train stations, to meetings, all handled with comfort and ease. I recently wore out my third pair, ordered online. Left shoe was made in Vietnam, looked and felt like I expected. Right shoe came from India, different fit, shoe-tongue label was stuck on, not sewn and already falling off, stitching and embossing all were off. The sole felt stiff and unforgiving. I exchanged the pair because they didn't really match. The next pair, both made in India and, sadly, poorly so. I won't buy any further world tours. Too bad. It was a great product in its prime.

Seen smaller size in store, read reviews, been waiting for my size to show up on website, then ordered proper size. After unpackaging, the shoe box itself looked pretty beat up, the shoes fit well, but appeared to be seconds. The tongue was mis-aligned and shifted to one side creating an opening down other. There was also other mis-aligned stitching and glue spots on the shoes. I was very disappointed with the order. I have had other Rockport shoes in the past with great success, I would look forward to get a properly made pair eventually, for the style, width and hopefully the traditional Rockport quality

I can't believe how cheap the uppers on these shoes are. I have worn this same shoe for 20 years, but they have taken the quality out.

Purchased these shoes twice...both times there was a problem with the shoe. I have had this shoe style for years with no problems but unfortunately there isn'ta store local that carries them, so I had to purchase on line. The last two pair that were purchased had a terrible fit and had to be returned. Be sure to try on for a good fit.

It has been quite a few years since my first purchase. The current product is more like rubber than leather. I realize that sources for the material are probably different now, but I need the feel and comfort of leather. Age 72 is probably a factor, ML

I have owned several pairs of these shoes and previously found them very comfortable, I wear sizable orthotics and have always found that the 10.5 XW provided plenty of room for them and my feet. This pair, were so small I could not get them on and sent them back. I've ordered size 11 XW and will see if they fit well enough to keep.

We have bought many pair of these over the years. This pair is not right. One shoe is binding on the little toe and my husband had to go back to an older pair to wear. He has a stretcher on these to try to solve the problem. We noticed that this pair was made in India where the earlier ones were made someplace else. I bought these especially for the trip we were going on, but it didn't work out well.

I have been buying this shoe for years. Now they have made the tongue so short that the shoe laces reset on your ankle. It is like they keep trying to save money on materials, so they can have a bigger profit. I returned the shoes.

I have worn these shoes for 20+ years and LOVED them. Because they used to last so long, that's only 7-8 pairs. It was time for a new pair, so I bought a pair online. Same exact size I've worn for 20+ years. But they were much too narrow. I returned and went and bought at a retail store. Same problem, so I bought the widest they make, and they are still tight. I have somewhat wide feet, but never had a problem before. I've worn them now for six months, and I am so disappointed. I even tried another pair (two pair actually) thinking maybe I just got a bad pair, but same problems. I notice that these shoes are now made in India, where before they were always made in Vietnam. There is a huge difference. Most importantly, these shoes are just not comfortable anymore. They used to always fit my feet like butter, and I could wear them all day and feel great. But the new ones are very uncomfortable. After wearing for a few hours, my feet hurt. I now take them off while sitting at my desk because they hurt even when sitting down. The leather used to be so soft and comfortable. The new ones are a much cheaper grade of leather, feels like very stiff cardboard. I don't understand why Rockport would ruin the most perfect pair of shoes ever made. Trying to save a few bucks? I would gladly pay $20, $30, $50 more if I could get a pair of the old shoes. The sizes are now way off, and the quality and comfort are just not there. So disappointed!

Disappointed with Rockport! I've been buying size 7.5 wide (EE) for many years, the last 4 pair fit perfectly. I just bought 2 new pair (brown & black), and they are both substantially narrower and tighter than my old shoes. Why oh why did they change the size on me? I would order extra-wide, but Rockport doesn't make them in a size 7.5. So I'm outta luck. Shame on me for having small, wide feet! Thankfully with Zappos, returns are free.

I've had these shoes for years. Sadly, they've changed the design. The tongue is a centimeter shorter, and the shoe rubs against my foot when I walk. If the design changes back, I'd happily buy them again.

I have been ordering this exact shoe annually to replace them as they begin to appear less-than-suitable to wear at my "dress casual" workplace. I see what the other reviews have said and agree, the current version of the World Tour Classic is much narrower compared to the same size and width I have always ordered. I had to send the latest pair back. I usually take a 13W, and would love to move up a width, but the next width available is 4W! Very disappointed.

I have been wearing Rockports for 20 years or so. Viet Nam made shoes fit well and were comfortable. Same style from India was cut too tight, very stiff, and shoelaces far too short. I returned the shoes and am shopping elsewhere.

This was (at least) the 10th pair of these that I have bought. Were great for travel. Factory changed. The 12 W EE is now narrower than before, very uncomfortable. Pity, I will be returning these and getting inserts to stretch the life of my older pairs.

I'm disappointed this one time, one shoe is too small, one has uncomfortable dots that bother the bottom of my foot, and both have too short shoelaces.

The exact shoe I have two pairs of now, 11 1/2 M now has the toe box smaller both width 3/8ths inch and overall top and sides width 1/4 inch. No longer fit and I have to find another shoe.

I have worn Rockport shoes for about 25 years, and have four pairs in my closet right now. Unfortunately they no longer make many styles in 13 XW any more. I rejoiced to fine this shoe listed in the 13 XW size and ordered a pair. The sole width at the widest point is 3/16" narrower than my present 13 XW pair and 1/8" narrower than my little-used 13 W pair that are too tight for me. I am returning the pair. We go to Europe every year and walk a lot, and my old Rockports are ideal. Make an honest 13 XW and I will be back. Your fisherman's sandals were the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned - please bring them back.
