I love this shoe and have owned at least two pair with no complaints. I recently ordered a replacement pair in my usual size 10 and they were much too small. I called and customer support told me that occasionally the sizes of a run of shoes will be somewhat different than usual and that I should consider reordering a size 10 1/2, which I am doing. Any return is a bit of a hassle, but the return via UPS was as smooth as possible. I'm waiting to see if a size 10 1/2 does the trick.

The shoes look great but are stiff, tight, heavy and uncomfortable.

Have used Rockport shoes exclusively for 20 years since developing knee problems and then knee replacement surgery 10 years ago. I walk and hike every day, about 3 or 4 miles per day. This latest pair of shoes I notice have a fairly thin insole compared to some others and I have felt some foot-sole discomfort. Have not been able to test out other models in stores.

Not properly sized, almost impossible to get on and off. Supposed to be a 10.5, it is much too small. Will have to return. Also the sole is a cheap hard plastic that is rigid and noisy.

They were very tight and did not offer any wiggle room. My wife had to pull off one of the shoes for me.

The size on this model is quite different from other Rockport shoes (I have worn over last 35 years). My previous pair was 11M and was wide. I ordered 10.5N and it was very small. Returned it and ordered 11N - again too tight and about 3/8" shorter than another 11M I ordered. I have to return this pair too.

Most Rockport shoes fit fine. This one was too tight.

Some shoes I wear 15 D but others I need 16. It seems these were quite skimpy on size. I first ordered a 16 D and my toes jammed in the end. So I returned and ordered 17 D and the length was OK but they were too narrow such that the laces weren't even quite long enough and they were tight on my feet. There was a time when I wore 15 D in Rockports so something has changed. Especially given that some shoes I can still wear a 15 D, I am learning some of the brands I need to go up in size for a good fit.

The fit seemed right for my 14N foot. The quality of the shoe is much lower than the Rockports I bought years ago. I'm told the brand has changed hands multiple times.

I had to return the original shoes, size 12D, which I have been reordering yearly for more than a decade, because they were so tight. I ordered the next larger size available, 13D, and they were okay lengthwise, but too narrow to wear without pain.

I recently purchased a pair of Rockport shoes. They were well build and without defect. They just didn't fit my feet properly. I am a long time Rockport user and I know how comfortable they should be. This pair were not comfortable and I sent them back. I am waiting for my account to rectify.

I have been very disappointed in these. I have owned rock ports in the past and was very happy. These shoes have a fake feel they are tight on shoe size I have only been able to wear twice for very short time. Material feels fake and not leather as advertising said they were

These are my seventh straight pairs of the classic shoe. For some reason, this pair fit rigid and unbending. Not at all as comfortable as I've purchased in the past. My first pair - bought in a store - fit like a glove from the moment I put them on. Not so much with these which were purchased on line. It's as if the shoes are produced in a different factory or with some differing material. I love these shoes and hope this pair is an aberration.

I have been buying this exact model of Rockport for about 20 years. Having read the other reviews I orders a larger size than i normally would and it fit fine, so I suggest ordering at least a half size larger than you normally would. I still love the look of this shoe but the comfort is terrible now. There is little to no cushion. It is too bad they messed with this once great shoe. I will still wear for short periods of time but not for a full day of work/walking.

I always buy the same size 10.5 W and I purchased two pairs. Each pair was severely undersized I could feel the toes nails ingrowing. Rockport quality and service is still tops but these sizes needed help.

I love how the shoes looks, but for me its not a walking shoe. They're way to hard to walk long distance. I'm keeping them for my occasional dates, but definitely wont be wearing them for my job. I walk too much and I'll stick with my sneakers.

Narrower than hoped....XW felt like maybe 2E. Very thin insole. Under that absolutely no give. I bought new cushioned insoles on day 2. If you stand in a carpeted office maybe okay. My office 95% tile so not the best for that floor type.

I was very excited to receive my World Tour Men's Classics. They look great! I hoped they would be an upgrade from my Eurekas. Unfortunately, I found them tight and without much cushion. They are not going to work for me. I would like to trade them out and go with the Eureka. It is definitely my Rockport of choice.
