Work Shoe - Needed a black shoe for work. Had to be leather. Very good arch support, very comfortable. Walk all day long, 12+ hours a day. Need something comfortable, these hit it perfect. Would definitely buy these again. New Balance is one of the few with wide sizes for my feet.

New Balance MX 608 - I am on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day as a corrections officer. The shoes fit well and are very comfortable; they also allow my feet good ventilation. I would recommend them to anyone wanted a good work shoe...

Great Shoe - replaced the 609 - No problems, plenty wide, felt great!

My favorite athletic shoe!! This is my second pair of New Balance shoes in the MX series. I've never had a shoe feel as good on my feet as these do. I'm a diabetic, and my feet hurt a lot. These shoes make my feet feel really good, I love the arch support. I mentioned that this is my second pair. I bought the first pair over 7 years ago, and they are still in great shape today. They are very durable. If you want a great looking athletic shoe that feels great on your feet and holds up, then get these shoes.

Perfect fit - These shoes are true to size, offer a snug but very comfortable fit, and hold up well.

These shoes are great! I hope this model of shoe will always be available. It fits true to size, looks good, and wears great. I will buy them forever.

MX608 - This shoe was sized as advertised. It is very comfortable. Will be ordering another pair.

Ahh…Thanks again Zappos!!!! This NB 608 is the most comfortable casual/walking shoe I've ever worn. These have tamed my ornery feet. I'm retired, and wear them all the time. (I heard a rumor they were being discontinued --- so I bought another Black and 3 more of the White). I have wide feet--and the 4E's give me the room/comfort I need. Have to say I've never had BETTER online buying experience than with Zappos. They REALLY "get-it" as far as customer service!!! Great company/employees!!!

Excellent Sneaker! Excellent Shoe Store! The New Balance MX608 was recommended to me by a friend who used to sell shoes at a sporting goods store. He told me that this shoe outsold all others, and that he had owned several pair himself. So I thought I would give them a try. So far...I love 'em! Very comfortable, true to size, great arch support. I recently signed up at a local gym, and I've noticed other people wearing the same shoes! Now I would like to add that Zappos will now be my source for footwear forever! I was amazed at how fast my shoes arrived at my front door! I had ordered a pair of sneakers for my wife about 4 hours after placing my first order for myself. It was after the deadline for shoes to be shipped on that day, but I received an email from Zappos that they worked extra hard to get the shoes out that day. And sure enough, my wife’s shoes arrived right along with mine the following morning! Zappos is the best store I have ever done business with. You simply can't go wrong purchasing form Zappos!!!

New Balance MX608 - I wear a size 15 which can be difficult to find. These shoes are good quality and fit comfortably. Price was better here than at Foot Locker or Champ's.

Great shoe! I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit as I live in a small town in Alaska. My foot doc said to try New Balance and Rockports for arch support. The New Balances I purchased from Zappos are the best fitting shoe in its class that I have bought. They fit exactly the way they should (size 13 EE). I'm very happy with my purchase.

Comfort - These are my most comfortable pair of shoes. I have bought half a dozen or more in the past several years, because I cannot find anything more comfortable or supportive to wear - esp. when walking long distances.

VHAPPY - Couldn’t be happier with both Zappos & New Balance. Probably one of the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. Always told the New Balance was one of the best, now I know that to be true. If the durability is consistent with the comfort I will not hesitate to buy another pair. I ordered these shoes for my son. The fastest delivery I ever got from online ordering... He has a very wide foot 11eeee. He took them out of the box and the fit was perfect. So comfortable and light... I have ordered before from Zappos, n will continue to...I also want to mention, if you ever need to speak to customer service at Zappos, there employees are fantastic, curious, and so helpful. Great workout shoes - I bought these shoes to do weight-training in at the gym. They are very supportive, very comfortable and I *love* the all-black look. I have different shoes that I do cardio/running in -- I don't think these would work well for that (but I may be wrong). I use orthotics and after some trial and error with ordering these shoes (I tried a 12E, 12EE, 12.5E, 12.5EE) I finally found that the EE width is best for me (I have to remove the New Balance insole so that my orthotics will fit). BTW thanks, Zappos for never charging for returns! Oh, the New Balance headquarters/factory outlet is not far from my home but I have never seen these shoes there. I was very happy to see that I could order them at Zappos.

Sore feet - The shoe seems a little narrow even though it is an EE size. Originally it felt ok, but on a day where I did a lot of standing it really hurt my feet, have consulted with several people on NB shoes and it about a even split, either they fit or not, I am considering returning them.

New Balance is balanced - The New Balance shoes that I received from Zappos I have found to be excellent. This is the second pair I have used and they feel great and look great even after a bunch of miles. I walk at least two miles each day and they have held up very well. I have had an early pair re-heeled successfully. They are just like an 'old shoe.' I'd recommend New Balance. I have diabetes and occasionally have a tender foot. Seems to make no difference to the shoes. They just keep me comfortable.

MX608 - Very nice shoe in all regards, except that the sole is a little stiff, maybe due to its thickness. So, I am a little taller in them. Good Shoe. Thanks.

Second Pair: Found - Bought a pair from a local shoe store and literally wore the shoe out over a period of 3 years. I really liked the 608 for fit and comfort, as I could not readily find another pair; I thought I would give Zappos a try...voila! Great fit, true to size and width...good arch support. Mahalo from Hawaii.

The definition of comfort - By far, this is the most comfortable shoe "out of the box" I have ever owned. The level of arch support is something I have never felt in any shoe, ever. Love these shoes!

Cross Training Stability - I really like these new MX608's for training classes at the local gym. I had been using an older pair of my running shoes and what a difference! These shoes are much more stable when doing lunges, squats, etc. i guess that's why they call them cross-training shoes. The narrow size fits great!

ZAPPOS RULES!!! I’ve had two pairs of the 608's over the last ten years; they are the most comfortable tennis shoe I've ever owned!!!! They seem to last forever, the first pair I bought (10yrs ago) are still around and I use them for yard work. The second pair I bought (5yrs ago) are still wearable, but a little dingy, so I wanted to replace them, but after a search of local stores, I had no luck finding them!!! Then I remembered Zappos, they had my size and I got them the very next day!!!!! "ZAPPOS RULES!!!" Thanks Zappos, you’re #1 on my list!!

Great overall comfort and support! These New Balance are perfect for a woman with a wide foot. I've tried the women's version in a wide, and it's just not quite roomy enough for me. The men's size is perfect! Also, I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this version of New Balance gives me the perfect support I need.

Great shoe - My husband loves these shoes. His foot is wide-ish, and the wide width option is perfect on him...enough room for comfort without being too much. The shoes are good looking, appear well made, and most of all comfortable. Shipping was lightening fast. Thanks, Zappos!
