First the shoes - these shoes took me a few weeks to break in. Initially they made my feet sore and blistered the top of one of them, but after persistence they have become my favorites! I wear them with socks and jeans if I don't care about how I look, they're fantastic! As far as shipping, Zappos -- how do you do it? I ordered them at 8pm and they arrived at 3pm the next day. I don't actually understand how that's possible. The tracking number said they were in Kentucky, so how the heck did they get to my apartment in Texas so fast? Very impressed!

I pretty much live in these once the weather gets warm. They sit by the door and don't make it back to the closet until the autumn. They were a little stiff in the beginning, and I did trip a few times. Now that they're broken in, they're a great casual sandal for the summer.

I love these, and the price couldn't be better! My naturopath recommended (and of course I've known about Birks for many years) but finally found a price I could deal with. Thanks so much Zappos! Also, in spite of nomenclature being "narrow", these sandals afforded my picky toes plenty of space...old age sucks!

My foot sighed in relief and comfort as it slipped into the new footbed of my new sandals. It's nothing like a true Birkenstock!

I received my Birkey's in one day from Zappos in perfectly new condition. They fit and wear comfortably. Great shoes for people with foot problems. My other shoes are MBT's also from Zappos.

These are actually a replacement pair for the exact Birkenstocks I\'ve worn for years. I wear them as many months of the year as I can get by with.

Classic comfort - after a little work - As always, these are great for my wide (read: short, fat puppy dog) feet. They are well worth the $$. As most reviewers have said, it takes a couple of days and maybe a little blister to wear them in - try wearing them with thick socks for a couple of days and you will be fine. In fact, Birks with socks are a spring fashion statement in the Pacific Northwest! Goes great with a parka.

Great shoe - I got these shoes to use around the house, as the soles of my feet were aching from walking barefoot on wood floors. My feet don't hurt at all, and stopped hurting within one day of wearing these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever gotten. I'm planning on getting another pair for outdoor summer use. They're pretty too! I have medium width feet and ordered the narrow- this is the right width for my feet and would recommend ordering the narrow unless you have extremely wide feet.

My Fav Style - I absolutely love this style - definitely a classic and very feminine. My first pair of Birks is this style in a sage green - 20 yrs old and still my favorite! I prefer nubuck over regular leather or suede - they are softer than regular leather but hold their shape - unlike suede. Would love to be able to find in the green I purchased 20 years ago as I would buy again in a heartbeat!

Love these Birkenstocks - It had been too long since I purchased new Birkenstocks and I am very happy I decided to buy these. I have always worn the other style - two wide straps and I wondered if I would like these. I love them! Much more feminine. And as always, the most comfortable shoe on the planet. Perfect Fit Shoe! I have owned 5 pair of this specific shoe over the last 10 yrs and every pair has been perfect! I absolutely LOVE them and often have a hard time finding this style and color I like. While living in Florida I wore them year round for the most part. If you like Birkenstock you will not regret purchasing this more stylish pair of sandals. I promise!

Great Birks - This is my third pair of Birks and I keep them for years and years! I have weak insteps and these totally support and comfort my feet. JB

Comfy! These Granada-Nubuck Birkenstocks were bought for my mom. I have a pair of dressy gold ones. I love mine; they were comfortable from day 1! My mom loves hers, too. They are the exact same shoe but a different color and mine have a "bling-bling" buckle. Mine fit, but Mom's first pair were too big. We got the regular, not wide. I think this is due to the fact that she has lost some weight, so I sent them back and reordered the next size down. Zappos was wonderful and the second pair for Mom were at her house within 3 days...she loves them! She has worn them everywhere since she got them. I think I've created another Birkenstock lover. I know what I'll be buying her for her birthday... :) These are great shoes!

Love them! This is my first pair of Birkenstock's and I love them. I can walk in them all day and my feet don't hurt. They really have a lot of support.
