This is actually a product that Dr. Martens calls the "CLASSIC INSOLE." Soshock if you are looking for their CLASSIC INSOLE, then this is the correct product. I think this insole is great and it makes me one of few people who never complain about sore feet at work. I wear it in my Dr. Marten mary jane style work shoe, and it surely adds shock absorption and flexible, yet firm cushioning that I need for my job. I work on my feet the entire shift on hard surfaces, maneuvering lots of heavy objects. I have been using this particular model of insole for about ten years. Generally I get about 6 - 9 months of full-time heavy duty work use for each pair of insoles before they lose their shape and cushioning and have to be replaced. Once they start to wear out, I know it. I can feel the difference, it is undeniable that these insoles help. They also offer a bit of arch support. Also, these are great if you are one of the many half sized shoe wearers that has to size UP on docs. This insole has a little bit of height that helps reduce any looseness that results from having to size up!!!

Honestly I wouldn't dream of not buying these, remembering how Docs killed my feet back in the 90s. I'm extremely pleased so far. It brings them up to baseline with a normal boot for cushion and support. It should really come with.

I bought these for my husband. He had a pair of Docs where naturally the outsides look new, but the insides...not so much. I bought these in a size 12 (US) and they fit perfect and fixed the problem. They seem very thin and like they wouldn't support, but my husband was very pleased with them.

Great insole. These made my Dr. Martens feel great. A touch more snug around the heel and a nice touch of softness under the heel. They made my boots feel ever so slightly tighter, which was a good thing. Highly recommend these to anyone with a pair of Dr. Martens.

I bought these insoles a while back and I'm very happy with them. They had to be trimmed a little, but they fit well, they feel good and they give my whole foot support. Zappos has a good website, it's easy to order from and the insoles were delivered quickly. 5 out of 5 stars from me and I'll probably order more.

Must-have for those with half-sizes. I always liked the style of Dr. Martens but my feet were never quite comfortable; always a tad big. This solved the problem.

Excellent insole. I purchased these to replace the original insole in two pair of driving shoes. The comfort and support are extraordinary. Easy fit and sized perfectly. Highly recommend these insoles.

These are a great replacement for worn out insoles! I have had my Docs for well over eight years and they were finally starting to hurt my feet. I ordered these as an urgent replacement and they work great! My feet did not hurt at the end of the night (New Year's Eve - outdoors!). These are not arch supports, but rather a replacement insole, or as others have said if you fall in a half size area. They are a great replacement for those older Docs that have worn down over the years! As always Zappos has great service and shipping!

Great insoles for the price. Now a word of warning, at first I thought they were horrid as they made my shoes LESS comfortable, but the issue was simply that they're a little larger than the default insoles so you need to put the shoes through a second break-in period, at least I did. After I got them broken in again, these were superb, definitely last a lot longer than the base insoles.

These worked great in my first pair of shoes that I purchased them for that when I got two new pairs of shoes, I bought two more. Helps to provide support to my tired feet and fit almost perfectly.

These make Docs as comfy as an old pair of sneakers. Where have they been all my Doc-wearing life? Use them on top of the existing Doc insole to decrease shoe size by 1/2. Use them alone to make your Docs incredibly comfortable.

I burned out the insoles on several pairs of Dr. Martens, so I tried these out as a replacement (I stripped out what was left in the shoes). They fit perfectly and restored the shoes to their original greatness. I'm buying pairs to fix the rest of the batch!

I have two pair of these now...one in a pair of converse all stars and one in a pair of Dr. Martens shoes. They are comfortable, fairly thin, but still provide some arch support. A much cheaper alternative to superfeet, just about as good. Probably more similar to the blue than the green.

These made a world of difference! Had my boots for two years and they were really beginning to hurt when I walked. I checked the insoles and they were completely worn through in the heels. I ordered these and it's like having brand new boots again. I could not believe the difference. Highly recommended!

In love with these insoles! They made my 3 year old Docs feel brand spankin' new. I recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their Dr. Martens or any other shoe for that matter!

I purchased these insoles for a pair of Dr. Martens mens shoes that my boyfriend ordered at Zappos. since they only come in whole sizes he needed insloes to make them fit better. He said they are really comfortable so I bought a second pair for his other shoes. Great insoles!

Simply the best insoles I've ever bought. Ironically - I don't use them in my Dr. Martens as those seem fine as is. However, I have a pair of Caterpillars and a few pairs of Clarks and use these in those. And they work like a charm. I'd had more expensive ones from other brands but they didn't hold up like these. Love these things and recommend them.

They are perfect. Buy them. Even if you don't need them, they are better than the stock insoles.

Not only adds support but in my case helps compensate for a narrow width foot in a medium foot boot for a win-win situation.

Great quality. They are holding up really really well. Not sure if it's my Dr Martens or the inserts. but I had to trim one of the inserts both in length and width to get it to fit inside my boot. Even with trimming it down, it still doesn't fit perfectly and wrinkles/creases up a little which is not noticeable when wearing socks, but if not then it's a bit annoying.
