I have had a good experience buying from Zappos and they exchanged my other sandals for a different width. They were very helpful over the phone. I had ordered the narrow width, and although I have a narrow foot there was not quite as much room in the footbed for my big toe so I needed the medium width. Then I buckle them tighter. The med. width has more room in the footbed. They are comfortable. I have not yet worn the new shoes, I am still wearing my older ones, the new shoes look the same as my old ones except that the old ones were made in Italy and the new ones are from China. I don't like that they are from China, but they seem the same. I would prefer that they are from Italy. I don't notice any other difference so far. I don't understand why Clarks has their sandals made in China now.

These are great sandals. They are so comfortable, I can wear them all day. I highly recommend them.

I've been buying Clarks Sunbeat for my Mom who lives in the Great Northwest for about 5 years now. She loves them, they work well for her and fit her fine. She especially likes the adjustable buckles and the support. She's 90 now and still going strong! She has bunions and these shoes are perfect because she can make them fit her feet. I always get the newest colors, so she has at least one of each! Thank you, Clarks! Keep on makin' this shoe!

These are my favorite sandals. And when I can get them in the right width at Zappos, it\'s even better.

I'm very pleased with this shoe. Nice looking quality. True to my 7 1/2 size and comfortable out of the box. Hopefully, the sole will hold up..a little concerned by reviews. Excellent Zappos service as usual.

I love these sandals. I have been wearing this style for a number of years but Zappos.com was the first place I found them in a narrow width. That makes them just perfect.

Love these shoes. I owned them before and was glad to find them on Zappos. I would say a "true" fit. My foot is a little wide, but I don't quite wear a wide. Instantly comfortable to trek through a zoo and City sites all day on the first day with no problems. Last time I had the nubuck - this time the bronze. Very versatile - so far so good!

Love these sandals. They are comfortable & cute. I was having trouble finding shoes that were adjustable and would accommodate my right foot (bunion) and left foot (bunion surgery). These not only work well, but I have received compliments on them as well. I like them so well, I am going to order another pair in the brown leather!

These are great shoes. I got them in the wide and they fit like a glove right out of the box. It has nice padding on the base of the shoe that will gradually conform to the shape of my foot.

I can order wide shoes and have a success most of the time. But a wide in this sandal is not at all wide compared to some brands like Propet.

Best shoes ever. I have walked many miles in different brands of sandals. However, the Sunbeat is the very best. I have owned and worn out 2 pairs of Sunbeat sandals. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

This is my 4th pair of Clarks Sunbeat shoes. For me they have been the most comfortable shoe I have ever had. They look so nice I can wear them most anywhere. The first pair I bought was for a vacation in New York City. I walked all over town in these shoes and never had a problem. I wish they had more colors. I take a wide shoe and they fit me perfect. Highly recommend.

This is a terrific walking sandal. Buckles give good options for narrower feet. Have used them for years and go back each year to order new.

This is not the first time I've bought Clarks and the same style, about 5 years apart. They are truly comfortable and I don't even have to "break them in." I can wear and walk in these sandals all day and feel comfortable. True to size and width.

I am wearing these shoes daily. They ave very comfortable and wonderful especially for the summer.

Love these sandals. Once you wear a pair of Clarks sandals, you will chuck your walking shoes and wear these exclusively. They're that comfortable.

The shoes rock and fit perfectly and the color is beautiful. The quality is as usual outstanding. The service from Zappos can't be beat...you're crazy to shop anywhere else.

I've developed problems with my feet and finding new shoes has been a long process. Thank goodness for Zappos and their free return, both ways, policy. The Clarks Sunbeat sandal is very comfortable and the adjustable straps give an almost perfect fit. The arch support is very good, too. I would highly recommend this sandal.

Clarks Sunbeat sandals are great! I'm still wearing the first pair I bought 3 years ago, and I wear them to do everything, even walking in streams and doing yard work. They are still in great condition. Just a little worn looking. So I bought these new ones to wear for good reasons. I love them and will have them for years!

This shoe is extremely comfortable right out of the box! The style also "hides" my bunions. The bronze color is great and a terrific neutral. Zappos is the best as always!

I bought these for my daughter for her year abroad program. Excellent! The sandals are terrific, just what I have been looking for. The free shipping and quickness was a real bonus for me. This was my first purchase, but certainly not my last.

Better than shoes at twice the price in my town. Purchased half size larger than normal to accommodate difficulties in my aging feet. As usual I am happy once more with the service and product.
