This is my second pair of Euro Hikers that I have owned, purchased a year ago this month. They color was called Ivory/Wheat and I purchased them at the Timberland Store at the Grove City Outlets. They're very stylish, and looked great. But After 7 months the outer tread was wearing very thin. And after 9 months the outer sole started to peel away from the midsole. They're comfortable when brand new but when broken in they become "broken." The insole became paper flat, with no other cushioning beneath it. Your basically walking on the boots shank with no cushion after the insole is worn out. The heal structure quickly cracks and provides poor support. And the cuff of the boot quickly looses shape and provides poor support. All in all, these boots are not built to last, and for maybe 10 or 20 bucks more you should go with a pair of Merrell, or Solomon Boots if you want a boot that will last more than 9 months.

I liked the feel, but the glue dried out and the sole separated from the boot while I was on my European vacation.....nothing worse then packing these boots and their weight and having to trash them....outside of the warranty period, so I didn't get my value out of them at all......and I love timberland, have over 12 pairs still in rotation / use. These just failed miserably, both boots.

I have been purchasing this Euro Hiker since 1996 and replace them once a year...so I have owned 25 pairs this year. Excellent shoe, wish they made different styles and I would buy more!!!

I have a pair th a that still look new and they were purchased somewhere between the mid 80s to early 90s.
I only wear them a few times a year and keep them in my closet and instead of looking 30yrs old they look 6mos old. Style is the same

I bought this exact pair of boots 30 years ago. I'm not kidding. And I'm wearing them right now. Maybe the best money I ever spent.

I can wear them, with jeans & a collar shirt. Or I can go casual, with slacks & a button down shirt. They're really comfortable, stylish & versatile. I'm 51 yrs. Old & I've been wearing timberlands, since 1990. Nothing has changed, still the stylish shoe. As when I bought & wore, my 1st pair. I wish, I could find the styles & colors from 1990-97. Euro hikers & field boots, I live in Greenville Sc, I used to buy them. From a store called legends, that was in Mcalister Mall. The mall is closed down, but it's a school & job resource building now. That great thing education. Thanks & keep up, the good work

I use the Eurohiker for winter boots, work boots and everyday boots. Next to the 6 inch Wheat, the Eurohiker is what made Timberland

These boots are super comfortable and have that timeless classic look. The quality is great, made with solid materials and nice finishing. They feel good from the very first wear and you can tell they're built to last. Totally recommend them 100% if you're looking for style and comfort in one pair

I use these shoes for casual wear when I'm stepping out on the town. However, I could also use these boots as an everyday work boot. Not only are they comfortable, but they also offer a stylish look that fits my personality.

I used my boots for dressing up when I first received them. After wearing them for 8 years my dog spilled a can of wood stain on them and then I started using them for work as a Landscape Designer.

I had a pair of these 30 years ago and loved them, but lost them. I do not know why I waited so long to get another pair, but they are every bit as nice as I remember and that is rare these days.

i plan using these boots in the winter time. these could be worn anywhere from in city streets to farmland. i wouldn't recommend them in warm weather like summer or spring months because the inlay is rather thick. overall, a sturdy and stylish boot. retro as well.
