It was a really cute shoe but it was hopelessly, hopelessly too small. I wear either an 8 or an 8.5M, sometimes even a Narrow depending on the shoe. These were an 8.5M and I couldn't even get my foot into them. I'm really disappointed because it looked as if it might have been comfortable if the sizing had been even remotely close.

Purchased a pair based on the cushioning for the insole. I liked them a lot, the insole was like spongey egg-crate but a bit jiggly in the toe size-wise. I work at an airport and those floors have no give so the padding was primary in what I was looking for in a shoe. Less then a month I noticed it was slapping when I walked and the sole was coming away from the body. Nbd,I returned them. I was so impressed with the insole that I got another replacement pair but a narrower size. The pleather shell started peeling right away on the toe but instead of sending them back I filled it in with sharpie. I didn't want to send them back in so quickly. But the narrow size pinched my toe so badly (etc etc) it was uncomfortable to wear. And it's peeling on the heel now. They'll probably just stay in the closet. It's too bad, the insoles are great ?

The look less attractive in person. I really dislike the bumps inside the shoe. Very uncomfortable.

I wear an 8.5 N and ordered a 9N because of the reviews saying it ran small. I could not get my foot in the shoe. It would take a 10N or more to get close to a good fit. It’s not worth the effort. I will return these.

These were extremely uncomfortable. Had trouble even getting them on.

Returned this shoe. Difficult to put on and even more difficult to take off.

THIS IS INSANELY too small. I checked both the box and inside the shoe as I was sure the wrong size had been sent. I am a 9.5 and ordered 10. 10 was sent. I can’t even get it on my foot.

They are a beautiful shoe, but they run very small. I ordered my usual 10AA and couldn't get them on. Someone who wears a 6 might be happy with them. I did not find a size marked in the shoe and question if it was in the wrong box.

Not wide in any way shape or form. Was a waste of time and energy ordering and returning. Could literally not even try on so narrow.

I ordered my normal size of 9 WW but I could hardly put my foot into it because it was not wide enough. It also felt too short. I did love the style but had to return the shoes. I may order a half size larger in the future

Unable to get it on my foot. I have worn these in the past and fit great/true to size but this pair felt at least a size smaller

I was super excited to get this shoe based on the reviews and comfortability potential. Unfortunately the top of the shoe fit so tightly that it left actual bruises on my feet after one day of wearing them. Very expensive shoe and disappointed in the results.

I normally wear an 11N or M if socks are to be worn. After reading other reviews, I ordered an 11.5 M in these shoes. I cannot even get my foot into them. Back they go. I have purchased this brand in the past. This shoe has the strangest fit I have ever encountered. What's going on, Softwalk?

No way does this fit. I usually wear a 9 wide. These are really small. Probably need a 10 ww or 10.5 ww.....hmmmm, so I can’t comment on the comfort or the arch support. I do like the style though.

These are very unattractive shoes. The eggcrate footbed is comfortable, but the heel is too wide, so my foot slips out of the shoe at each step.

returning. very very narrow and small for size

I have the narrowest foot possible and this shoe was too narrow! That’s never happened to me. I couldn’t even get it on without show horn. So disappointed

The shoe was extremely tight across my right foot bunion and hammertoe.

Even though these are a WW and felt comfortable in the footbed, they still don't work for people with a high arch. Way too tight across the top of the foot. Back they go.

Very snug, and I ordered a wide size. Sent back.

I usually wear an 8 Wide, so I ordered this shoe in that size. I also have a nerve condition called Morton's Neuroma, so I thought the additional cushion in this shoe would work well. Unfortunately, the shoe fits far more snuggly than a typical 8 Wide. The toe box is short, and the width is not very wide. I wore the shoes around the house with no socks for a while, and thought I could deal with the snug fit. Unfortunately, after one day of commuting in these shoes (with thin socks), I now realize I can't wear them without discomfort. And since I wore them outside, I can't return them. I'm a student on an extremely fixed budget, so this is extra problematic for me. The extra cushion is comfortable, but be very wary of the overall fit.
