Since I suffer from neuropathy in both feet, a comfortable pair of shoes are nonexistent for me...until now! These shoes are great. Comfortable, stylish with either skirt or pants. I ordered 1/2 size larger and they fit perfect. Highly recommend!

Much as I love this shoe and I can see that it's well made. I find in comfy in every way, true to size etc., but I have a dumb big toe that sticks up when I walk and the nail pokes into the top of the shoe...therefore, I must return them. I'll keep looking.

Great for bunions! I have knife-like stabbing bunion pain in most shoes. I can only wear either WW/EE shoes with stretch neoprene or sneakers with mesh at bunions (like several of the Brooks models). Needed shoes for work that would look slightly more dressy -- I have two pairs of SoftWalk clogs that I also adore. These are made of the softest leather that stretches easily around my bunions! I am typically 7 EE/WW; I got these in both 7 & 7.5 WW and both fit, but I kept the 7.5 because I plan on wearing these mostly in the fall and winter with trouser socks. In bare feet/nylons the 7 fit fine. I am a SoftWalk convert and hope Zappos carries more of their styles in WW/EE. My bunions like me again, and I don't look like a 46-year-old geriatric patient in these shoes!

These are comfortable shoes. I like the look. Some of them are missized. The black color size 6 was too short and navy blue color fit just right. The 6½ in the black fit me.

This shoe is beautiful and well-made. It seems to run a bit small and does not accommodate a high arch. I also ordered a pair in a half size larger than usual, which is more comfortable and fits better. I am keeping the larger size.

A fabulous shoe! They are very comfortable and great if you do lots of standing at your job. The width is true to size but you do need to go up 1/2 size in length.

Great shoe, but runs small and even the EE is narrow in the forefoot region (dorsum of foot,etc). So after 3 tries I gave up. Not for my foot, but good shoe none the less.

Great feel. I have flat feet and the arch didn't seem to bother me. Too short though. I usually wear an 8, so I ordered an 8 1/2 but I'm exchanging them for 9!

This is a very comfortable shoe. Good space in toebox. Not too loose. Good walking shoe. I have an unusual foot problem (windswept toes) and it is nearly impossible to find shoes to accommodate this. Zappos is a lifesaver. My thanks for their fantastic returns policy!

I have narrow feet and very sensitive heels. This pair of shoes fits me perfectly. They are specifically for bare feet and fit snuggly and comfortably.

I think this is such a cute shoe. I really wish I could keep it but the sizing runs small. There is not enough room in the toe box. I am so disappointed that I can't keep it. I am a size 13 and there is no larger size. I wish they had made it true to size.

I have a narrow foot and extremely narrow heel. I have to return so many shoes before I find something that fits. (That's why I love Zappos...great service.) I ordered this shoe in a Slim and they hug my heel and fit perfectly. These are keepers!

For a person who is very heavy, I need a shoe that will support my toes, ball of my foot, arch and heal and this shoe does it. I searched for a year to find the perfect fit and this shoe was the only shoe that didn't leave me with foot and toe cramps before the end of the day. I did have to go with an extra wide to find the true comfort, but my feet tend to swell as the day progresses and the extra width gave my feet that extra room I needed by the end of the day. This shoe has lasted a year, so I feel the price is a good value. I've had the shoe in a 7W, 7WW and 7.5W and find the best fit was the 7WW. I usually wear a 7W with other shoes. After a year, the shoe still looks great and I'm preparing to purchase another pair so I have 2 pairs on hand. It's perfect with slacks and very durable as well as comfortable. Excellent shoe!

These would have been great but they were too tight. I love the egg crate bedding..feels awesome. I'm hoping to exchange for a wide width.

I am extremely pleased with my new shoes! A friend wore these all the time for teaching...she said they are very comfortable...she is so right! They are very soft leather and I can wear warm socks with them. Great support on top of all the comfort! Great with jeans! Love them!

These are super comfortable, like putting your feet into a bag of marshmellows! I look forward to changing into them after wearing my pumps every time I work.

I usually wear size 7 but ordered 7.5 but it was snug and kind of short, my toes touched the top.

I normally wear 8-8-1/2. I ordered a 9 and the fit is perfect. This shoe lives up to it's promises. I am a flight attendant and walk many miles everyday both in airports and on board. The shoe has not stretched (which was a fear) and is extremely comfortable all day long. Love it!

Very comfortable shoes fit like a glove the moment I put them on. My toes are not squeezed and there no seams rubbing them. This is my 5th or 6th pair.

I received them promptly. I am looking forward to wearing them come fall. I really like SoftWalk shoes!

I actually bought these for my mom, who has swollen feet that hurt all the time. She loves them. They are the only shoe she likes to wear now. And she wears them around the house almost like slippers. They are true to size, well made, and super comfy. We highly recommend them.

I am happy with the shoes although I ordered a 7 and they are a little short, but a 7 1/2 would have been too long. I seem to have some arthritis in my feet so even as cushioned as they are, sometimes after working on my feet for about 5 hours, I still have some pain. This would probably not be a problem for others. I bought them because I have seen nurses in hospitals wearing them, and inquired and each said they were worth the money.

These shoes are wonderful with some style. At 40 nice to have some extra-wide shoes that are comfortable. Yet, not old lady-ish. Bought a half size up; glad I did.

This shoe is definitely not sized correctly. I ordered what is a half to full size larger than all my other shoes and it was too tight to even put on. I have a very wide foot and always wear EE. This shoe runs very narrow. I am not sure about the length because I couldn't really put it all the way on.

I bought these shoes for a trip to England, Scotland, & Wales. I knew I needed a sturdy, comfortable shoe for walking around, and not a sneaker. I wanted a shoe that wouldn't let my feet get wet easily. At first I was afraid they were too small; they were hard to get on and I need a shoe horn for sure. Once on, though, they are very comfortable and plenty roomy. I think they will be perfect for me!
