the right shoe slipped up and down on my heel. Don't think I could have worn any smaller.

This shoe is the bomb! I have a very hard time finding shoes as I have fairly wide feet, bunions, hallux limitus, plantar fascitis and more. This shoe works for me! I agree with the review that said the wide toe box with no seams was hard to find and the leather is soft and pliable. The comfort of the shoe bed is still obvious after a full day of teaching on hard floors. Thank you Softwalk and Zappos customer service...which is also the bomb!!

Really comfortable - great shoes for a casual and busy office environment. You could walk to work in these and feel fashionable and comfortable.

Great shoe! I've bought 3 pairs over the years. It's comfortable and easy to wear all day. I have a long narrow foot (13AAA) and this doesn't make my feet look longer.

Just got them - they feel terrific. Glad I ordered a 9 instead of 8 1/2.

Well my wife always wears a 5 1/2. Everybody said this shoe "runs small" so I got her a 6. It's about a half size TOO BIG! LOL!

Shoes are ok, wish the navy was in the bottom part of the shoe instead of the black, so the whole shoe was navy. I really don't have a lot of choices in shoes with a size 13 shoe. So these will have to do.

For someone, like myself, with problem feet, these shoes are proving to be very comfortable so far. I wear an 11 AAA in this style. I ordered up a half size because of other comments regarding the sizing. I'm glad I did. I needed it.

The perfect travel or on-your-feet work shoe. Lots of support, comfy as slippers, look good with dresses or pants. I was a bartender in a pair of these and never noticed that I had been on my feet at the end of the shift. Perfect for museums, easy hikes, city walking, dinner out. Easy to clean and a good polish job makes them look great for a long time. A great value. My third pair.

Very light and comfortable. Love the egg crate footbed. Width runs small. Had to get wide width.

These shoes are super comfortable even if you have bad feet like mine. I wear them for work as they are better looking than sneakers which would be my other choice.

I had been looking for navy shoes like this for years... I just love my shoes... they are soooo comfortable. I stand up much of the day so these shoes are just perfect.

I love these shoes. I struggle to find narrow shoes that fit! My first pair lasted 10 years and I wore them nearly everyday! I was so pleased to know that they still made the same shoes! Please keep them because in 10 more years I will need another pair!

The 9.5 medium was too wide for me, but felt shorter than than 9.5 narrow which is a bit too narrow!

I bought a pair of these shoes in a size 8ww, I usually wear a 7.5ww. I had hoped that I could wear them ,however they were too narrow. I liked how they looked, the footbed was very comfortable.

Sorry but these are going back. I have a high instep, and couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Makes me sad, I thought they might be comfortable to wear.

I have a real prominent navicular bone above my arch and these shoes really rub it. They look so comfy, but not on me!

I have painful bunions. Generally my feet "scream" at me when I wear shoes other than sandals, even while I am sitting. I wore these shoes last night for the first time and my feet were completely comfortable, no pain at all, all night long. I am beyond happy!

Loved the look and my 6 WW seemed true to size. My problem is that I am buying wide shoes for the first time, due to a new problem with my little toe. I didn't realize that wide shoes are wide in the heel as well. These fit my toes great, but slipped off my heel. Really sad about this, as they would have been perfect for work.

Since I suffer from neuropathy in both feet, a comfortable pair of shoes are nonexistent for me...until now! These shoes are great. Comfortable, stylish with either skirt or pants. I ordered 1/2 size larger and they fit perfect. Highly recommend!

Much as I love this shoe and I can see that it's well made. I find in comfy in every way, true to size etc., but I have a dumb big toe that sticks up when I walk and the nail pokes into the top of the shoe...therefore, I must return them. I'll keep looking.

Great for bunions! I have knife-like stabbing bunion pain in most shoes. I can only wear either WW/EE shoes with stretch neoprene or sneakers with mesh at bunions (like several of the Brooks models). Needed shoes for work that would look slightly more dressy -- I have two pairs of SoftWalk clogs that I also adore. These are made of the softest leather that stretches easily around my bunions! I am typically 7 EE/WW; I got these in both 7 & 7.5 WW and both fit, but I kept the 7.5 because I plan on wearing these mostly in the fall and winter with trouser socks. In bare feet/nylons the 7 fit fine. I am a SoftWalk convert and hope Zappos carries more of their styles in WW/EE. My bunions like me again, and I don't look like a 46-year-old geriatric patient in these shoes!

These are comfortable shoes. I like the look. Some of them are missized. The black color size 6 was too short and navy blue color fit just right. The 6½ in the black fit me.
