My favorite shoes - I have at least 60 pair of shoes, and these are my favorites. They are comfortable, very supportive (laterally, I tend to overturn my ankles), and go with nearly all of my clothes. I have extremely high arches and have to wear orthotics (insoles) and they fit in these shoes. I've had these shoes two and a half years, wear them often and they still look like brand new. I imagine the only downside would be if you wanted to wear them without insoles. They're not cushiony and they might seem rather large.

About the shoes: I had to order two pairs. The first pair I ordered were what would normally be my size, but they were HUGE. I ordered a size smaller and they fit more like what I was used to, so this is definitely something to consider. My other complaint is that they gave me blisters on my heel the first time I wore them, but I found that moleskin solved this problem quite easily. In all other aspects, they are comfortable and I love the way they look. I'd definitely buy another pair.

I ordered them on Monday & rec'd them Werdnesday afternoon! I had to exchange for a size smaller, though. Size was one size bigger. They are wide & I gave a narrow foot, but this style has 2 adjustable straps across the top of foot. Overall a great looking shoe!

The Perfect Shoe! I love this shoe! I have this pair for almost a year now, and they still look like new even though I wear them every single day! They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I had been wanting a pair of Doc Martens for years, and I finally found the perfect shoe for me!

My Doc's - I really like my new Doc's. This is my second pair and I forgot how stiff they are when you first get them. In no time at all, they are like a second skin!!

Great Shoes! I love everything about this shoe. It's compfortable, has a great look and I think I'll be wearing them for years because they are so well made. I can't wait to try another pair.

BEST SHOE FROM DOX'S! I had wanted these for a while and finally bought them and they are wonderful. I can wear them w/ jeans and to church and anywhere w/ pretty much everything. They are VERY comfortable and I know they'll last (I love Dr. Marten's shoes). iI wish they made these in toddler sizes for our daughter. ( : I highly recommend getting a pair. ( :

My first pair - These were my very first pair of Doc's and I must say, I love them! They are super cute and comfy enough to wear to work. They pinch my pinky toes a little bit, but I have wide feet so that's always the price I pay, unfortunately. All in all, I wore them for the first time today and they felt so great. My feet just slip right in and out of them. I think I'll be buying more Doc's, not only 'cause they're great shoes, but Zappo's is amazing to order from! Love you guys!

Doc Martens dresses and impresses us once again. You get what you pay for when it comes to Doc Martens - quality, style, and durability. My last pairs lasted more or less 5 years and I have no doubt these will be no different. At first I was a bit put off by the double buckle but it has grown on me as a unique twist on this classic shoe I used to wear as a little girl. They are comfortable (didn't have to break these in like my Doc boots) and since I tend to wear good socks I didn't have a problem with the back rubbing up on my heel. The buckles are a little stiff but until I take the time to soften them up, I slip in and out of them (just taking care not to stretch the back too much) and they look great with jeans or when I have to pull out a skirt and tights for a special occasion. Zappos is, as usual, breaking the mold of internet shopping by providing a delectable array of quality shoes, customer reviews & 6-angle photos of each shoe, courteous customer service, and prompt delivery. They even shipped my order out Express Delivery for free because I was on hold for just a few minutes on a busy night. I love Zappos and my zapatos.

Quality - I have purchased other Dr. Marten's shoes so I knew that I would like these too; and I love them!

I have loved these shoes for 7 years - These are my absolute favorite shoes. I wear them 'til they can take no more. They are my everyday work shoes.

I used to own this pair a number of years ago until the strap broke. (This was back when the straps were held down by elastic). Now, they have these little metal pieces that keep them held on to the shoe...it's great! I really do love this shoe, and if you are reading any of the other comments, you will realize how great it is. It looks cute, and is really comfortable. I would like to mention that it takes about a week or so before the shoe starts to become comfortable and fit to your feet. When I stared wearing it, it would rub against my back heel (b/c they don't have 1/2 sizes, I had to get the next size up), and that would kill! But, give it a couple of days, and you will understand the magic of this brand!

I really like these shoes and they're super cute! However, they do feel a bit too big and kind of rub the back of my heels, which aren't very comfortable. I hope they get better soon. But I still like them.

The shoe is everything I expected, and I am very pleased with the delivery and the product

Versatile comfort! You can't go wrong with these shoes! They're comfortable to wear for long days and they go with everything. I now have them in black and brown and there are few outfits I can't wear them with.
