This balm is a cut above some other miracle leather products that tout great results. I often worry that I am going to be rubbing on some leather finish that will go on all right, but turn to a tacky, white-ish substance that cannot be removed. Doc's balm reminds me of the high quality mink oil you can no longer get, goes on then disappears into the shoe, revitalizing the leather.

I got the Wonder Balsam for my Dr. Martens 1460 in greasy black. After a few weeks of wearing the boots while working on cars and boilers, the toe caps were scuffed. The wonder balsam made the leather soft and shiny again with just a few minutes and a clean rag. It worked on my deerskin gloves, too!

This is a great shoe. It's extremely comfortable while also offering a good heel height. The style is funky and classy at the same time.

I've used this stuff on a few different pairs of leather shoes now and it works GREAT! My 10 year old Doc Martens have never looked this good!

Pretty Amazing - As per the review by others this balsam works pretty good on shoes, at least in my case, that are not looking all that good. It brings out a wonderful shine to the shoes and tends to hide, to some extent, the scrapes and other minor damages to the shoe.

The wonders of Dr. M's Wonder Shoe Balsam - It works wonders. I have rejuvenated 3 pairs of boat shoes that will live another day. Worth every penny. As always, Zappos' service is beyond compare. Thanks!

Dr. Martens Wonder Shoe Balsam - This leather treatment is worth the dollars. I've been using it on my Harley-Davidson boots, and it's been keeping them looking like new. It softens the appearance of scuffs (happens a lot to boots from shifting and braking) to the point that they're nearly invisible and adds just the right amount of shine. It also helps protect them from water damage and makes clean-up easier. I'm going to try it on my good leather handbags & shoes to help protect them as well. A little bit of this clear balsam goes a long way and the applicator inside the lid is perfect.

Wonder Balm! Well, this stuff certainly does what it says it will. It gave new life, or at least a few more miles, to my favorite DOCS. Highly Recommended.

Love It - Bought for shoes, used on leather chairs, desks, coats.... A bit greasy the first day but soft the next.

This stuff is wonderful. I have a pair of suede skate shoes that I’ve had for about 3 years now. They looked pretty beat up cause the color was fading. But they are actually still in pretty good shape. I used the balsam and it made them look brand new again. I was so happy. I recommend using 2 coats. Put it on let it dry then put on a 2nd coat. The 2nd coat helped to make it a little more water proof after the first coat had soaked in.

Dr.Martens Wonder Shoe Balsam - This is a great product. I've used it on my new Docs, an older & very used pair of CATs & my old Docs. It revitalizes the leather and makes the boots look good again. I don't think it was meant to be a polish or shiner but it does have a similar effect. I intend to buy more of this product. Zappos shipping was quick.

Good Product - The Dr. Martens Wonder Shoe Balsam is a great product that has rejuvenated the leather on old shoes and belts. I also put it on all my new shoes to protect them. Makes old shoes look new again!

Shoe Balsam really does work - My husband had 3 pairs of shoes that he hadn't worn for over a year; the leather just looked scuffed and dry. The Wonder Shoe Balsam lived up to its name. The shoes all have a rich color to them. I also tried it on a pair of nubuck Keens that were looking worse for wear...wonderful. The leather looks restored. It was well worth the money.

Great leather conditioner! This leather conditioner is wonderful. The canister comes with a "sponge" that stores inside the lid. I rubbed the balsam into a tired looking pair of shoes and they are like new again. This balm leaves a smooth satin finish. It does not alter the color and is not greasy or shiny.

The Best - This Balsam (Shoe Wax) goes on very easy and keeps my shoes looking excellent. I am very pleased with the product and I am very glad that Zappos.com brought this product to my attention. Once again thanks to Zappos.com!!!!

Shoe Magic - I have used this balm on all of my Clarks clog that I have had for years and they look brand new!!!!! I plan on using it for my boots and handbags too!!!!!

Love Wonder Balsam - Now after using Wonder Balsam I won't use anything else on my leather shoes. A little goes a long way and my shoes look like new.

Wonder balsam - So, we all know that the leather used for the new "made in china" doc martens shoes is not quite as thick and sturdy as the old UK made variety. However, this stuff really helps to make the new docs feel like the old ones. After using the balsam, my new boots are not only shinier and waterproofed, but the quality of the leather seems much improved after use. It's pricey, but worth it. Highly recommended.

Dr. Martens' Wonder Shoe Balsam - This shoe renewal works wonders! My husband hates to shine his shoes so he lets them go until they look terrible, although still fairly new. When he finally uses Dr. Martens' Wonder Shoe Balsam, he says it is easy to use, and his shoes look brand new again, no matter how old the leather looked before.

Best shoe balsam ever! This stuff is great! Makes all of my old shoe investments look as tho they all outperformed the market! It is well worth the money. Buy it.

DM'S Wonder Balsam - Awesome- best product for shoe cleaning... & restoring. They made a favorite worn out pair of shoes (worn for 5 yrs...almost daily) look BRAND NEW. I am not kidding. I had to apply it several times in a day to get the luster back but it was worth it. It also removed a water/salt stain on the black leather. I am so glad to not have had to throw these shoes away.
