BEST LOOKING SHOE EVER - I got to say a couple things about this shoe. It is the best looking shoe ever !!!! No other brand of shoe, will match pair of jeans and stand out as much as those! Everyone is admiring those. I bought Clarks Bostonian black shoe shine and Dr. Martens Air Wair Wonder Balsam to take care of the leather. Result - is extreme shine, pair is easy to take care of. The down side is that it is very heavy shoe, though i love the steel toe, in the way I wish they way little lighter. That is why I rate comfort at 4 star. If you looking for very comfy shoe ( star 10 comfort and stability), I recommend all the the Clark Bostonian Brand ans some models of Merrell shoes. Those companies really do a research on how improve the comfort for your feet. Stay away from brands like Sketchers, Black Box, Brown Shoe, Kennith Cole . I had pair of each of them and none compare to Clarks, Merrell, and Dr. Martens...

I know my style - The 1925 series looks decently dressy or casual for any occasion. They have steel toe support for any labor situation and they last. They are my fav shoe. Enough said.

Great Kicks - I really love these. My first pair of Dr. Martens, and I dont know if I'll ever buy another brand of dress/work shoes again. The elasticity of the sole makes up for no padded insole. At 6 months in I am happier with these than any shoe I've ever owned for certain. I really recommend them, especially to other big or heavy guys. They were a little harsh the first week or so, but once they were broken in I didnt look back. BTW Zappos delivered these shoes to me within 20 hours of my order, which really made me happy at the time. I'm not sure if they are always so quick, but their great customer service, shipping and exchange policies, huge selection, and stock of large sizes means I am a customer for life.

Dr. Martins - I really liked the look and quality of this shoe except there was no inner sole like sponge or anything like that. I am on my feet for 8 hours and the little padding that is in there doesn't do it for me. By the end of the day my feet ache.

Great shoes, I wish they came in brown - A very comfortable shoe, with wonderful look. I just wish they came in brown leather.

I bought a pair of these shoes in the 8th grade - I am now 24 years old and the seam on one of the shoes just gave out. They still look great, are comfortable, and long lasting - what more can you ask for in a shoe?

Great shoes! I got this pair as a replacement for my old Docs. (1461 series) I like this pair's looks better because of its steel toe, but it is a little uncomfortable (upper part is a little tough) during breaking-in. I am sure this pair will be nice and comfortable soon. (I've worn for only 2 weeks now.) I normally wear US 8 1/2 and I wear size 6 for Docs which indicate "US 8". These are still a little loose, but I like to wear bigger size shoe for comfort. Zappos.com gave me rush delivery (overnight) without shipping fee, so I am so pleased. So I am sure I will buy shoes here again and I have told my firends about Zappos! Thanks!

Walking on air.. The Dr. Martens's 1925 series...are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The look is amazing and compliment many outfits... I would suggest this shoe to anyone.

Nice pair of Docs! I really like my shoes! They are so cool and very retro looking. I have another pair of Docs and I do have to say because of the steel toe these pair do take some time to wear in. But after wearing Docs my feet feel better after standing all day. But unfortunately mine got scuffed and I didn't think that Doc's would do that, but it's not very noticeable and considering I wear them all the time I don't mind they still look nice.

Always on my feet after a hard days work! These shoes are excellent! Nice and rounded steel toe for the added OI! The Old school style sets the pace.

Awesome - These are the Best shoes that I have ever owned. I bought the Cherry Red ones. They are comfortable, fit great, look great and are the coolest shoes that I've ever owned.

steel tip story - The shoe's reputation is what led me to make the purchase. It will be a great, purpose-built shoe. However, I wish the sizing was more clear during the purchase experience. I had to call customer service to clarify sizing.

The greatest Dr. Marten shoe - This shoe is a great buy with its exquisite comfort and great looks. I would recommend this shoe to anyone.

Favorite all time shoes - I have had a pair of these shoes for years, they last and last. I have worn them at shows 9 while getting stepped on, to work, and school and in my horse barn as well. They go anywhere.

Awesome Shoes! I bought these Chery Red babies almost two years ago. They're my 21st pair of Docs since 1987. I wear them almost every day. I don't take very good care of my shoes, so I need a new pair!

Awesome shoes! Rub a little neatsfoot oil on the inside of the heel if it hurts your foot.
