Shoe fit well and was very comfortable. Unfortunately the hoops holding the laces broke after only a couple months. I would give a higher rating if construction of the lace holders was more secure.

This sneaker looks good and fits well. I am giving a 2 star overall due to how quickly they wear out. This is sold as a "walking shoe", I purchased for work where I "walk" a lot! The sloe was worn out within 2 1/2 months. Zappo's was great with there guarantee policy and I had (as always) a 5-star customer service experience with the return/repurchase of another brand.

At first look i was impressed .I enjoyed the amount of comfort i had in them.But nonetheless i was disappointed about 2 months later when the soles of the shoes had warn away to nothing but the inner material which has now become a sponge for any little puddle i come near.

I had heard a lot of good things about Propet and with nerve damage and hard to fit wide feet, I tried these out. Other than being really well made, I was NOT IMPRESSED with the comfort AT ALL!! I normally wear an 11.5 4E in New Balance, but based on reviews I ordered 12 5E. While my larger left foot fit well, the right was absolutely falling off. I did not feel much cushioning at all, and the soles are so rigid that these made me walk like Frankenstein, forcing a very un-natural gait that wore me out. If this matters to you, beware: these are HUGE, very heavy shoes, weighing in at over 17 ounces EACH on my postal scale. That's about double what I'm used to. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I've bought many Propet shoes in the past, including this same model, but this pair in particular was too long, even though the same size as I always order.

I don't know what is happening to Zappos quality control, but they sent me a pair of walking shoes that were clearly worn. The soles were dirty, the toe was dirty and you could tell by the laces that they had been worn a few times. They don't appear to be checking their returns before sending them out.

I ordered based on the positive reviews - bad move. They are not comfortable, low quality - very disappointed. You get ehat you pay for.

I have stopped wearing this shoe. After about 2 months, the shoes developed an smell, not foot odor, that I could not remove. None of my other shoes have this odor. Also, my feet would burn after wearing for an hour or so. I would not buy this product again.

Never buy these - My husband has worn these shoes for one week and they already look like they are 5 months old - the toe is coming off the shoes and we are going to have to buy another pair right away - also they are not comfortable.

These are a very nice and good looking shoe (I got the grey ones). My one issue (which I have to send them back for) is that the back of the heel slides out of the shoe slightly when I walk. This could have been mitigated if there was one more pair of eyelets at the top of the shoe to allow me to tie my foot more firmly into the shoe. They are very comfortable and it's a shame to have to send them back.

Excellent shoe

I have been ordering, and re-ordering this same shoe for the past 10 years. They fit perfectly, and considering I have wide, flat feet, that is saying something! Most shoes have so much arch support built in it's painful for me to walk in them. These shoes have given me all the support I really need. And when I add elastic perma-tied laces to them, they slip on and off easily. I cannot recommend these shoes, or Propet as a shoe maker, more.

These shoes feel great.

The size and fit were just right for me . Propet style isn’t life changing but it fits any occasion .

The “last” for these shoes matches my feet very well — generously shaped toe box — while maintaining an attractive “look”.

From the first slip in it was a welcome comfort for my feet, suffering with neuropathy these shoes were not only comfortable but a joy to walk in.

These shoes fit me like a glove. I’ve tried lot of shoes. I have sensitive diabetic neuropathy feet and a bad toe so I have to have the widest shoes possible. I used to think I was a size 15 but with the extra width I was able to fit nicely into these size 14’s. I will say these are the best most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned outside of getting custom orthotics and shoes thru Medicare. Wow! Thank you Propet!
