I love these shoes! Very comfortable. And they always look nice. I don't know how they do it. But I never need to shine them, but just brush them off, and they look fantastic. Not fake-shiny, but just like a nice, soft, leather, freshly-polished and brushed shoe. I can't comment on whether the shoe feels true-to-size because I'm not sure what that is anymore. It seems that shoe size trueness can vary among companies. My last pair of shoes from a different company are a full size off from these. So, I do not know which is right anymore. Also, I'm recognizing great service by Zappos. I won't bother with every specific. But suffice it to say, they exceeding my expectations! Really well done, folks!

Never had a shoe this comfortable. Absolutely amazing. Too bad they ran out of other colors, I'd take them all.

I bought two pairs of black and a pair of brown for my husband because he loves these shoes. They are extremely soft and comfortable, according to my husband. He has flat feet so it is difficult to find shoes that make him happy. The only complaint is that the size is not consistent. One of the three pairs (black pair) fits perfectly (my husband wears size 8½W), the other two (one black and one brown) were a bit tight even they were all 8½W. I had to order one size up but then they were a bit loose. We ended up returning the two pairs and we will try to order them again in the future hopefully they will fit him like the other pair that fit him nicely. I love to buy shoes from Zappos because of their excellent service. They are a bit pricey but you have got what you paid for.

I love buying shoes from Zappos, everyone is so helpful and friendly. My order is always right or they fix it and I have my shoes the next day. You couldn't find a better place to buy your shoes.
