Very nice shoe, I am going to purchase a second one to have on the shelf. Zappos has been a good company to work with. Had a minor problem with one phone call the problem was resolved, the customer service person had a great attitude did not have to make any other calls, did not have to be transferred, had an E-Mail from Zappos confirming our conversation before the phone call was over. Yes, I will recommend this company.

These shoes run more narrow than other brands of this type of shoe. I had to return them for a wider size and it was very easy to accomplish. In fact, my new shoes were shipped as soon as the returned pair were dropped off at UPS. These shoes appear to be of excellent quality and fit nicely.

I am a tall man and I ordered the Florsheim Richfield slip-on in a 15-3 e. They fit perfectly. I wore them Sunday to church and the remainder of the day to break them in for a trip we'll be taking in a few weeks. It wasn't necessary. I felt comfortable all day long. Yes, I would recommend these shoes to a friend.

This has been my dress/office shoe for years. Florsheim finally had my size again. Best shoe on the market. Comfortable shoe. The soles wear out quickly but I can get them resoled. Otherwise a great shoe.

I have a very wide foot (3E) & The Richfield model fits me extremely well.I had an issue with my last pair & Sonia Dolphin resolved the problem very quickly which was very much appreciated. As a result, I feel your Products & Customer Service is excellent.Florsheim Shoes have always been my favorite Shoes for years.
