Good shoes but they sent me two different shoes. One wingtip one Lexington. Ugh.

I owned a pair of Lexingtons before and they were the perfect shoe. I purchased my second pair 04/2015 and the "leather" split revealing a white under layer after 8 months where the foot bends. Never, ever in my 30 years of wearing leather dress shoes has the leather cracked or split. Also had to use an insert to make-up for the extra space. What happened to the leather soles and heels? They even use cheap shoelaces. To top it off, these shoes cost me more than my first pair. Do not buy this shoe!!!

I've owned this shoe before, they changed it for the worst. Ordered 2 pair online. Quick shipping. Fit great and are comfortable to wear all day. Unfortunately the shoes are clunky to walk in. The sole is a rubberized plastic that can be slippery on certain surfaces. The top of shoes finish looks cracked at the flex point. This was a great shoe for the money but no longer.

These are very stiff, leather is quite hard, seems quality is going down rapidly.. Never found these to be bad on delivery but these are horrible.

I bought a pair of Lexington's about a month ago. I had actually stayed away from Florsheims after a bad experience with a pair a few years ago. Prior to that I was a loyal customer and would only buy Florsheims. The previous bad experience is happening again. A callous has formed on the bottom of one foot and the way these shoes squeak everyone in the office can hear me coming. I feel like I have wasted good money.

I bought them in hopes of using them as an additional pair for business and due to the fact that they make a sqeaking sound when you wear them, I won't be wearing them again. A waste of money and I was told that they couldn't be returned since I wore them. I have enjoyed many pairs of Florsheim Imperials over the last 20 years and never had this problem, but I'll be wearing another brand from now on!
