I loved everything about these shoesthe style, the quality, and how comfortable they felt at first. Unfortunately, the only issue is the way they fit around my ankle. The back of the shoe sits just below my ankle bone, and every time I walk, it rubs against that spot and becomes extremely painful. I really wanted them to work, but the irritation makes it difficult to wear them for more than a few minutes.

I purchased a pair of these shoes to replace a pair that I have already. The tassle had come off of the original pair. Upon arrival I found that the codes in the shoes were identical, 101/2 M 17073 code and both pairs were made in INDIA. The new shoes toe box is much narrower and the top of the shoe is 1 inch further back so that the opening is so small that I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Not Good!!! Quality Control seems to have gone out the window. I have been a Florsheim shoe customer for 30 years and never had this problem before. How do I return these to get a new pair?

For many years I bought these shoes in Cordovan/Burgundy. Now only black.

Shoes were tight and caused a cut on my foot. The 18 percent discount was never applied.

The shoe is too big I need a smaller size may be a size 9

This is a classic design shoe with a nice luster and attractive look. Unfortunately it's way too tight across the top of my foot and downright painful to wear. I've been trying to "break" them in by wearing once a week for over two months now to no avail. After one day at work I'm left with a knot on the top of my foot. Ideally I'd wear these shoes to work every day as I've done with a similar style of Nunn Bush (at half the price) for the last several years. I thought I was upping my game, but I can't stand the pain!

Excellent shoe except way too tight to use with an insert

It's basically the same as the Brinson except the bottom. The rubber comes off and is clumsy.

I wear an 11.5 - I ordered accordingly but could not get my feet in these shoes by a long shot! Maybe a size 13 or 14 would have fit but I don't have the time or patience to find out.

love the shoe. have bought them for years. The new version is poorly designed. I have sent the 3rd pair back because I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. I sent a picture with the 2nd pair showing that the opening is 1.5 inches smaller than my current shoes. They are the same shoe with the same code # but the shoe was manufactured with the shortened foot opening. This is my second letter to you. I just hope you correct the design because I'm sure you're losing money on this design flaw.

Shoes are not correctly cut to support EEE wide men feet. I've previously purchased shoes in Sizes 9 and 9.5 EEE without issue. This time I was unsuccessful!

The shoes are too tight, I have been trying to turn them and have not gotten any response even though the site said easy return policy. I would like to get this resolved.

Why have you discontinued the Lexington in Burgundy? I do not wear my Black pair for every occasion.

The shoe is much narrower than a typical medium size. I use orthotics, so I had to remove a portion of the arch liner, making the shoe's unreturnable. Too bad, now I am out the money. They just don't fit well. The leather is the hardest I have ever had, making it impossible to break the shoes in. It feels like very low-grade leather. They look good, but buyer beware on the leather quality.

I'm not picky, and I typically love Florsheims, however this shoe is made of rock/hard leather that is miserable. By far the most uncomfortable.

I have worn these for two weeks and they squeak when I walk. I would appreciate someone from Florsheim contacting me to assist. This is most embarrasing.
