Great Shoes! The sheepskin leather makes them soft and supple, right out of the box. The Imperial Como is my only work shoe, they last about 3 years then I have to replace them, mostly due to the soft nature of the leather. I use orthotics inside them and they are super comfortable. They are not for rough-n-tumble-type wearing, these shoes are the ultimate for loafer comfort and dress style. They run true to size and the soles last about 1.5 years before replacement is necessary. I'm on my 4th pair in 15 years, wearing them every work day. I have both brown and black and alternate for even wear.

Satisfied purchase - Zappos service was great. Got the shoes within a few days as they said. I bought two pairs, one in black and one in brown as I could not find the style or size anywhere else. This particular shoe has soft leather which I need for comfort and did come in an E size which is just a little wider than the D. I'm very satisfied.

I tried this shoe based on several reviews stating how comfortable, etc. I bought both colors and the reviews are correct. comfort, fit, support, all great. Now I would like to add from another review. Why not make these in a penny, bit buckle, and other buckles.

These shoes fit perfectly. Thye really don't need a break-in period. Zappos is the best when it comes to shipping. It is prompt and is delivered when stated. I highly recommed using Zappos.

This shoe was recommended bu our ballroom dance teacher as the best men's shoe to dance with. I bought it for my son who is studying to be a dance instructor, and he loves it. Shipped on and arrived on time. The shoes were the correct size and fit well. I was afraid to buy shoes on-line without trying them on first, but my fear was unjustified.

Florsheim Como Imperial - This is the sixth time I have bought this shoe. Over the years, I have had three pair of brown and three pair of black. It is an outstanding and comfortable shoe that lasts a long time. It is handsome-looking, that can be worn with both casual and more dressy wear. I really enjoy the shoe.

Great Shoes - This is the second time I've bought this shoe. They are comfortable, light and lasted a long time. Very soft uppers.

Oversized - This is a good looking shoe but was way in excess of the size that I ordered. Wished that it came in as true to size because I love the look of the shoe. Appeared to be good quality. I might try it in a smaller size if they have one.

Hard to fit foot - The first pair was too large, even though we ordered the size that was on the old pair. By ordering a half size smaller, the fit was good and comfortable. Wonderful service from Zappos. Thanks

Exceptional Fit- Quite simply the ONLY show that has been a true fit for my difficult to fit feet- size 11 with A heel and C instep. The Como Imperial has consistently fit well, required no break-in, and looks good to boot. I have been a satisfied customer for nearly 20 years and am glad to now find them available online.

True comfort- I wore this model for about 20 years. I wear a 3e and they fit like a soft glove. A friend of mine, who doesn't wear a suit too often, only owns these as dress shoes. It's nice to know I have a place I can get them again. This model was always the best made and well wearing of the Florsheim Imperial product line.
