When received and the shoe box was opened, BOTH shoes had very obvious/observable quality defects which should've been caught before shipping or ever put into a box. On one shoe, the leather covering was actually very noticeably peeling off the back of one heel and BOTH shoes had machine scuff marks on the "tongue" of the loafers. The shoes were never even on my feet. I must say that when I called, I was immediately sent a return label. The shoes were taken to UPS for shipping and replacement early the next morning. This is the first time I've had an issue with any Florsheim shoes...disappointing as I ordered online directly from your company! I await the, hopefully, better-inspected pair of shoes and a quicker turnaround time to receive them!!!

After one (1) day of wearing my shoes the plastic coating peeled off leaving a dull look...very disappointed I will gladly send a photo...

For many years I used to " Live" in this very comfortable shoes. I used to get it from Store on 34th street. No more Store is closed. However, now still I can get it By Mail...good I ordered two, because I am sure of your products. Sorry, I send them back because I could not put my foot in any of them ( Does Not Fit). Now I have a problem where I can find the trust & comfort I used to have with Florsheim.

I have been wearing Florsheim shoes for 30-35 years and have always loved their quality and durability. This is why I have been so saddened by my recent experience. The Berkley penny-loafers that I recently ordered had some sort of film on them that started flaking off them after just the first wearing. Underneath this film was "raw" leather, which did not have the polish of regular shoes. I had never seen anything like it. I exchanged the shoes for an identical pair, hoping this was an isolated incident. The exact same thing happened on the second pair. The customer service representatives were very nice and I have been able to return the shoes for a refund. However, I am so disappointed that I am not able to continue to wear what until now had been my favorite shoe.

The shoe would not fit on my footband was the same size as a boot that i bought at the same time and the boot is a little big. Florsheim needs to size consistently.

The size is different. Same size purchased for more than 50 years is too small leather is not of the same quality. After two weeks wear, the sides appear to be cracking One of the shoes has began to make a popping noise when walking. Over all very disappointed with the shoes!

this shoe peeled the second time I wore it ....really weird. I thought Florsheim use to be a good and reliable shoe but this was a terrible shoe....sending them back. Wish I could show you the peeling

I just don't like the shoes. What was advertised online is different from what I received.

Shoes purchased for business/work. Shoes received were wrong size, clearly too tight. I have been a 10 1/2 for years and slightly narrow foot so get a C width when is available rather than a D. I have purchased other shoes recently at 10 1/2 and they fit fine, The left shoe here was so tight I almost could not even put it on. The right shoe also was tight but probably would have broken in ok eventually. But had to return the shoes because the left one was un manageable. Shoes made in India. I found out when I went to return ship the shoes that I had to pay UPS about $12 for the shipping. Very disappointing. I will not order shoes from Florsheim again.

Left Shoe damaged

1 shoe fit and the other was mismarked, way too small. couldn't even get it on my foot. never again will buy anything.

Great looking shoes but quality is highly suspect. The pair I received had part of the stitching falling apart. In addition, the leather was already cracking at the top. In short, I had to return them and am not getting a replacement pair. It was either poor quality of the product or poor quality control by the company in letting this pair of shoes get shipped.
