Incredibly comfortable and took a beating.

I have owned many pairs of Florsheim over the years with no problems until I bought these shoes. After 6 months or so of sporadic use the thread where the sole is attached to the upper broke.the break occurred in a non wear surface of the sole, cannot believe I am going to need to get these shoes repaired already

I love how the shoes look but I ordered 10EE and the shoes appear to be much narrower than double E. Is there a way to return and exchange these for 10 EEE?

These shoes looked very fine however, they are NARROW. I wear 3E and my foot would not enter these shoes and I had to return them.

Fit was a little tight for me, but wearable and I'm keeping them.

i wear these shoes sometimes on my days off (i work in construction). yesterday, i wore them to the dentist, and the assistant commented on how nice they looked. they are a very comfy shoe that runs true to size. the only problem i have with them, is the leather sole wears out too fast for my liking. other than that, they're perfect.

Nice shoes. It is always hard to find a shoe on-line that fits out of the box as I have a slightly narrow foot. Florsheim has always been good for that with me.

Great quality and design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because I ordered Burgundy, but it was not as burgundy as I expected.

As you can see by my past purchases I have had to return each pair. Before ever ordering I had my foot measured with the proper device. It was a 101/2 D. I ordered a pair of Riva in that size. To big so returned it for a 10 D. This fit perfect. The problem was it dug into the top and side of my foot. This was caused by the method used to sew the elastic to the leather. I returned it for ( I forget the shoe name, it's in your records) a type of loafer with the elastic on the side, size 10D It was a way to big. I spoke to one of you reps and he advised trying a 91/2 D due the type of shoe. Turns out you were out of that size. Next I tried the Berkley in 10D. I couldn't get my foot in it, even though the shoe and the box were labeled 10D. I noticed that it was made in Viet Nam. I guess shoe size depends on what country it's made in and not US standards. Also, my purchases were restricted to burgundy as I have a pair of boot type from Florsheim, I would like to continue purchasing them, but without a store, it looks impossible. Thank You.

The shoe said EEE but could not put on, too narrow. Appeared well made. Wish they fit.

The shoes are up to Florsheim's excellent quality; however, I thought their lasts would be similar to Rive which I have been wearing for many years. They turned out to be very short for the same 9.5W size.

Have purchased the Berkley (brown) shoe before and purchased 2 more this time (burgundy and black) size 12 B nice fit and comfortable.

I use the shoes for work and casual dress

I use my shoes for work. They are very light and comfortable. Look great. One thing that is a little uncomfortable is they are a little high on the ankle but only on my right leg. I figure they will get softer as I wear them more. I can still wear them all day without any problems.

These are typical Penny Loafers. I purchased size 12 EEE and they are none too wide. I may need to find a show repair to stretch them a bit.
