Shoe size was as stated, quality of shoes was perfect. Service was good as usual. This was the third pair of shoes/boots I have ordered from Zappos.

Be ready to get lots of compliments! Superfast shipping...really nice quality shoe...can't go wrong with Florsheim! I have gotten a lot of compliments on this shoe, starting from the first day I wore it. A buddy in the gym noticed my new shoes and complimented me on them. Florsheim's Berkley- Beautiful shoes, great shine. Fits well, no blisters...Wearing for a few weeks. Still breaking in. There is a pain at the base of the "tongue" of the shoe which will go away as I keep on wearing it. May be they can improve on this aspect. I'll buy this shoe again.

Perfect basic penny loafer- A scooch wide for a B width narrow but it broke in after just a day and I love it.

Just as Expected! I have worn Berkley’s for many years and knew what to expect- a nice looking shoe that fits well for a reasonable price. Because of my narrow width (B) I can only buy shoes on the Internet. This pair fits well and is already comfortable to wear after less than two weeks of break-in time.

Review Florsheim’s Berkley- This is the 1st time I've used Zappos. I did shop around for this particular shoe and when I saw it and the price on the Zappos site I just felt it was as close as I could get to what I'd been looking for. The process was simple and the shoes arrived within a week. As soon as I tried them on they fit. I am very pleased with the product, service and price.

A real classic - This is my second order from Zappos. I previously bought these shoes at a local store until they closed. I went online and learned that Zappos offered the same shoe at a very competetive price. The shoes are very comfortable and fit my otherwise casual style just fine. Extremely pleased with the Zappos service. This is the first time I ever ordered shoes over the internet, mainly because fewer stores today do not stock my size. I will remain a Zappos customer. What an airline pilot thinks! I have worn black Florsheim penny loafers as part of my uniform for 20 years. They are extremely comfortable and Zappos makes it possible for me to get the wide sizes that I need. I will never go to a Mall for shoes. Zappos is my store! Rick M. B-737 ATP (CAL)

A classic - Nice shoe. Runs a bit longer than I thought, had to return my "size" for 1 size down. Ret and reshippment went off without a hitch...kudooss to Zappos.com

Generous fit- Fit seems almost too generous, but until the shoe is worn, I'm sure it will be fine. Can't be Zappos terms. Free shipping both ways; who ever heard of free shipping on returns?

Very Stylish - A classic never goes out of Style!

Look Good, Feels Good, Wears Good - I have been buying the G.H.Bass Leavitt Penny for so many years I cannot remember. Bass recently made the decision to stop making my size B. I have a narrow foot and heel. I decided to buy the Florsheim Berkley as a replacement as they carry my size. They were feeling comfortable on my feet in less than a week. I am wondering if they will last as long as the Bass shoes. Only time will tell.

Florsheim Berkley-A stiff ride - This model reflects a conservative image with traditional flair. The size is appropriate to listing. The major problem is the leather upper is extremely stiff. When you combine the stiffnes with the slippery sole it is a dangerous combination. Takes quite a while to break in. You have to intentionally rough up the soles to prevent falling. When I compare this with the equivalent Rockinport model it pales in comparison. The rockinport is a softer upper with a gentle rubber/foam sole that is clearly superior. Poor choice on my part in selecting the Berkley.

Pleased! I am very pleased with the Florsheim Berkley loafers I recently purchased at Zappos.com. I returned them to get a wider width. The free shipping was a great bonus for me. From the day I took them to a local UPS store to send them back until I received another pair was seven (7) days!! That's amazing service!! Makes going through airport security easier - As a pilot, I have to go through security quite often and it's nice to have a pair of shoes that I don't have to take off. They are a little tight right now, but they are gradually loosening up. The one odd thing I noticed is that they pull my socks down when I walk. I'm not sure why that is, but I hope it stops once they loosen up.
