Very comfortable and supportive. Maybe lacks a little in style but a great fit and relaxing to wear.

A very comfortable shoe, however, the sides of the shoe below my ankle were too high and rubbed the bone.

I am trying to find a substitute for the Ecco Cross, which has been discontinued. These shoes are comfortable and look fine, but do not provide the same overall support that the Cross does. The sole is wrong and there is a loose feel to the shoe that is not the same as a loose fit. This is hard to describe, but some will recognize the feeling.

I developed plantar fasciitis a year ago and this is the first shoe that I can walk in all day without pain. The shoe is comfortable from the start and gets more comfortable with wear. I find it slightly long from the arch to the heel which makes it not grab the heel tightly, but it is still comfortable to walk in and provides the support on the foot-bed. It is dressy enough yet casual enough for traveling with only one pair of shoes.

Retired - I purchased these shoes to work trade shows where I have to stand on my feet all day long. They were very comfortable and I am happy with my purchase. This shoe was recommended to me by a professional specialty shoe person. This shoe is not lined with Gore-Tex and breathes better than the waterproof shoes. Gore-Tex shoes are hot in warmer weather.

SeaWalker Tie - This is the third pair I have purchased. Two in brown and one in black. Nuff said.

My first casual shoe - I like this shoe, only thing I wish it had was more cushion.

Ecco's SeaWalker Tie - Been using it continually since I received it a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy with the fit and how comfortable they are.

Best fit for my Fred Flintstone Feet - I have large wide feet, most shoes are much to narrow. Only a few brands properly accomodate my type of feet. Ecco shoes not only fit my feet but look the best too. My only compaint would be the quality of the shoe lace. I wear my shoes almost every day. Shoe lace only last me about 6 months. The shoes last much longer. The last pair I had lasted for almost three years of non-stop use. Great product, Great looks too.

I've owned several pairs of ECCO shoes and they're all excellent in wear and stay in good shape. All these shoes are "comfort" style.

Ecco Seawalker I have had two pairs of Seawalkers. They do not provide any support for my relatively high arches, causing my feet slight discomfort, especially in the heel and arches. I might try the Ecco Cross'. I also found them to run a full size big. For reference, I normally wear a size 7-7.5, so I bought their size 41 and found them to be way too big. I ordered a size 40 and also found them to be slightly big. On the plus side, I found the Seawalkers to be very stylish and exceptionally well made. The stitching throughout is absolutely perfect, just amazing. The finish on the leather is also flawless. The quality is on par with the much more expensive Mephisto Tyrus shoes I own. So in this regard, they are a great value even at $150. The comfort fiber insole has an amazing ability to absorb foot moisture. I have sweaty feet and they feel perfectly dry at the end of the day. The soles seem to be durable. I wore the shoes for 6 month and they show absolutely no wear. Overall, these are great shoes if they fit your feet well.

Not the same quality (bottom rubber is more like plastic) or fit (too tight for my wide foot), as when I bought this exact shoe ten years ago. I don't think my feet have changed!

The construction of the SeaWalker is great. The stitching seems very sturdy. The sizing is a bit awkward, though. With European sizes, it is difficult to estimate your actual size. I normally wear a 9.5-10. I didn't want them to be too big, but the arch support is not in the right spot for me. Maybe you should go up in size instead of down for half sizes. Otherwise, Ecco makes great shoes!

They Don't make them like they use too. This was my second pair, what a dissapointment. Poor footbed construction.

I love Ecco shoes but, for whatever reason, this pair doesn't feel comfortable to me. I have three other pairs of Ecco shoes and they're all fantastic.

Felt great. Solid shoe. But the sole makes a squishy-squeaky sound on hard floors which is what I walk on all day. Really wanted to like this shoe. Couldn't get past the squeaks. Returned them.

Bought a pair of these and similar from SAS. Very comfortable. Went back and vbought a couple more. Sercond pair did not match the size of the first. Alos have had 3 pair have there soles literally shred and fall apart when worn after a period of non-use. If you buy them, plan to wear them every day or carry an extra pair of shoes to wear when the soles suddenly disintigrate. 9 month on non-wearing seems to be enough to cause the shredding about 4 hours after you put them back into servis.

They look fine but truly feel to me as if they have a design flaw, at least for my foot. When laced up, the leather under my ankle does not hug my foot - it gaps out about three-quarters of an inch. It doesn't feel as good as my Ecco golf shoes or sandals. It might fit someone with greater volume feet, but it's not even close to being right for me. Also, one shoe had a bit of a "hotspot" that was uncomfortable. I'll return these and try something else.

This shoe is so comfortable and perfect for a casual work setting or just a casual walk. They’ve held up very well for me.

Love these shoes - my second pair, the first lasted years. Bought them based on my experience with the first pair, for a three-week trip to Italy, all walk, walk, walk. They served me PERFECTLY. No problem walking (age 71 and I use arch supports in other shoes, not here) and comfort at the end of the day. And I like their looks - kind of Euro, kind of cool, I've got them on right now and wear them with Dockers for office casual. Yes, I still work. Recommended highly!

A solidly constructed but fairly light shoe. Comfortable fit, with strong arch support. They felt good right out of the box - a good sign for me. I will be wearing these a lot, so I am hoping that they hold up well. The shoe is a very little bit lighter in color than depicted. also has somewhat of a "rough-out" like finish. Not suede but not the usual leather, either. I like the shoe and can recommend them without hesitation.

This is not the best looking shoe, but it is absolutely the most comfortable shoe imaginable. Right out of the box, it fits like a glove. I am a big walker, and this shoe really performs. I've been a big Ecco fan for years, and if I buy size 44, no matter what the style, the shoe fits my feet perfectly. The quality and workmanship are both superb.

Supremely comfortable right out of the box. No break-in needed. Looks great with jeans and khakis. This is my first pair of ECCOs. It won't be my last.

I have owned a pair of these shoes since 2000, and wore them every day except Sunday until recently. I have worn these shoes on 5 sight-seeing trips to Europe. They still look almost as good as the day I bought them! They are also the most supportive and comfortable walking shoe I have ever had. I am going to buy a black pair of the new ones to compliment my wardrobe. I am so happy to know that ECCO still makes this shoe because I could not find it at the local store that stocks ECCO shoes. I really can't say enough good about this shoe.

These are great every day shoes. Not too casual and not too dressy. Had to order one size smaller to get perfect fit. Bought these for my husband.
