Painful to break in and got scarred at my Achilles' heel on one foot. Otherwise, it is now a comfortable sneaker and I love how they look! I have wide feet and I didn't have trouble with the width of the shoe. True to size.

Purchased a black pair. Looks exactly how it does in the picture. No complaints other than it is not true to size. In comparison to my other pair of Vans (which are all size 7.5), this pair is very small. My old Vans appear to be huge sitting next to these. But I have a feeling they will break in over time.

They're beautiful, but the line of material around the outside above the sole is already starting to crack and wear after about a month. Love the shoes & they look great, but you'll be replacing them after 6 months.

Obviously, this is the classic skate shoe. However, this shoe is as basic as they come, very little support, very little cushion. More style than function.

Old Skool cool! These sneaks look great with jeans or shorts. Great for walkin' around town or just hangin' by the beach. Love 'em!

I've always liked classic Vans. Some of the materials are on the cheap side. The faux leather inner padded collar feels like plastic. Though the soles are good, solid, and feel like they will put up with abuse. Overall pretty happy.

Been a fan of these shoes for as long as I can remember. Love the style of them and they never seem to get old to me. Whenever one pair wears out, I always have to get a new pair.

First time buyer, they are comfortable wide enough for my big size 15 feet.

Love these shoes. Classic skater/surfer look. Construction feels solid and durable. If you want more comfort over style, I would recommend Van's Chukka low, they have a padded tongue and still look sick.

These remind me of a baseball and go really well with jeans for a ballpark visit. But you definitely need to add some cushioning to these, as they are bare bones on the inside. For a "skate shoe", that was a bit surprising, but it's an old style that I could never wear as a kid, and it's low profile and Vans attitude made it a required buy. With the additional cushion insole I bought, it's a comfy wear.

I wouldn't buy this shoe unless you're a skater. It feels floppy and it makes a terrible floppy noise coming from the sides when I walk.

They looked funny. I'm ordering a pair of Taos instead.

i was so happy i found what i thought was the same white leather vans that i had a few years back but they were not like i thought they would be the style is great but they rub the back of my ankles and sides of my feet where my bone is and gave me a blister. im so dissapointed unfortunately i cannot return i wore them twice out and about thinking that they might need broken in a little bit and even loosened up the shoestrings to see if it would help but nope . I guess its just somethin about the leather i own several pairs of vans and these are the only ones i cannot wear .

Too small for me since I have a wide feet.
