I was extremely impressed with the upgraded quick shipping for the holidays. Zappos has excellent customer service! I have always been happy each and every time I made a purchase with them! I recommend Zappos with no hesitation!

Your company is by far the most efficient on-line-to-snail-mail operation I have ever encountered. Over the last two or more years each and every item I've ordered from you seems to magically appear on my doorstep within "minutes" of placing my order (well, maybe within a day or two).

These shoes are great. I have the same pair in another color. Only criticism, the plastic heel cup/support isn\'t the strongest and broke after a year, but these are pretty cheap so it\'s hard to complain.

Who can please a Teenager? Zappos can! I have purchased the same style of Vans for my son repeatedly for almost 2 years. No complaints, only comfort. I love that my previous purchases are in my history and I simply have to move a new pair to my shopping cart. Zappos customer service is phenomenal. Their concept of customer care is unparalleled in my experience with internet shopping. My active family of 3 boys can go through shoes like wildfire! Thank you, Zappos, for overnight shipping, easy returns, fantastic selections, and Customer Care agents that I can understand!

Once You Go Vans You Can't Go Back - I am a huge Jordan fan and I own almost every Jordan shoe made, but to this point I had not tried Vans. I just bought my first pair 3 weeks ago, and at first it took a while to figure out my size. But noe that I have been wearing this pair I love them. I can't stop myslef from wearing them everyday whether they go with the outfit or not. And I rarely ever have that problem because the black vans are able to be worn with any otufit.

1/2 size smaller - Shoes look great! I normally wear a 9, but wear an 8.5 for sports. I ended up returning the 9. If you plan on ordering, I would go a 1/2 size smaller. They are a little stiff at first, but I expect them to be more comfortable as they break in. SHIPPING WAS GREAT!

Comfortable (though not much arch support-they feel similar to Converse All Stars). They have a nice, simple look-I’ve received a number of compliments on them.

Gotta Love ‘Em... Love the comfort of the shoe, love the Classic Vans look and they’re very easy to wear, goes with any outfit, just follow the size chart and it’s accurate.

Great Shoe! Great classic! I have had a few pairs of these and they take a beating! Comfortable for walking around, I wouldn't recommend a long hike in them, but great for getting around during the day!

White Vans - I love these shoes, they are ultra comfy and the TRUE WHITE is a staple for the summer. The cost is very reasonable; HOWEVER, it seems that Zappos has a better quality of shoe than Vans.com. I noticed that the Pairs you purchase from Vans.com the sole of those shoes are thinner and they look like variants. Zappos is THE PLACE to purchase alllll your Vans shoes!!!!

Can't beat Vans or Zappos - I knew before I even ordered this shoe that it would be just what I wanted. My son wears Vans and he had been trying to get this black on black classic shoe at a store in our area, but they never had his size. I found them on Zappos, ordered them, and had them the very next day. They fit just like the other Vans Classics he has - true to size and he loves them. I am not sure about the arch support, since he has never mentioned it, but has never complained, so I listed it as moderate.

Good - I liked my pair. Size was true, color was just like in the pic. No surprises and I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

One of THE best... I just purchased these shoes and they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own. They look super casual and look especially good with jeans and a t-shirt. They're great for walking around in all day in, as well!

I just received my beautiful clogs and not only do I love them, they fit perfect. They have good arch support and they are sooo comfortable that I'm not going to want to take them off.
