I purchased my first pair of "Stacies" in 1964 & never looked back! I own the Madison #12, 42, & my favorites the #15's, the high tops (known back in the day) as "ole folks" comforts. The classic wrinkling, the highly shined toe & heel, set the shoe off from all others. "Stacies" (in my opinion) are perfect when a suit is involved. Nothing gives the appearence of being "well dressed" as your shoes! I also own the "Brisbane," "Dublin" and "Palma" but the "Madison" is your signature brand and sets you apart from all others. In fact, i'm purchasing two more pair today!

I have been a Stacy Adam Classic shoe fan since the days my father wore them. They are stylish and fit for all types of occasions.

the product was great they are stylish shoes that your able to wear them in all occasions. Comfortable shoes they seem a little stiff at the beginning but they easily mold to my foot. I believe i got what i paid for.

Sizes are much bigger than I expected. Had to exchange a couple of times before it became apparent that UK size 7 is the same size as 7 in the Madison shoe.The rep was very helpful and the exhanges went smoothly Once the correct size was established I bought 3 pairs of these shoes, Black Oak and Brown. Very happy now with the fit and general comfort

Shoes fit well, love the design. Had a previous pair but damaged them...liked them so much had to purchase me another pair. Good stuff

I use the shoes primarliy for work and any opportunity to put on a suit. The shoe provides a classic look with style and comfort.

I bought these shoes as a stylish alternative to black skate shoes and black leather boots. I've worn them a couple of times and they're extremely comfortable and they feel durable. However, I have accidentally rubbed the sole of one shoe against the upper of the other a few times and it has left some black streaks on the taupe leather. Sometimes it came off with a little work, but other times it didn't. Also, the leather wrinkles after the first wearing around the base of the foot. Other than these two issues the shoes are marvelous and they're my favorite in my closet.

The best part of the experience is the return policy. I wore the first pair for about an hour. They were too big. I decided to return them for a smaller 1/2 size. I was reluctant to do so but it was easy peasy.

I love the traditional look of the madisons, and the comfortable wear, Since I Only have 20 pairs!

Had to search very long to find that color, style and quality for a shoe in this price range. Very good price value ratio. Happy costomer, will return.

I've been out of high school for 36 years. I've remember wearing my father's Madisons. They were a comfortable shoe then and still are today. A shoe that nevers goes out of style.

These shoes are terrific; I am always happy with Stacy Adams. The fit is perfect and the soles are durable. The traction leaves something to be desired, but hey, these are dress shoes. Stacy Adams shoes rock.

I'm updating my review after owning these shoes since June. I can't remember ever having gotten as many compliments on my shoes as I have with these. I'm a conservative dresser and was pretty hard on these shoes in my first review. I felt it was warranted to say that more men have asked where they could buy them--and more women have complimented me than any shoes I've ever owned. I gave this shoe an overall 5 rating this time based on styling alone. I'll also change whether I would recommend them to a friend because apparently they are attractive shoes and people ask about them and want a pair for themselves.
