These shoes might be comfortable for someone who has no foot problems, but that is not me. I found the leather too stiff and unyielding and so I am returning them. Found a similar style of OrthoFeets that work well for me. Grateful, as always, for Zappos great policy of try on and return if not not satisfied.

I bought these shoes for my dad, who is in his 90s. The attendants at his assisted living center were saying that he now has a hard time tying his shoes. The shoes fit him well, he likes them, and they look good. They are a bit bulkier looking than I thought they would be from the photo, which is why I gave 4 stars on Style. He put these shoes on himself the next day after they arrived and looked pleased with himself!

A good-looking and comfortable shoe. I need an extra-wide shoe size; also, I wanted a brown color rather than a black or white. This one fits the bill. I am surprised how light in weight they are! And the extra-wide velcro flap allows me to easily adjust the upper width for a comfortable fit.

Bought these shoes for my father who is in his eighties. They are his favorite shoes because they are super easy to put on since he has RA in his hands and are comfortable to wear all day long.

First, I want to say that Zappos is beyond compare when it comes to customer service. These shoes were lost in the mail. When I called to report this, Zappos immediately sent a replacement order. I had it in a few days. These shoes are just what I was looking for. They are very light weight, comfortable, supportive. Most important, they're very easy to slip on and off with the broad Velcro strap. It's a very good looking shoe appropriate for any occasion.

Loved the shoes, but just too flat for me...I have a high arch and need more support for balance and comfort. Exchanged for a pair of New Balance shoes with 100% Support.

I bought these for my 83 year old father who has diabetes. He normally wears size 11 B and that is what I ordered. Fit as expected, although he mentioned the toe area was a bit wider than most of his shoes. Think it will be good since he is older - will not pinch. The leather strap is easy to close and it covers all of the Velcro (some we ordered did not). The black rubber bottom of the shoe does stick out about 1/4-3/8" from the leather part of the shoe, but I think this helps with stability for him. Looks like a casual dress shoe when khakis fall over them. He was happy.

I had been looking for this style of shoe for many months. It is perfect for my needs. The velcro makes it very easy to put on. The size as shipped is exactly correct. I ordered some other shoes and had to return two pair. Zappos is very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.
