So Cute! I'm happy I decided to buy these! I own a pair of Frye campus boots in lime (which are actually more tan than lime), and love those so much, I decided to get another pair of Frye boots. Just like another reviewer said, these are really cute with jeans, minis, etc. Very well constructed and comfortable. I normally wear a size ten, but the 9 1/2 fits better.

Great boot! This is the second pair of Frye boots I have purchased. Both boots were everything I anticipated and more. The more being how comfortable they are. Surprising for such a substantial boots but true. Frye boots get better looking with age which to me is a sign of quality leather (I had my first pair re-soled and they look great). Zappos is fantastic to deal with and very fast. I am completely comfortable that when I order from Zappos I will get exactly what I want and if I don't the return process will be easy. Bottom line, great boot, great service- enjoy!

Great boots- Very comfortable, great leather and well made. I would buy them again for sure. The only downside is that they must be worn with a thick boot sock or else they hurt my ankle where the boot rubs a bit. This is not a problem at all with a thick sock.

Great Boots! These boots are great! Not only do they look awesome they are really comfortable too. Be aware though that if you have wide feet or a high instep they may be difficult to get on the first few times but they do stretch a bit with wear and will get easier. They run large also. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or a 9, but the 8 fits perfectly in these. You'll want to find a size where your heel doesn't slip when you walk.

Frye Harness 12R Tan - I love these shoes! I bought them in tan, and they're great. A much sleeker alternative to cowboy boots. The tan color is in fact more of a weathered brown, which is beautiful. At first I thought I wouldn't like that they weren't fully knee high, but as it turns out the height is fine; it's perfect for wearing jeans either tucked in or out, or wearing corduroy minis with tights. They require only a minimal break in time; however, you may not want to wear them on extra super long stretches of walking, because they are heavy boots relative to others available. Also, I have pretty narrow feet, and I can't wear very heavy socks or else my toes feel crunched. I would not recommend them to people with wide feet, or else I would size up. Overall, phenomenal boots, and I wear them all the time. I know they'll last me a very long time.

Nice Boots - Very nice boots, and true to size. Well made but could use just a tiny bit of softening for immediate wearability. Satisfied customer.

I love my Frye's- The only complaint I would have is, the color was called brown, and they are actually somewhere between tan on the way to brown. The color works with all; I was expecting a darker shade. I also order a half size smaller, I already have a pair that I bought in my size 8, and have slippage with this pair, so this time I ordered a 7.5 and its is perfect. They are very comfortable. You adjust the way you walk in the boots, but still they are quite comfortable. I LOVE my Frye's.

Extremely happy- They looked even nicer than I hoped for. I wear a size 9 and the fit was perfect- with heavier socks, of course, because they are boots. I've been wearing them all day long and they're very comfortable.

I can't say enough great things about Frye boots: 1) They look great- very feminine yet assertive 2) They fit like a glove (yes, some heel slippage is to be expected, and welcomed. Use Thorlos boot socks to help the boots fit their best) 3) They won't cost you an arm and a leg 4) They're made in the USA I did end up trying out three different Frye boots in the same size (size 10) before I found one with the perfect fit. This is because the boots are hand-crafted and so small variations in fit will occur. Zappos made that process as painless as could be. Could I have done that in a regular store? Probably not since they would only have 1 in stock in my size. Thank you Zappos for wonderful service and the best boots I have ever worn!

Frye Boots - I receive so many compliments on these boots! The "brown rage" color is difficult to find, I ordered a 1/2 size up and they are still a bit snug at my big toe, so I wear thin socks.

Great Looking Boot - I have had to try two different sizes in this boot though. I wear a 9, but I first got a 8.5 and thought it was too big. So I ordered a 8 and it was too tight in width. Went back to 8.5 and my heel slips, but it is okay with socks. I wanted the boot so bad I'll live with the slips in heel. I love the way it looks. Great with jeans. I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!

Very pleased! I was more than pleased with my Frye purchase! The order was promptly delivered. The boot is comfortable and goes with everything from skirts to jeans. They are a classic and won't go out of style. No disappointments here!!

great boots! These are just the coolest boots for fall! just a bit stiff putting on first time but they are high quality! Definitely recommend buying one whole size smaller! Zappos ships like LIGHTENING fast..

Comfortable! I ordered these a 1/2 size up because of the reviews below. It worked well and these boots are as comfortable and thet are beautiful. I love them and I am also happy with Zappos.

Frye's Harness boots are great - These boots are stylish and functional - and comfortable. Since I am past the point of wearing shoes that look good and hurt my feet, these past the ultimate test for me. I did have to buy a full size larger than normal, but that was indicated on the website so the pair I purchased fit perfectly.

Great Boot - I ordered the tan, love the color. Wonderful price, I did some shopping around and this was one of the best deals. Plus the fact that Zappos takes such great care of their customers! I got standard free shipping and was up graded to 2nd day,Thanks! Fit is perfect,just like a boot should fit. A little loose in the heel,I can feel the harness rings on my ankle bones though, that should break in with time. Can't wait for cool weather to wear them! Thanks Zappos, Love this site.

A note about sizing - Many people say these run large, but that wasn't my experience. My feet are relatively narrow in the heel and wide through the toes, so if this sounds like you, I recommend trying a half-size up. I tried these boots in my usual size 8, but the toes were too narrow - painfully so. I walked around in them a little, and my toes almost went numb. I went up to the 8.5, and they are a little loose in the heel, but the toes are comfy and the arch hits in the right place. If they loosen up with some wear, I can put insoles in and they should fit perfectly. Overall I absolutely adore these boots. They look great with jeans or skirts, for work or play. Frye quality is legendary. They aren't cheap, but they will never go out of style.

Beautiful Boots - I followed the online reviews and purchased a 9.5 when I generally wear a 10. However, the showes were a little narrow so I am exchanging them for the size 10. If you have a wide foot, I would recommend ordering the boot in your normal shoe size. Narrower feet may want to go with the half size smaller as advised.

These boots are fabulous! I was hoping to put them on and comfort wise, feel like I had owned them for years. However, I believe some "break-in" time will be required. As far as looks, it doesn't get much better. They will go great with anything, jeans or skirts. Because I live in Las Vegas the heat is not permitting an opportunity to wear boots right now, I take them out of the box just to look at them and wear them around the house. I have purchased several items from Zappos and have always had a positive experience. I've had to return a few due to sizing but, I am not returning these. I normally wear an 8 and it was not available in this color. Because several of the reviews stated that they ran a little large I grabbed the 7 1/2. I walked all over my house and although they were a bit difficult to get on I feel comfortable that with some wear, I will be happy with the 7 1/2. Thanks again Zappos!

Tan Frye Harness - Ordered boots Wed night, had them Fri morning! I wear a 7 1/2 and after reading reviews, I went with a 7. They fit perfect. There is a little room in the heel but that is normal for any slip on boot. Wore them all day, they are comfortable!

Love Them! I NOW know why everyone praises Frye Boots. Their quality and fit puts all others to shame. I not only wear them riding, but also dress them up with skirts! They look sooo good and are incredibly comfortable! Be sure to order a half size smaller than usual. Also they were a little hard to pull on the first couple of wearings, but I blame that on my high arches and the fact that I don't wear socks with them! Minimal heel slippage, but never any discomfort or sign of a blister...even wearing them barefoot! Great Boots...Highly Recommended!
