I have had this shoe for about a year, and finally get to wear it in southern California with all the rain. The top coating of the rubber however is starting to peel in numerous places. For the price I expected better quality.

Very disappointed in these boots, there is a coat over the rubber and it has peeled. It makes my nice looking barely worn boots look old.

I love these boots, style and comfort are great, true to size for me with or without thicker socks. After a year, all the plastic coating is peeling off and they look awful. I would have happily bought another pair, but seeing other reviews with pictures showing exactly what mine did, I will not be buying again. So sad, I loved the fit and style, however, due to the plastic coating peeling off all around the bottom portion of the boot definitely a no for me. I will be trying a different brand and keep this pair for the country.

I dreamed of these boots for a couple years before finally splurging. I love the way they look and feel.
However, I had to return them! They are absolutely awful to put on. There is no finger hook to help get your heel in and when you try to slide your foot in the back of the boot just crumpled. It was so awful.
I loved them once they were on but I knew it would drive me crazy to have to battle to get them on every time. The size was even a little big once my foot was in, but seriously getting them on was HORRIBLE.

So I bought these boots thinking that they would be great for the winter... I thought wrong. these boots are horrible. If you want to slide around everywhere like you're on ice skates then by all means please buy them. But if you are looking to get boots that you can actually walk in without sliding everywhere please look elsewhere.

Love the look and easy to put on, however the back sole wore a hole in it very quickly. Fortunately my foot still stays dry, but the shoe makes a squish sound with every step.

bought these boots as my 3rd pair of sperry boots. my other 2 are matte colors so this was my 1st glossy one. and they are comfy and fit well.. but after only a few wears the gloss is starting to peel off the boots.. very noticeable.

I've had these boots since 2015 and it is 2022. They are ONLY good for LIGHT snow and rain. I wore thick fleece tights and 2 pies of socks and could still feel the 6 inches of snow. My toes were sooooo cold.

I failed to see reviews. Shoes are not same as picture. Still cute, but how can you advertise one thing and send something else. Also, I have bought 3 pairs of the same kind of boot and they all fit differently.

I purchased the Saltwater Pony Hair Duck Boot with the leopard design because they are A. Super cute and on trend right now B. Online description states the boots are easy on with a zipper entry. Once I received the boots after ordering online, I discovered that the boots are very cute, but incredibly difficult to put on if you have a high arch because-there is no zipper entry despite what the boot description states. The boots are very cute and I love the look, but I tried for 10 minutes to get past my arch and get these boots on my feet, but was unsuccessful. Really disappointed.

These are super cute and comfortable (once you get them on) but holy moly, putting these shoes on is nearly impossible! There is no type of tab that you can use to help tug up the back of the boot once your foot is in! When I wear these, I need to plan a good 25 minutes of extra time just to get them on! It does make for a great workout at least!

Boots are very stylish! However as previously mentioned they are extremely difficult to put on. Also, no exaggeration..One step in the snow and my feet felt extremely cold. I have a pair from 2yrs ago and have never experienced this

Very hard to put on. Not enough give with the lacing even with the zipper. To much trouble to take off and on. Cute design, but construction should be improved
I'd also recommend:
Usually love Keens because of the generous toe box, Teva for summer wear, & Crocs

They were cute, but super hard to get your heel into them. Even ordering a size up, it was difficult to get on and off. No pull tab to help.

I've loved the look, comfort, and function, so I'm disappointed to say that a few months in, a clear coating began to peel off, leaving them looking to messy looking to wear out. Too bad, because if they had held, I would have bought them again and again.

Weird fit for me. The laces are don't tie and can't be removed except by cutting them off. I would have needed to tie the laces for a more snug fit.

I purchases the grey ones and they were stretch out at the top and the shoes inserts were NOT inside the shoes. They were defective. Very disappointed because they are usually great boots.

They're great for keeping my feet warm but, for the most expensive shoes I've ever bought they have the cheapest, thinnest, most useless sole I've ever come across, they're as thin a paper and slip in and out as they quickly deteriorate into the nothing that they almost were to start with.

A plastic coating started peeling off the first day I wore them to run a few errands. Worn twice now and they look like they're shedding a layer of skin. Is this normal? I've googled it and can't find anything. My other Sperry's didn't do this so I suspect it is a defect.

I already had a pair of these and love them. So I ordered another pair in a different color. What a disappointment. The zipper on one of them sticks and is hard to use. And the top of the boots is much narrower that my original pair. This is why I hate ordering on line. You can never be sure what you're getting.

Really cute style shoes but the zipper on the side makes it hard to put your foot in I normally wear a 8. 1/2 so that's what I ordered a 8.5 Wide and I still had a really hard time getting my foot into the boot.

I absolutely loved my boots until the rubber on the top of my boot came apart at the seam and rendered them useless. I wear these boots once a week, sometimes twice, when I clean out my chicken coup. They should have lasted much longer. Very disappointed I only had them for 8 months and wore them a limited amount of time.

While these boots are cute, I have had an awful experience with them. First pair they sent me were not waterproof at ALL- my feet got more wet in these boots than they would in a pair of sneakers during moderate rainfall. After emailing them, sperry sent me a new pair. Upon inspection this new pair was constructed COMPLETELY different. Taking out the sole, you could see the stitching was different (neatly down the middle rather than messily done around the sides), the lining was thicker, and the boot was clearly MUCH higher quality. Seems like a pretty shady thing for the company to do. While the new boots were better, I still feel as though my socks are a little damp coming out of them. Overall I would not recommend- doesn't seem like a trustworthy company and extremely overpriced for a subpar rainboot that won't even keep your feet entirely dry.

These are really cute and I have had mine for a few years and tried to make them work. Every time I wear them to do a lot of walking the area where the rubber and the leather meet rubs my food raw. It sticks out and has totally dug through the fabric. I thought it was better after I put duck tape over it, but my feet have already developed blisters halfway through the day. Also, these get too cold when there is more than an inch of snow and I really only recommend for rain or light snow.
