This shoe is very cute but it is made of a fabric...felt like material which makes the shoe very heavy. Seems like it would be very hot also, especially for the hot AZ summers. It was sized right.

LOVED the style and color and was pumped to get them out of the box and on---but they will be coming back. Narrower than I would have thought.

Unlike the canvas Vans, these uppers are much harder and inflexible rendering the shoe very uncomfortable. I've worn them for weeks now and the backs still hurt my ankle/achilles area. Very disappointed.

These are very stiff. The first time out was painful. A leisurely walk left blisters on both heels. I am not yet sure if they will break in. I am waiting to heal (no pun intended) before I try them again. Also, the right shoe is slightly smaller than the left.

I had such high hopes for these, having had good luck with Vans in the past. My roommate got the same pair in the white perforated leather and loves them, so I decided to get a pair myself. While the fit and look are both perfect, the inside stitching scratched my feet so bad I was limping after 15 minutes.

I live in NY so I need comfortable and like trendy shoes. For look in person, I rate it a 7 out of 10, comfortability, 5 out of 10 because I ordered my reg size 9, they were super tight so I returned it and got 9 1/2. I wore them today, walked like for 10 mins and got blisters even with socks on! Very disappointed. Shoes can look hot but if you cant wear them whats the point? Money back?

Let me preface this by saying that Zappos has the best customer service EVER , and that this review pertains exclusively to the embossed leather slip-ons. I used to have a pair of the canvas ones in high school that I LOVED and they lasted me four years. These do not feel like leather; they aren't soft and giving, but rather, they are stiff on the collar. I think if I wore these for a day I would get horrible blisters. These shoes also felt a full size too small. I normally wear a 6.5 in the lo-pro, but i could not get these on my feet in a 6.5 because the leather vamp was so tight and inflexible. I exchanged for a 7.5 hoping that they would be comfortable, and while the flat bottoms are nice and cushioned, the vamp comes up too far and rubs the bone at the front of my ankle, and the collar rubs my heel very uncomfortably (and this is with socks on). I'm so disappointed, as these are certainly a stylish pair of shoes that I was excited to wear around Boulder for my spring break. I am tempted to keep them because they are cute, but I know based on previous experience that they would end up a mere shelf ornament. Bottom Line: Love Zappos, super-bummed and "Meh." about the shoes.

Not a girly type of shoe if that is what you are looking for! The shine has an iridescent look to it and looks tacky! I wanted to like these so bad!

Would have given the these a higher rating but I received these a less than 4 months ago and they are falling apart. The outsole is separating near the toe box on both shoes at all the flex points and near the heel on the right shoe. I don't want to look down and see where the outsole used to be glued to my shoe. They are still comfortable just not so pretty. Style score new out of the box would have been a 5 but now, if I could give it a zero, I would.

I loved this shoe's style, design, fit and comfort. However when I wore them for less than a month one of the shoes fabric ripped off the rubber. I was very upset and am hesitant to buy Vans again for that reason.

Poor arch support. I also got a blister on my left heal after one outing, needed a band-aid. Despite the poor fit, I love the styling!

Great looking shoe. How ever after only two weeks of causal wearing, the seam around the base of the shoe has split and come away from the rubber sole. Not happy.

Nice shoe, but very narrow. If you have clown feet, this one's not for you. Trust me, I'm not only the clown feet president, I'm a member.

I have bought these for my sons a number of times, but this pair and the last both fell apart after less than 2 months. The rubber edge is poorly attached to the fabric and starts to pull away after only a few wearings. I won't buy this style again. Other Vans styles don't seem to have this issue.

Even though this shoe was a B width, it was sloppy loose. It had moderate to low arch support. The shoe practically fell off my foot!

My niece said that these are awesome! And I like to be a cool uncle, so I tried them out. They have completely flat insoles and a very snug fit. Even if they were larger, I don't think they'd be comfortable. You can buy these for style, but look elsewhere for comfort (try a pair of Ecco or Mephisto shoes.)

The fit and size were okay. The issue was the color. Shoes are supposed to be black and white. The white checkerboards were yellow. The shoes must have been old and yellowed over time. Very disappointed that they were sent this way.

It's like the shoes are a full size or more LESS than the listed size. Neither one of us could get our feet into our new Vans shoes (mens 13, womens 7.5). Both of us are returning them.
