The shoe laces should not last longer than the soles. These shoes are very comfortable and the uppers are attractive, sturdy and durable. I won't buy again because the soles are wearing away so quickly.

Consider making a smaller size. In your women selection limited and some women like buying the men's shoes but they are to big.

I have the same pair of these in black and ordered the exact same size and yet these are noticeably larger...at least a half size. The return says you can send back unworn but I needed them for the weekend so I just bought some thicker socks and went with it. I never order shows online because I know you have to try them on but I thought I was safe because I have the same pair in a different color. Wrong. Ugh! My fault but very disappointed

Not as comfortable as my Scholl's Warner 2537363, leather upper. The toe is too thick with no stitching to protect the shoe leather. I would by another pair of the ones I already have, but I cannot find this particular shoe.

I reordered this because my son said these helped his plantar fasciitis with the gel insert. These don't have the gel, not as comfy as first pair.

I have purchased these for about the last 10 years, but these are being made cheaper every time I purchase them. The soles were better in the past & now the outer surface looks cheaper. The shoes are comfortable, but I will see how long these last this time. I may need to start looking for something else.

These shoes are over all very good, but marred by several factors out of the box. The chief problem is they are 'wide,' but not as wide as my feet. The second problem: parts of the sole came off out of the box; it has an outermost layer which lost portions on the heal and at the edges. This occurred on both shoes. The last problem was a long break-in period. I had to wear moleskin on my left achilles tendon and right little toe.

Have been wearing these for several years and could not find in the store anymore. Was happy to see on line. Was nervous because the price is exactly the same now as it was a few years ago, which usually means the quality/materials suffer. They pinch at the toes - even though I got wide. Can't comment yet abut quality since I've only been wearing them around the house for a few days - but the "wide" width is definitely not for American feet!

Fit - especially width - was very good. Took one step and back in the box they went. As the shoe flexed the additional stiffener around the toe bent to pinch my smallest toe. Every single step.

I work in a meat room where slip resistance is very important. I've use quite a few pair of the TX model, and they are much better when it comes to not sliding all over. Secondly, it is much easier to clean the soles of the TX models with a stiff brush. The soles of the Harrington II's trap little pieces of meat and I have to dig them out with an old nail file. If I don't do this, the shoes will eventually smell horrible. These shoes are comfortable, but they are not convenient. Too bad, I liked the older model much better.

Great looking shoe. Unfortunately, my feet do not fit this shoe. I wear a size 11, high arch, narrow heel, large knuckles on the big toes. The padded foot bed (a Dr. Scholl feature)gives great arch support and padding, but raises my foot too high in the shoe, putting the toe knuckle right under the rivet point. Removing the foot bed helped, but defeats the design of the shoe itself. Returned the shoes for a different brand.

Overall this pair of shoes felt narrow and short for the size. It is also a heavy shoe, good for the workplace but not for casual wear.

I bought these shoes about two weeks ago and the soles are already falling apart. I will be going and asking for my money back and trying a different shoe. It's too bad because these shoes are super comfortable which I need since I spend my day on my feet.

The Quality of these shoes are really really good, but I think the sneakers are the better option. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I was gifted a pair of sneakers for Dr Scholls a few years ago that became much comfier very quickly while I'm worried these aren't breaking in correctly.

Very disappointed. After only 4 months of wearing them about 3 times a week in an office environment, a layer of the sole is starting to peel off. I had a previous pair of these shoes that I wore for years with no issues.

I work in a restaurant and I have been wearing this shoe for the last 10-12 years. I have been buying 2 pairs at a time, one black and one brown, and they usually last me 15 months. At that time the top would start looking raggedy but the sole would still be fine. The last time I bought them back in July of last year, I noticed they had changed the sole, 3 weeks ago I noticed that the sole was coming apart at the heel on both shoes and the sole was worn out already, thats in 7 month, so basically each shoe lasted me 31/2 months. Wow! The quality of the new sole is very bad, I will not buy this shoe again and would not recommend it anymore. I always used to tell people how good these shoes were, not anymore!
