I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and I like that they go with my jeans, pants and skirts, and that I can wear them with socks or bare feet. I just wish I could wear them to work, but they don't allow me to wear clogs there.

Perfect! I am a janitor at a local school. I wear tennis shoes to work, because I wouldnt want to damage my birks. Tennis shoes are supposed to be comfy right? Well, sure, to an extent. But after you've worn these you won't think so at all. I come home and literally run to my closet to kick off the tennis shoes and easily slide into my birks. I wear my birks all the time when I'm not working and at first I thought the style slightly feminine, but surprisingly no one makes any rude comments about my birks, except for nice ones like "Nice shoes." Even if people did make nasty comments I would still wear my birks because they are the most comfy things I have ever slid my foot into.

Takes a little while to break them in, but once done, they're so incredibly comfortable. The Taupe Suede goes with just about anything, jeans especially. I decided to take the risk and get 45's (regular) instead of the recommended 46's for a size 13-13.5 shoe, but I'm glad I did--they fit perfectly! Although, they are rather expensive, they are completely worth it.

Not beautiful too look at but beautiful for your feet.

This is a review I never thought I’d be writing. I am a 53 year-old father of two teenage boys, both long-time Birkenstock wearers. They gave me a pair of Birkenstock Boston for Christmas after hearing me complain to my wife that the shoes I was wearing were uncomfortable. At first, I wasn’t sure about these shoes. I’d always assumed that Birkenstocks were for teenagers and college students and had never seen them on anyone my age. My wife still isn’t sure about my wearing them, but I’ve been converted. These are the most comfortable casual shoes I’ve ever had, once you get used to them. I wear them as much as I can. So, to all those Dads out there: Birkenstocks aren’t just for your kids. Get yourself a pair. You’ll be glad you did.

Best Shoe Ever - These are the best shoes I have ever owned. They are comfortable and the look great. Everyone I know got the knockoffs cause they were cheaper, but after a week they all decided to get the real ones because they are so comfortable.

You can't go wrong with Birks! These shoes are just as I expected. Comfortable and well made. Just as you would expect any shoe from Birkenstock to be.

The hippest shoes around! I absolutely adore my Birks! They are so comfy and are a timeless classic. I would recommend that you make sure you know how to care for them - Cork Life makes a world of difference in their life. The Taupe color can become very dirty looking after a lot of use, which is my only complaint.

Love the shoes, note the fit - If you haven't worn Birkenstocks, it's good to know that they take a few days to break in. They are well ventilated and the contoured, cork foot bed does something almost magical for the feet. The only problem that I had was with sizing. My wife had a pair of 35s at home, but the sizing chart on the site indicated that she should wear a 36. Of course instead of checking the pair at home, I was impatient and just ordered the 36s. Turns out they were too big, but Zappos made the exchange pretty painless.

Birkenstock's Boston Suede - These shoes are so comfortable and cute at the same time, something almost impossible to find!

Pamper your puppies! If you don't already own a pair of "comfort" shoes, make these Birkies a must! I have several pairs of sandals that I wear year round, and decided to get these to wear the same way. Other than sizing for first time wearers, I would strongly recommend online purchase of this shoe!

I bought these shoes in taupe because I have a number of friends who have them. I liked the laid-back look of the clogs and the fact they were year-round shoes. It took me a while to get used to them, they are a bit uncomfortable when you're breaking them in, but they have not left my feet in a while. They have been my shoes of choice for a couple of months now and they get more comfortable with every wearing. The sweat and oils from your feet create a custom fit. These are definetely best suited for casual wear; I would not consider them dress shoes at all. They match just about any outfit I could wear and I can wear them with socks in the winter or tuck my bare feet in them in the warmer months. A very stylish, versatile and durable shoe I know I'll get a lot of use out of.

Everybody needs a pair of Bostons in their wardrobe, IMHO. I'm not much of a sandals girl, but there was a commercial a few years ago with everyone wearing these clogs and I just had to have them, so I bought the taupe ones. I wear them with skirts, khakis, and jeans. In the winter I wear them with socks and in summer I wear them with no socks on. I had to get them smaller than my normal size, so watch for that when trying them on. They cost a bit much but they are so comfy and cool! :)

Thank you Zappos for the very speedy delivery of my shoes! I cannot believe how fast I got these shoes! I have been trying to order shoes from another site and they cannot even send the correct shoes, let alone the long amount of time it has taken to get even the wrong shoes! exceeds your expectations I have owned my clogs since 1992. They have trecked up Haystack Trail in Alaska, stepped along the Mississippi River, wandered the Idaho Panhandle trails, sidestepped waves on the beaches in California. Most importantly they have never disappointed me. They are the most comfortable shoe I own. In fact I don't wear any other kind of shoe other than my Birkie clogs or sandles.
