This shoe was purchased as part of a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I can't believe how quickly they arrived. She asked for them and I received them the next day. She was so excited and I was amazed and pleased that I did not have to go looking for them. Thank you for great service!

Love these shoes. Only thing is that they seem to run a bit big, so I would recommend getting a half size smaller.

My husband has been wearing these shoes since he was in high school, for around 40 years. Not the same pair, but the same make/model! They are comfortable, durable, and go with everything (now that they are back in style)! Since he has been wearing the same size since high school, I do not know how they compare to other tennis shoes size-wize. We also bought a pair for our 18 year old son, also a long-time fan of Converse tennis shoes. Anyway, grab a pair, you will not be disappointed. They provide classic comfort! Also, Zappos was the best buy because we did not have to pay shipping or taxes, and it was a whole lot faster and easier buying online than going to a store! The shoes arrived about a week after we ordered them. We are all smiles here! Way to go, Zappos! We will be back.

I bought the navy blue converse hi top about 8 months ago and I really like them and they are very comfy, but I think I should get the black/white because the nave goes with some clothing I have and the black/white converse all star hi will go with every clothing I own and the best part of Zappos is the shipping is free. Dealing with Zappos has been a satisfying experience. The first pair of these that I got for my granddaughter was exactly what she wanted and they fit perfectly. However, she found them uncomfortable because they had Velcro closings (slip on variety). We returned them at no charge. Seeking a replacement with classic laces we found them out of stock, but I was put on a waiting list, given an approximate date when they would be in stock. Indeed they were, I was notified, with some helpful advice from one of your elves I confidently ordered and my granddaughter was overjoyed when they arrived, fit, and were just what she had wanted.

These shoes are awesome. I do have wide feet, and they're arched, so these shoes make my feet hurt after a while (thank goodness for insoles!). I wear a 8.5 in Women, and I ordered the proper size, and they're still a little big on me. I'll keep them nonetheless.

They are much larger than a normal women's size. My daughter normally wears a women's size 10, but with these, she wears an 8 to 8 1/2.

These are typical Chucks like any other. They're narrow keep this in mind. If buying for a female, remember they are marked in mens sizing. I ordered these for my boyfriend and he's a typical us mens 10 we had to order him a 9 in Chuck Taylors, he did try the 10 and they were too large. Typically I'm a 6 1/2 us womens; I have to order a size 4. The white is kind of off and doesn't match the other whites of the shoe...kind of weird.

What can I say I'm 50 years old and I have been wearing chucks for at least 40 years, the only shoe I wear and the only show I will ever wear and as far as I'm concern they are the best show that you can buy. As far as comfort I think they are great. Some people think that I'm a little crazy but I do not care. I love my Chucks! Chucks always, always Chucks!
