Follow Zappos advice for men and get 1 size smaller than you usually wear. Great shoes...always in style...not much arch support, but you probably know that when buying Chucks (not a lot of cushion in the bottom). Always a classic.

I got these shoes for my 15 year old son and he absolutely loves them. My father, his grandpa wears them so he likes them for that reason too. He says they are comfortable and they fit well, he doesn't use them for any sports activity, just for wearing to school and out and about. I found it interesting that I ordered a pair for myself in pink and the pink ones were made in China and the black ones were made in Indonesia. I wish they were made in the USA, but almost everything is outsourced these days.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star has been one of my favorite shoes I have ever had. I have had several pairs in my life, but I haven't had a pair in a long time (years). They are really a timeless classic and an iconic style that is easily recognized by anyone. They go good with a lot of outfits. The Converse All Stars have always ran large for some reason, about a half-size to be exact, just like what Zappos says. If you want to buy a pair, just be sure to order them a half-size smaller than your actual shoe size. I hope these hold up better than my previous pairs did. These are really a good choice of shoe for a timeless classic. I recommend them 100%.

I love these shoes so much that I just bought my second pair! They're super comfy, very durable and go great with tons of different outfits!! They allow your feet to breathe when it's warm, yet I wouldn't suggest them for really cold weather, especially rain or snow. I usually wear and 8 1/2 but I wear an 8 in all of my Converse shoes so they run about a half size bigger. All time favorites!

I remember as a kid in the late 50's having only four tennis shoe options: Chuck Taylor Converse; high top or low cut; black or white. I decided to reclaim some of my youth with this modern monochromatic version. I generally only wear boots, but when on movie sets recording sound I needed a quieter shoe during takes. I picked up a pair of the All Star Core Hi and went totally stealth! Gotta' give it up for Converse! Great shoe.

Love it, I walk a lot and when I get home, my feet are not tired... Like most of the snickers I've owned. Also, I love how they look with jeans, but I must say if you need to have the arch support these shoes won't provide it.
