Very comfortable and stylish but unfortunately the soles started coming apart fairly quickly. Not worth the price tag.

Shoe wasn't deep enough for heel, meant for smaller boned feet.

Very cute shoe but not very comfortable. My heel slipped out and they seemed very tight. I returned them.

These were really strangely too long.

I felt these had an "old Lady" look. The sole is slanted and not comfortable to walk on. Loved the color

I missed a review that would have helped. Totally agree. Wish it was not so hard to find cute shoes in wide and laceup shoes. I also have orthotics. I was SO hoping these would work, they are really cute, the gold accents on the white shoes are really a nice detail, but alas, these were just barely, barely wide enough. Wouldn't accommodate my orthotics and won't be able to keep them. I was hoping They would be the ones, I would have bought a few of the styles.

Too tight, needed a wide width

I wear women’s 11; this shoe was really cute but severely too small and too narrow. I have average width feet but these were much too narrow.

WAY TOO NARROW. This shoes were not wide. They were not even "regular" width. They are narrow. The style is cute- so go for it if you have narrow feet.

Heel slips out of shoes

I love these shoes. I probably would have bought some more colors. THe problem is that they are not wide at all! Maybe even narrow for a regular width. Super disappointing. I like many other styles of Softwalk but I'm afraid to order them because I think they will all be narrow.

I loved these at first. The comfort is great. But I’ve only worn them a few times and the sole is splitting from the shoe at the toe. It is bizarre. I’ve never had this happen with other shoes. It seems like faulty glue. These seem like good quality but the toe splitting from the sole is not okay. I am average size and don’t drag my feet when I walk. I’ve only worn them to work to my desk job where I only walk to meetings. It’s inexplicable. I wouldn’t buy these again.

These shoes are super-cute, but they were also super-tight. I got a 10 which is what zappos recommended based on the size I take in athletic shoes, but they were at least a full size smaller. Also incredibly narrow, and they slipped off the back of my foot. Have to return.

These felt narrower than normal and did not widen over time as you might expect with leather. Also, the bottom layer of the shoe sole started coming apart from the thicker foam layer only a month or 2 after I started wearing them. I work in an office, so not too much use went into them. I would have expected higher quality for the price.

I had high hopes for this shoe with my flat feet. First, I must have ordered too big and there was gapping. My primary concern was that there was little arch support, which then caused my feet to pronate.

I ordered a W in these shoes and they were not wide at all. Why can't they mark these shoes properly. The size 9.5 was right, and the style was nice but the shoes are quite narrow.

Couldn't really get my foot in this shoe. Small and narrow. I liked the look but can't really comment on the comfort since they didn't fit.

These shoes are gorgeous. But, they were incredibly narrow and have to be returned.

These are too short and too narrow. I wear N, and got the M width based on other reviews, but failed to get one size bigger. The quality is my biggest issue with these costing over $100. They smell toxic coming out of the box, and I image that's mostly the sole. Also, the upper leather is lined in a polyester fabric, which means, although they're leather on the outside, they won't truly breath. I liked the style and the fact that they have a thick sole, but unfortunately for reasons listed above, returned.

Honestly, what is so hard about designing a stylish and feminine, oxford lace up shoe to fit and flatter a wider foot. I wear. and ordered, a 9 Wide. I am a fit adult, on my feet a lot. I choose not to wear higher healed shoes for my comfort and lifestyle. These shoes, even those sized as wide width, are NOT WIDE AT ALL. They are not even a true 9. They are too short, and too narrow. My big toe hit the top/end of the shoe as soon as I put it on, bare foot. Disappointed yet again. Too bad as the look is cute.

This appears to be a great looking shoe, beautiful leather uppers. I ordered my usual size (post bunion surgery) an 8.5, D width. Fully unlaced the shoe. Could not get more than my toes under the tongue. So, no opinion about arch support. I'm very disappointed because I need a sturdy walking shoe for upcoming trips.

I wanted these shoes to fit. And they do to a degree. They aren't too big, but my heel doesn't stay in the shoe when walking. They are stylish and just what I need. I'll have to keep looking and trying. So disappointed.
