Sole was too thin.

Shoe came previously warn and thrown in the box. Although they seem very comfortable, they are going back. The color not as pictured - it’s a dull dingy gray.

These sneakers look nice and are comfy but after wearing them only maybe 10 times they already have a hole in the toe.

I have tried 3 pairs of these sneakers, 3 different colors all size 7 wide. Each one of them fit different. Only one pair was wearable.

Absolutely terrible. No support.

Two stars for how they look. Super cute, love the color but they are very rigid and the soles are hard. Not comfortable at all. Returned them.

Fit was very wide and shoe looked distorted and sloppy.

I buy New Balance shoe’s only. This shoe is at least one size smaller than normal.

The shoes tapers to much towards the toe and compacts your nails. The toe box is so small that your toes are pressed into the top of the shoes at all times, even at rest. These also have that newer toe material that is firm but crushes easily and will never reshape to the way it was, like a crumpled cardboard box. I have a similar pair that I loved that also had toe construction like this and I can no longer wear them because the front is so miss-shaped and won't snap back in place.

Wish I could have returned them but I wore them once and can’t return if you wear them outside. Going to take a break from Zappos.

Not true to size, not comfortable.

I've been buying the Fresh Foam sneakers for years and really don't understand why they are now so inconsistent in size. It makes no sense that the same shoe in black is cut half a size smaller in gray, but there are no half sizes available. Going up a full size doesn't cut it. Very disappointing.

This was disappointing as I was expecting the quality to be like another fresh foam New balance I bought last year. Extremely uncomfortable and I feel immediate pain in my feet, as I have chronic pain issues.

The right shoe was great, the left shoe is defective and will have to be returned.
